• ΕΛΛΗ (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια! Δίπλα στα Ισπανικά σκαλιά, δεν είχε θόρυβο, δίπλα μας είχε πιάτσα taxi. Ωραίο άνετο και μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα. Πολύ αναπαυτικά στρώματα. Είμασταν 4 άτομα και έπρεπε να διαχειριστούμε το ζεστό νερό. Είναι όμως ένα θέμα που έχει όλο το ιστορικό κέντρο της Ρώμης.
• Phebe (10/5): We would come here again. - We loved the property, as it’s described exactly so our expectations were met. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are comfortable and clean. The noise level may not suit other ppl but we knew coming to Spanish steps that it would be noisy potentially at night, so we were fine with it.

All questions were answered immediately prior to arrival. a nice bootle of champagne was left for celebrating my mothers 80th birthday . Maria Antoniette and her team wasa great all through our 3 days. beds are comfortable. Maybe the sofa in the living area could be better but for our young daughter it was ok . an easy luggage storage was recommended and it was also easy to use . Thank you for you hospitality , we will come back the sofa in the living room was ok but not comfortable enough so the apartment might be better for a group of 4 or the sofa could be changed

• Emilio alberto (5/5): Podría haber estado mejor ! - La ubicación es buena. Lucia muy amable. El horario del check out es muy temprano y no hay ningún lugar en el edición para dejar el equipaje. Mucho ruido a la noche desde la calle y de las puertas y portones del edición.

Разполагахме с всякакви удобства, за да изкараме една прекрасна ваканция. Изключително много сме доволни. Идеално място за семейства. Горещо препоръчваме. Всичко ни хареса! Нямаме никакви забележки.
• Itzhak (7/5): אהבנו מאד את המיקום וגודל הדירה - מיקום מעולה וגודל הדירה לא היה שמפו מרכך וסבון ידיים אמרו לנו לקנות לא הסכימו לתת עוד קפסולות קפה המגבות היו מאד דקות וישנות לא הסכימו להוסיף עוד מגבות, לא היו מגבות קטנות לידיים שעת עזיבה מאד מוקדמת 10 בבוקר ללא אפשרות להשאיר מזוודות במקרה שהטיסה בערב. שלחו אותנו לאחסון מזוודות בעיר- עלות נוספת ועוד בזבוז זמן ומאמץ מיותר-טענו שזה היה כתוב מראש והיינו צריכים לדעת את זה- לא ראינו בשום מקום שזה כתוב, אולי צריך יותר להדגיש. בעלת הבית לא היתה ידידותית במיוחד

The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Spanish Steps and within walking distance to everything. Despite being so central, it’s quiet and feels very safe. The apartment was spotless, with great air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and all the amenities we needed, including laundry. Spacious and perfect for a family of four. Highly recommend!

• Alejandra (1/5): NO VUELVO MÁS y NO RECOMIENDO - Solo la ubicación El dto está en una segunda planta, éramos 5 huéspedes, de los cuales 2 ERAN MIS PADRES ADULTOS MAYORES Y CON PROBLEMAS DE MOVILIDAD, buscamos para alquilar siempre UBICACIÓN, ASCENSOR y 2 baños Al abrirse el sillón cama ya no contábamos con espacio al menos para desayunar los 5, mesa pegada a pared Toallas percudidas y/o sucias Al dto en general le faltaba buena limpieza Anfitriona DEMASIADO INTENSA SOLO PARA SABER HORARIO DE ARRIBO, que desde un principio le expliqué que llegaba en auto después de un almuerzo familiar a 300 km del lugar Baño 1 sobre todo, muy reducido el espacio de ducha El BROCHE fue que el día anterior llegan mis padres de almorzar frente al dto y no funcionaba el ascensor, ellos no usan bien tecnología, por lo tanto me entero más tarde, cuando comienzo reclamo estas son todas las respuestas de anfitrión en nuestra conversación Ale Buenas noches Me pongo en contacto para avisar que el ascensor no funciona desde hoy temprano Mañana nos vamos temprano con mis padres mayores y no pueden subir y bajar por escaleras ya que cuentan con problemas de movilidad, si esto sigue sin resolverse mañana a primera hora es un problema muy grande para todos ya que debemos bajar con mucho equipaje por escaleras y mis padres no pueden llevar nada, solo sus carteras o morrales Espero mañana contar con solución al respecto Gracias Anfitriona Ciao Alejandra, En este momento, como puede imaginar, ya no estamos en servicio, ya que no somos un hotel. Le respondo porque me gustaría poder ayudarle. ¿Por qué no me escribiste esta mañana cuando te diste cuenta de que el ascensor no funcionaba? Entenderás que decirlo a las 22:30 no me ayuda a ayudarte. Sinceramente, no he recibido noticias al respecto, así que no sé qué decir. ¿A qué hora te vas mañana? Mañana por la mañana intentaré contactar con el conserje del edificio (no trabaja para nosotros sino para el condominio) para intentar entender si este asunto se ha solucionado.
• Sabrina (7/5): Overall ok. Hostess accommodated us with allowing to leave our luggage’s in the room couple of hours earlier than check - The location was great. The hostess communication was great, very quick to respond. Level of Cleanliness to be desired. Found a few stains that I had to clean myself . Sheets were also stained, those should be replaced

The check-in process was smooth, and the apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect—close to major attractions, charming local restaurants, and public transportation. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings, which made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The team at BDC was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely choose BDC Apartments again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area. It truly felt like a home away from home!

It was hot for us so we had to open windows but since is is first floor and at really close to the Spanish stairs it was noisy at late and also very early morning so was hard to sleep Also I could expect to have sheets fully covering the blankets and not only the bed. All in all the value per money was not worth it IMO

• Joseph (8/5): Would stay there again once the construction is over for sure! - The location is absolutely amazing! 500 ft. from the Spanish Steps, great breakfast shop, and shopping. I don’t think you could find a better location. Our Concierge, Maria Antoinette, was absolutely wonderful! She helped us quickly, efficiently and the service she set up such as drivers was perfect! We also loved that the person was kind enough to go on sight early, as our flight got in early. He gave us an informative tour of the apartment, gave us our keys and then left us to enjoy the day… Unfortunately, the building, which is comfortable for five persons (Valentino is on the bottom floor), is currently undergoing reconstruction and the workmen come at 6 a.m. rather than the legal time of 8 a.m. It made for a very noisy and early start to each morning. This, of course, is temporary, but before booking, I would assure that the construction is over.

• Aylin (8/5): it was a good one. - location , elevator, high ceilings, size of the house and immidiate response of Maria in every situation. The hot water is limited. if there are more then two people in the room, you need to check your hot water capacity and not stay with cold water in the middle of the shower, as it happened to me and my daughter. And I think it would be much better if there were more space to put our staff in, like an extra cabinet.

• Alexander (10/5): Best apartment in Rome - Location, location, location… the apartment is placed in a beautiful spot just next to the Spanish steps and a metro station. Great place to start a journey in Rome Everything about the service was beyond amazing. The hosts took care of us way before our arrival making sure we make it comfortably to the front door of the apartment. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing - and I’m beeing very picky here…- there was no information about limited hot water in the shower. So our group of six took a shower in the morning and the last one had to be very quick… But we handled the issue properly the coming day.

No mattress pad on the king bed in one bedroom. Remainder of apartment was clean. Couch bed was set up and in good condition.

Hot water not sufficient for a family . Shower do not seal properly and practically flood the floor. No compromise on late check out. A very robotic service . No parking anywhere

• Eugene (4/5): all of the above makes it for a troublesome stay - location 1) loud noise each morning, very early, from garbage trucks collecting from restaurants accross the windows. especially loud are glass bottle collection 2) heat in a bathroom stoped working after a day and a half of our stay. apparently it is building regulated. it was very cold in the shower. i got sick !! 2) second day of our stay weat her got colder and we turned on bedroom radiators - they did not work till the last moment of our departure 3) wall bedroom’s a/c units which also can act as heat blowers did not function as one controller did not work at all while another one did not sync with the wall unit -so no help. was very cold in the rooms too 4) finally got a living room wall unit to work as a heater but it was not enough to warm up the apartment let alone bathrooms 5) apartment manager sent a maintenance man several times. first time he claimed he fixed issues but in reality none were fixed at all. and the second time we were in the apartment while he was doing some thing but it was crazy when the manager texted me that the repairman messaged her the radiators are fixed while I was standing right there and none of them were working. 5) I got a cold as a result of these issues which damaged my stay 6) the check out time is too early !!! it’s 10 am instead of common 11 am in all hotels. furthermore if you have enough luggage , you can not store it anywhere like you can do in the hotel. so you end up with a big logistical problem too early in the morning. manager recommended the luggage storage facility but it is a ten minute fast walk and making it with multiple suitcases on a medieval streets with stones in place for pavement is a disaster.
• Sonya (8/5): Fantastic apartment - just be aware it is in the centre of Rome so it can be a bit noisy - Property was in a great location right at the Piazza Di Spagna - beds were incredibly comfortable and huge, apartment was very clean and bathrooms were great and had lovely showers. Access to a washing machine was also great given we had been travelling for quite a while by the time we got to Rome. Couple of things the blinds did not block out the light (which is very bright given the street lights immediately outside the apartment, also the doors into the apartment living room (where the fold out bed is) have glass panels and the stairway lights are also on 24hrs so all rooms are quite bright to sleep. Also the coffee machine wasn’t working for us but other than that everything was fine.

The flat was cosy and comfortable. piazza was a bit noisy at nights, especially when they collect the garbage at early hours of the day.
