• Nicolas (9/5): - L’appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Rome, à moins de 15 minutes à pied du Colisée, ce qui est parfait pour se promener le soir. À notre arrivée, nous avions quelques craintes concernant le bruit, car un bar qui diffuse des matchs de football se trouve à proximité. Cependant, une fois dans l’appartement, on n’entend absolument rien. À moins de 100 mètres, il y a également un endroit où l’on peut déguster d’excellents cafés et de délicieuses viennoiseries italiennes. L’appartement est très propre et bien agencé. Nous étions quatre, et avec ses deux salles de bain ainsi que les WC séparés, c’était vraiment pratique. Je recommande cet endroit à 100 %.

• Jose (9/5): Muy buena opción para alquilar - A pesar de nunca haber visto a nadie para la entrega de llaves, el ingreso al apartamento a través de códigos numericos fue excelente, muchas veces suele haber problemas con este tema. El apartamento es muy cómodo y la zona es segura. Como nuestro vuelo llegaba muy temprano nos permitieron ingresar varias horas antes, como también a la salida nos dejaron salir unas horas después de lo estipulado. Gente muy comprensiva, sin dudas para recomendar 100% Aunque esta aclarado en la publicación, subir 3 pisos por escaleras con equipaje es muy incómodo, sobre todo para personas grandes. El ingreso al edificio esta muy descuidado y por la noche muy oscuro. Igualmente es un apartamento recomendable.
• Renate (7/5): - Lage war Top. Größe der Wohnung ideal und mit Balkon 🙂. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wasser war beim duschen nicht immer warm, Küche hätte sauberer sein können. Zudem keine Geschirrtücher und leere Putzmittel im Schrank. Matratze im Doppelbett war sehr durchgelegen.

• Anne laura (9/5): - La localisation était au top. Proche de la gare mais a 15-20 minutes de marche du centre ville et du colysée. Rue clame mais avec les commodités qu'il fallait au quotidien. L'appartement était propre et spacieux. Récupérer les clés a été d'une facilité grâce aux explications écrites et par vidéo de notre hôtel.
• Matthew (1/5): BEWARE: this place is filthy and you need to climb 76 stairs to reach the unit. - I will start with the positives since there weren’t many. Conveniently located near the train and metro stations. Spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. BEWARE: The place is FILTHY and there are a total of 76 STAIRS to climb to get to the unit (and yes, we counted the number of stairs). This is NOT disclosed in the listing which is misleading! While they mention no elevator access, it would have been good to know the amount of stairs involved. Had we known that we would have opted for a different unit altogether. After traveling all day and with our suitcases, climbing 76 stairs was not an easy task. Additionally, the place was dirty. We did not sit on the couch once since the cover was stained and looked so dirty. The matt in the main bathroom was also stained and dirty so we tossed it in a corner and could not use it. We were excited to use the balcony but there were filthy towels laying out on the balcony. The kitchen had no coffee or hand-soap. While in the bathroom there was no conditioner. You get more amenities while camping. Do yourself a favor and book a different unit

• Rosalyn (1/5): Our stay was ruined because of the problems arising from the apartment issues. - The apartment is in a great, quiet and safe location close to shops, restaurants and about a 7 minute walk to either Vittorio Emmanuelle or Cavour Metro stations, which are on each of the two metro lines. It is also just over a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. We arrived to find that the apartment had a few issues, which we reported straight away. The toilet seat was broken, the shower bracket was broken. The jacuzzi function of the bath didn’t work and only had cold water running into it. There is also a fault with the balcony door opening mechanism, making it very difficult to open. We managed to manoeuvre the rod up to open the door, then left it open during the rest of our stay. The kitchen tap is not secured to the sink and moves constantly when being used as it is very loose. During our communication with the agent, it became apparent that they were aware of these issues, but they didn’t rectify them before our arrival. The information pack in the apartment says 2 sets of keys will be given, but we were only given one set, a second set only provided the day before we left. On our 4th day we arrived back at the apartment to find that we had no water. This meant no showers, flushing the toilet or drinking water. The agent told us no one could come out until the next day. The water supply was restored the next day, it had been turned off in error by the agent’s technician. On our 2nd morning builders arrived to start work renovating the internal stairways and hallways. They arrived about 7am each day working outside of the apartment, banging and drilling, whilst talking & laughing loudly to each other. This work would have been scheduled to commence prior to our arrival, but the agents failed to advise us. The information on the website does say there is no lift, but fails to say that to reach the apartment you have to climb 75 stairs, which are steep in some places. Definitely, not suitable for elderly people, those with a physical impairment or carrying heavy luggage.

• Maria (10/5): It was a great accomodation and at a good price - It was a great location with plenty of space, everything was as expected The access to the property requires a few stairs to climb, no elevator, so i don’t think it’s suitable for older people

• Ariana (10/5): The property was well equipped and the guest answered any questions we had. - The neighborhood felt very safe and offered everything you might need nearby, including public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I wasn't happy with the shower in the bathroom, it needed to be fixed.

• Emoke (4/5): Good location, tired flat - Good location, easy access to many main attractions, quiet street. AC in all rooms was a big plus. Having 2 bathrooms is good. The small terrace was nice in the evening. Big supermarket close by. Termini station close by. Good size for 4 people. Washing machine, dishwasher, and oven all in good condition. I was allowed to check in a bit earlier, nice welcome by the host. There are waaayyyy more steps than I thought. There are the steps at the front of the building (which you can see in the pictures), then the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the steps are quite steep and uneven, handrail broken in some places . Good to be aware if travelling with people around 70 of age as it might be challenging (like it was for my parents). Otherwise doable. The flat is older than is looks from the pictures, a bit run down, the beds are very uncomfortable and super squeaky. Curtains have holes, tiles broken, toilet dirty, doors don’t close properly. You could call it charming if there was a little bit more attention on comfort. I guess the only good reason to explains the price and the extra cost at check in is the location, otherwise not worth the money.

• Henrik (4/5): Dirty and very used apartment. - The place of the apartment and the balcony. The cleaning of the apartment was terrible. There where something that looked like marks from shoes on the walls, and everything was in general very dirty and used. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived, the company fixed it, but it stopped working again on our last day. It seemed to need a service.

• Patrycja (8/5): Very good - Personel staff was really helpful, starting from the communication before visit and recommendation of places to eat and sightseeing. Apartment is big and with all needed accessories to stay. Wifi connection is not working in a bedroom away from the router.
• Pat (2/5): Not worth the money or extremely long climb to apartment. - No coffee or coffee pot provided. No toaster provided. So breakfast was not great. No bowls for cereal. Guy was waiting at gate on our arrival, at time we said we would be there. He still gave me grief on not being able to reach us by phone. He never tried contacting me by email. Bathroom sewer gas was stinky. Double bed sank in the middle. Shower was tiny. Kitchen lacked standard items. Wooden table was broken. Balcony was tiny and ugly. No internet for 3 out of the 4 day stay, even though we mentioned it was not working on arrival. The tv was very tiny, and with no internet it was useless. Having to pay double the city tax on arrival was expensive.

• Alison (9/5): Excellent location, very nice and helpful management company. - Location was great - close to Cavour and Termini stations, a short walk to the historical city centre, lots of good restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Apartment was furnished simply but very clean. Apartment is at the top of the building and the stairs are steep. There is no elevator. There is sometimes noise from the Irish bar downstairs particularly if you are sitting on the balcony.

• Alma (5/5): Passable - The location was 10 out of 10, close to many restaurants and bars! View of neighborhood was cute!! The description of the property is misleading as it says the apartment is on the 2nd floor BUT its actually more like on the 5th floor - Beware if you have luggages it will be super hard for you to get up there! The apartment is modestly furnished, don’t expect much but its ok for 1 or 2 days.
