• Theater81 (9/5): - Wohnung sehr geräumig, 3 Toiletten und sehr zentral gelegen. Schöne Terrasse und schöne Zimmer. Leicht hellhörig, Küche etwas klein und manche Sachen haben da auch gefehlt, Kaffeemaschine wäre top gewesen. So musst man halt löslichen machen.

• Kelly (10/5): Overall would stay again great location easy to get everywhere and quiet neighborhood . - Irene was very friendly and helpful she let us put our luggage in the apartment early ,gave us the keys and all the things to do around the apartment and places to eat , we loved the restaurant across the street went every morning for our coffee and most evenings for dinner ,😀yummy and we loved everyone there great family business 👍 Would have liked to use the washer, but we found a laundry service close by worked out great .

Apartment was spacious and clean. Terrace a bonus. Nothing to dislike as such; however please read carefully the amenities available. There is no washing machine for use by people renting, which considering the size of the unit to me is not sensible. We made do as there is an air dryer for ‘delicates’ and a laundry around the corner but still very frustrating to see a washing machine in the laundry and unable to make use of it.

• António Francisco (5/5): Aceitável, mas poderia ter sido pior se o grupo do apartamento ao lado estivesse mais dias. - Bom apartamento, bem localizado, muito espaçoso e confortável (desde que não tenha vizinhos ruidosos e que usem muitas especiarias no apartamento ao lado). O pequeno almoço consistiu de um Cappuccino e um croissant servidos em estabelecimento próximo (+/- 200 m) e que podem ser levados para o alojamento Na nossa primeira noite o apartamento ao lado estava ocupado por um grupo de várias pessoas que estiveram até de madrugada (pelo menos até 4 h) a cozinhar e a confraternizar, não cumprindo as regras do prédio. O pior é que existe uma simples porta (fechada obviamente) que separa os dois apartamentos e por onde se "infiltrou" do nosso lado todo o ruído e um intenso cheiro a caril. Por nossa sorte as duas outras noites foram tranquilas.

• Matthew (2/5): BEWARE THAT HOST IS DEMANDING, APARTMENT NEEDS UPKEEP, CLOTHES WASHER IS FOR STAFF ONLY DESPITE PHOTOS ON BOOKING’S WEBS - AC worked. Before check in the host told us that we would need to send them copies of thirteen passports and then transcribe that information in the passports for them. I asked if there was if they get that info when we arrived, they said they could not as everyone wouldn’t be arriving together. I asked if they could get the Information they needed as people arrived but was told they could not and would need it sent. We did not have service at the time and couldn’t send it right away but I eventually found the time to complete this task. To pay the tourist tax for Rome they insisted it all be paid at the same time. I collected the money for them, but found through the Rome City website that you only had to pay the tourist tax for the actual nights spent in Rome, not by how many nights were booked. I informed the host that 6 of us would be leaving a day early and per the City we would not need to pay the tax for that night. They said that they could not trust that we were leaving, although we had plane tickets to leave the country that day, and had no other way to verify it. Felt very much like a scam. The apartment was worn down and needs painting, the floors need to be fixed as many planks were coming up, and over all had a unclean feeling. The free breakfast is a croissant and coffee. Upon check in we were told that we could get juice for the kids, but the restaurant said that we could not. We were provided three rolls of toilet paper for 13 people for four days, which is in the fine print, but it’s unconventional in other apartment rentals across Europe.

• Barry (3/5): Poor - Our flight was early .impossible to get in or leave luggage. Check out. Cleanking lady at the door 9:59 . Hot water sufficient only for 1 1/2 people. No room to sit and congregate. Good location.

• Heather (9/5): Lovely stay in a comfortable apartment. - Lovely location, supermarket stays open until midnight, although alcohol must be purchased before 8pm. Lovely terrace off main bedroom. Spacious. Excellent communications with Sara on what’s app both before and during our stay. Train station to civitavecchia very close by, go up the street on the right, just before the bridge. You will see the station and the steps and walkway take you out on the platform 😄 The city tax has increased to €6 pppn rather than the €3 advertised on booking.com. Just good to know before you arrive. Sarah sent this message to us. Starting in October 2023, the city of Rome increased the city tax from 3.50 euros to 6 euros per person per night in preparation for the upcoming Jubilee next year.
