• Pablo Alfredo (9/5): - La ubicacion es muy buena. Cerca de Vaticano y con varias lineas de bus casi en la puerta. A pocas cuadras hay una avenida con los mejores negocios y tiendas.

• Michele (9/5): Gute Lage für Rombesuch - Die Lage war gut. Vatikan ist fussläufig etwa 15 min weg. Es gibt auch diverse Buslinien um die Ecke mit denen man bequem ins Centro Storico oder nach Trastevere kommt. Auch sind gute und günstige Restaurants, Bars und Gelaterien in näherer Umgebung. Die Geräuschkulisse aus den Nachbarwohnungen waren doch sehr laut. Nachbarshund könnte man gerade Abends/Nachts sehr laut tapsen hören. Anreise mit Auto ist möglich. Im Hof Durchgang gibt es eine betreute Garage für 25 Euro/Nacht. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind glücks- und nervensache

• Svetlana (3/5): апартамент не для семей с маленькими детьми, а скорее для одиноких не придирчивых путешествующих - Плюсы: 1) индукционная плита 2) близость к ватикану, супермаркету, более-менее чистой детской площадке Минусы: 1) онлайн регистрация в Vikey, при которой необходимо фотографировать паспорта и себя/детей с ними на фоне - без нее хозяин апартамента не встречает и не ждет вас в доме. 2)отсутствие живого человека, передающего ключи при заезде в апартамент (без интернета доступ будет большой проблемой, так как двери открываются электронно и работают, увы, только по ссылке, а приложение ни разу не открыло нам дверь, ибо не работало) 3)отсутствие инструкций по использованию апартамента и техники 4)чистота, которая оставляла желать лучшего. для людей, которые привыкли переодеваться после возвращения с улицы и снимать обувь у порога, пребывание не оставит приятных впечатлений. мои белые носки были черными после нескольких минут осмотра апартамента в день заезда. в шкафах на полках была пыль, одеяла тоже не пахли свежестью, стулья для сидения в комнате тоже были засаленными и мы их убрали в шкаф, детским стулом тоже не стали пользоваться, так как он был заляпан кем-то и уборка в апартаменте не являлась основной целью нашей поездки в Рим. 5)сантехника туалетной комнате испытывала терпение - душ регулярно тек на голову и в нем невозможно было мыть маленьких детей (до 2 лет), при этом и в раковине детей помыть тоже было нельзя, вода не желала оттуда уходить и горячую воду, как и теплую мы, так и не увидели. вода в душе тоже имела свое настроение и буквально за минуту могла стать абсолютно холодной и заставить себя ждать несколько минут. душевая была со следами плесени и ржавчины. слив в туалете работал крайне нерегулярно и приходилось жать кнопку смыва несколько раз в надежде на милость. 6)шумоизоляция - слышно абсолютно всё и всех отовсюду, старший ребенок боялся спать у себя в комнате из-за излишней шумовой нагрузки 7)кухонная утварь оставляла желать лучшего и плесень в шкафу вытяжки
• CONFORTI (5/5): Peccato. - Nulla Appena arrivati alla struttura la referente non era nemmeno a conoscenza della Prenotazione, l' alloggio non era stato appena pulito, la doccia era sporca e con incrostazioni e muffe, per non parlare del fatto che il soffione era malfunzionante; l' ascensore era spesso inutilizzabile e in generale anche se l' appartamento ha buone potenzialità, non c'è cura per i dettagli.

• Anna (10/5): Sentirsi a casa - Mi é piaciuto tutto! L'appartamento é arredato con molta cura. I letti e cuscini erano comodissimi. L'aria condizionata era funzionante. Il bagno era completo di tutto, doccia, bidet e finestra. Nella camera da letto grande vi era anche un balconcino con tavolino e due sedie. La cucina é ampia ed equipaggiata di tutto. La struttura dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro Ottaviano e circa 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Pietro. A 100 m dalla struttura ci sono bar e mini market. È stata veramente una gradevole permanenza, come sentirsi a casa propria. Complimenti!!!! Tutto ottimo!

• Titta (7/5): Good - Area is nice and location metro/ Vatican. Restaurants near. Apartment was a little bit dusty = more cleaning. Walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours.

• Josie (8/5): Very good - A lovely big apartment with tall ceilings. Nice quiet area of Rome. Our host gave us easy instructions on how to enter the apartment using an app and stayed in contact for anything we may need. Around a 15 minute walk down to the nearest metro to take you into the centre of Rome. Our host left us plenty of information about restaurants close by and where the supermarket was etc.

• Kate (7/5): Good for stay for few days without little children. - Good location. Supermarket and cafe just around the corner.Comfortable beds. air conditioning. If you need to prepare food it can be an issue there is two old pan and one big pot.also we have to buy cleaning products some of them were absent or just not enough amount. And im not sure that the floor was washed before our arrival .

I recommend it especially for families. - Casa Volver is excellent apartment, on the 3rd floor in the elegant building, with elevator. Very clean, bright, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. In the kitchen there is everything you could need, even coffee, sugar, olive oil, dishwasher, etc. In the bathroom there is washing machine. Mariateresa welcomed us with cookies and even brought chocolate eggs for children, because we arrived on our Easter. She is wonderful host, promptly answered on all our questions. She provided extra blankets. Her list of personal recommendations helped us a lot. Very close to apartment is bus stop and supermarket, and metro station is 15 min away, Vatican museums reachable by foot, and for the center of the city you need 30 min. Nothing. Everything was as expected.
• Alexis (10/5): Our stay was very comfortable and Mariateresa was lovely! 10/10! - The property is spacious and very clean! The location was also fantastic - would definitely recommend! Mariateresa went above and beyond - she was prompt in responding when I had questions - she even got my mum a cake for her birthday when she didn’t have to! The location was great too, a supermarket just across the road and the metro only a 12 minutes walk away and lovely restaurants nearby.
• Hbrennan (9/5): Great location - We loved the location of the apartment, with a supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Mariateresa recommended the Vino Bono, within a couple of minutes walk, we had excellent pizzas at a reasonable price. We were able to walk to all the major tourist attractions, pre-book if wishing to go inside the queues are very long. We were over for the Italy v Ireland match and walked to the stadium too, the atmosphere was fantastic. The apartment itself was spotless and larger than we were expecting, the lift was very welcome after a long day sightseeing. Mariateresa is an excellent host, replying to emails and what's app messages promptly. We had a problem with a shutter that was sticking and managed to break it on our last morning. Mariateresa arranged to have it repaired before we left at no charge. We would have no hesitation in rebooking Cada Volver should we return to Rome. Traffic noise but this was to be expected
