• Jan (10/5): A comfortable stay in a pretty flat close to Trastevere - A very nice and comfortable flat with all the utilities required for our 5-night stay in Rome. The kitchen is perfectly suitable to cook in and both bedrooms and bathrooms were comfy. The flat is equipped thoughtfully and tastefully. It is located in a quiet, residential area of Rome with a walking distance to the stunning views of Janiculum Hill or busy streets of Trastevere. Main transport links to the centre are reliant on buses. This was at times tricky as the bus timing schedules were not followed. However, a bus would come eventually so not a problem as long as you are not in a rush!

• Thomas (10/5): Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Rom,in einer sehr schönen Wohnung. - Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super,die Lage ist auch recht gut,Bushaltestelle in 300 m Entfernung.Der Kontakt mit der Managerin Reyna war sehr angenehm,sie hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt.Auch war sie per WhatsApp zu erreichen.Direkt an der Bushaltestelle war ein Bistro,wo wir immer gefrühstückt haben,Preiswert und leckere Snacks wie typisch italienische Cornetto.Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen! Nichts

Wir haben auch Tipps bekommen, wo wir einkaufen können und eine Restaurantempfehlung. Es hätte auch der Hinweis noch kommen können, dass es eine Supermarkt (Tigre) nicht weit entfernt gibt sowie ein hervorragendes Fischrestaurant, haben wir leider erst am vorletzten Tag entdeckt.

• Marcin (9/5): Excellent place to stay in Rome - Almost everything was excellent: localization, the host, the first advice, the bed. The place was very clean and tidy, the heating worked unobjectionable, the rooms, the bathrooms and kitchen was very comfortable, the district and the area were very local, clean, friendly. Every attraction of Rome is in the walking distance (Vatican: about 40 minutes, centro storico: 30 minutes, Trastevere: 10 minutes). But you can also take a bus if you want. The host was very helpful: she enabled us to leave the luggage before check-in time and tried to prepare the place asap for our stay. The contact with her was great. We can also ask her about anything we wanted regarding buses connection, the best cafe, restaurant and so on. She welcomed us very warmly. One thing which was a bit irritating was the induction cooker which didn't work properly. We had some problem with cooking and it took us a moment to figure out how to manage with it. But it's really a minor inconvenience which probably can be fixed easily.

• Plamentolev (10/5): Vacation in Rome - Excellent apartment. It has all the amenities a family might need. The location of the apartment is very good. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. There is a big supermarket close by as well. There are bus stops for many lines that can take you to every place in Rome. Last but not least, the host was very helpful. She gave us all the information we might need.

• Nicole (9/5): Superb - Location, cleanliness, layout, and decor were exactly as expected. Very quiet building and neighborhood, just a block or two from bus stops. Hosts were friendly and, although we didn’t need to get in touch after checking in, were very responsive while setting up and during checkin. They sent a message the next day as follow up. Service lift was available for luggage. Beds were good sized with two pillows each and extra blankets were available. Blackout shades for that early morning sun. The mattresses were a bit firm for our taste.
• Julie (10/5): Exceptional apartment - The apartment was exceptional, beautifully clean and stocked with every possible accessory you can think of! Reyna was SO helpful, meeting us when we arrived and translating through Google with total ease. She made us feel very welcome when we arrived and remembered it was my father's birthday, wishing him many happy returns!! Reyna also gave us a recommendation for a lovely restaurant which was walking distance from the apartment, and the nearest walking distance for fantastic gelato!! Highly recommend! Not much we didn't like. Both bedrooms had a TV which was lovely, but nothing in the living room, so we couldn't really watch TV together in the evening. But, it's not a big deal, everything else was excellent!

Had everything you would need: iron, microwave, etc. Reyna was very thorough in explanation. Just a 10 minute walk to train station and 5 minute walk to bus station (take #44 to main attractions). Great price for size and location. There is nothing negative to state, as it exceeded expectations.
• Camielle (10/5): Perfect for 5 - clean, comfortable, safe, good location for tourists. - We've had bad experiences with property rentals that don't live up to expectations and where we didn't feel comfortable/safe or that we were getting value for our dollars, but this property exceeded our expectations - the high ratings are well deserved. We stayed for 6 nights at the Blue apartment. It was clean, comfortable, bright and modern. Great sized bedrooms, comfortable beds (including the sofa bed that my teen son used) with cute bathrooms. Pictures are accurate. All appliances and facilities worked well. AC in all the rooms - thank goodness! Double sets of towels for each guest - all good sized - and extra bedding. Ideal location for getting to and from the tourist areas, in peaceful area. Grocery, cafes, restaurants, fruit store and gelato place just steps away. Reyna was a great host - there when we arrived to show us around, responsive and helpful. It was a pleasure returning to this apartment after long hot days of touring Rome. Would highly recommend and book next time!

We wished we could have stayed longer. - The apartment was lovely and spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, and in a great neighborhood, with a supermarket and taxi stand within easy walking distance. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, and cooking utensils. The bathrooms were very nice and seemed newly renovated. We really appreciated the wonderful air conditioning and laundry facilities! It's hard to think of anything negative... About the only thing that could make the apartment even better would be a Nespresso machine (or something similar). We're not used to instant coffee, and we couldn't quite figure out how to make coffee in the Espresso pots provided. (I also didn't realize that in order to switch the shower from handheld to overhead, I needed to pull the button out--I kept pressing it in, to no effect.)
• Lucaciu (10/5): We thank the host, keep everything at the same standard in the future !! - The location is excellent, the host welcoming and I warmly recommend it to everyone who visits Rome. Breakfest is not provided, but the apartment is located close to the area with cafes, patisseries, restaurants. There is also a market, where you can make purchases to prepare breakfast or dinner, the apartment being equipped with everything you need. Really everything was more and better than I expected!! I have nothing to complain about.
