• Susanne (8/5): Das Apartment ist für einen klassischen Sightseeing-Trip nach Rom eine gute Wahl. - Top Lage, bestens geeignet für Sightseeing in Rom! Gute Ausstattung, problemlose organisatorische Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Aufzug vorhanden! Ausstattung an Handtüchern und Bettzeug am Minimum für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt.

• Slaviša (5/5): - The location was the only good thing about this apartment. Everything else...it wasn't clean, it wasn't like it was presented in the pictures... Suggestion for owners, renovate the apartment. It has a huge potential. I believe it was great when it was new.

• OMBRETTA (7/5): Peccato perché si perde con poco. Nel complesso ottima posizione e perfetto per alloggiare anche in sei. - La posizione e la persona con cui ho parlato molto gentile. I due bagni sono un plus. Materassi da cambiare e miscelatore del lavandino tenuto insieme con lo scotch. È un bell’alloggio, ma ha bisogno di manutenzione e di cura. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà anche con la serratura del portone principale.

• David (10/5): Reinungslos und ohne schwierigkeiten mit guten Komfort - Die Lage ist extremst gut. Man braucht zu fuß nur so ca. 10 min bis zum Petersplatz (Basilika St. Petrus/Vatikan). 50 meter vom Apartment ist eine Bushaltestelle und einen kurz fußmarsch ist auch die nähste Metro-Station. Das Apartment ist in allen Räumen gut klimatisiert, die Dusche bzw. die Badezimmer sind sehr schön und Komfortabel. Die Anbieterin des Apartments ist sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Immer wenn ich ihr geschrieben hatte wurde mir in kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen!

• Maranda (8/5): Great value apartment walking distance to most major attractions & shopping, lots of cafes nearby. - Location was excellent, apartment was comfortable and suited our needs. We loved the rooftop space, beautiful views. Earlier check in would have been appreciated, as we landed at 8.30am from Australia and had to cart our cases around in the heat until 3pm. Never having been to Rome we didn't know where to go or have anywhere to leave our luggage. Small issues with cleanliness, a chat with the cleaner would be beneficial as we were waiting for cleaner to finish so we could check in but some things were left unfinished.
• Jungwook (9/5): - I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great experience!

The sink doesn't have working hot water. The bidet has some plumbing issues. The exhaust fan doesn't work, and the shower is very slippery.

The property has good AC which is crucial in the summer. The property has elevator that makes it easier to bring bags upstairs. The property has two good sized bedrooms. The property was not in the cleanest. The kitchen needed some cleaning. The bathrooms also need some additional cleaning.

• Samantha (9/5): Seamlessly run accomodation - Overall everything was quite perfect but I want to commend our host Irene the most. She always replied so quickly and is very accommodating to varying needs. The TV has Apple TV, all the rooms have aircon, upstairs bathroom is spacious, the building has an elevator ! The stairs inside the apartment are not friendly if you don’t pack light

• Mary (8/5): Fantastic apartment in a really lovely area of Rome. - Well situated and comfortable. We loved our stay. So many affordable place to eat and drink as we were off the tourist track, and only a 10/15 minute walk away from the major attractions. The apartment was a little dated in part but this didn’t effect the overall stay. Showers didn’t really heat up or stay warm for long.

• Christina (9/5): Our state was excellent. We would go back in a heartbeat. - The property was as described in the booking Irene was easy to work with. We had a small issue with a washer, and she got somebody to promptly fix it. The only thing I could’ve used was some kitchen towels being a family of five I needed to wash dishes and dry them and put them away. Also having a very small washer was hard.
• Shaimaa (5/5): Passable - Location is perfect I’m really disappointed and this will last time to book a private apartment, I already notified the host that my plane is late and she was the one who arrange the car to pick me from airport Suddenly she decided not to reply me or reply the driver , we spent almost an hour in street trying to arrange a place to stay at 0300H morning , till someone accidentally open the main door Next day she till me that maximum time she know is 2 am ???? My flight reach Roma around 1 and normally it will take an hour to finish from the airport and another half or an hour to reach the apartment !!!
• Vanja (10/5): Nice apartment close to Tevere - The location is great, very quiet, and conveniently close to everything- Vatican city and center of the Rome city. The apartment was very clean and had all that was needed. It was very suitable for work colleagues to be accommodated together as it has separate levels with bedrooms and bathrooms. The bus from the airport has a station nearby so it is easy to come from the airport.

• Nasi (8/5): Very good - The location is just perfect, walking distance to everything you want to see in Rome or even Vatican. A couple of grocery stores nearby. Although the location is very central for sightseeing, the apartment itself is very quite. It has almost everything you might need for your stay and there is an elevator (although very small) with no steps at the entrance in case you are travelling with elderly or lots of luggage. The unit could be cleaner and it would be nice to provide extra towels both for bathroom and kitchen.
• Gina (9/5): A lovely and safe apartment in an excellent location and a kind host. - This apartment is exactly like the photos and the description. We really loved the location, the fully equipped apartment, the comfortable beds and the host Irene is lovely and so helpful. There is a very useful lift which is so small but reliable - a true reflection of European living. We really appreciated having Irene as the first stop in Italy. I would not hesitate staying here again. Close to a really lovely part of town and wonderful restaurants.
