• @Eden (9/5): מוצלח - המיקום מושלם, קרוב במרחק הליכה לקוליסאום, פרום רומאים, החייל האלמוני ועוד.... מתחת לדירה יש מכולת, מלא מסעדות, גלידריה ועוד... בעלי המקום מקסימים. חיכה לנו בכניסה לדירה נתן לנו הסברים על הכל. שלח המלצות לטיולים , מסעדות, מקומות בילוי ועוד... הם גם מספקים שירותי הסעות לשדה התעופה (אנחנו לא השתמשנו). החדרים נקיים. המטבח מאובזר. המיטות סופר נוחות ומפנקות הכניסה לחדר עצמו קצת לא נוחה. מדרגות צרות ולא ידידותיות. יש מעלית ממש קטנה שמספיקה למזוודות ולאדם אחד או שני אנשים במקסימום ללא מזוודה. אחנו היינו 8 אנשים מלבד 2 כולם השתמשו במדרגות ללא בעיה. יש שירותים ומקלחת אחד מרכזיים והשירותים מקלחת הנוספים נמצאים בתוך חדר זוגי. לא תמיד נוח. תלוי בהרכב האנשים.

• Callum (9/5): Brilliant apartment with easy access to most locations in Rome, would happily come again. - Comfortable, spacious, lots of hangers and wardrobe space, facilities were great and amazing location. Very bright rooms early in the morning, could maybe do with thicker curtains or better shutters, awkward stairs although a lift is available.
• Martin (9/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung die sehr gut gelegen ist - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, es gibt viele Möglichen die Kleidung unterzubringen, es ist alles gemütlich eingerichtet Man kann es nicht negativ bewerten weil die Wohnung ja im Zentrum ist, man sollte aber beachten das es nachts laut sein kann da viele Lokale und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe sind
• Stephanie (7/5): Great and spacious location, communication issues. - The location is great and convenient to Rome tourist sites. The size of the suite is very spacious. The bathroom smelled terrible the major tort of our stay. The beds were very hard. The restaurants and nearby bars are very loud at night late. The bottles are picked up by trash at 7:15 every morning and are very loud. But, the most frustrating part was not being able to communicate with the staff via the Booking.com Messages feature. I wanted to confirm our arrival plans but nobody would respond to me and when they did my questions were rarely answered. It all worked out in the end, but I was stressed about who would meet us and how would I communicate any flight delays.

• Mariia (10/5): - Велике помешкання для компанії друзів або декількох сімей. Апартаменти знаходяться в самому центрі історичного Риму - 500 метрів від Колізею. В помешканні нас зустріли, провели екскурсію. В апартаментах було чисто та приємно! Є два санвузли, рушники на кожного гостя, мило, шампунь, гель для душу, два фена, пральна машина, посудомийка. Нам все сподобалось! Щиро дякуємо Валентині за такі чудові апартаменти!

The location was within minutes of walking to the Colosseum, food, and other sites. The host Valentina was amazing! She was very responsive and was very helpful when securing transportation.

• David (10/5): - Great location. Spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the clothes washer. The stairs entering the suite are crazy weird and steep! We found the mattress in the mist forward room quite hard. We could not locate any wine glasses which we found odd.

As escadas são bem íngreme mas não foi um problema porque tinha um elevador ( bem pequeno) para carregar as malas . Estava equipado e tinha a máquina de lavar disponível com o sabão. Bem perto do coliseu e do metrô. Recomendo e retornaria.

• Christine (10/5): A wonderful magical place for families. - This is right near the action, it is near the Colosseum and so close to so many things. They messaged us on WhatsApp before we came to confirm our time, and we were able to communicate even when our flight was delayed. Nothing- there is even a small lift for people who might have problems with the stairs.

• Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - Location is amazing, you are steps away from the Colosseum and it's a really impressive way to arrive in Rome. It was easy to check in with the hosts. Although we could not get in right away, we were able to store our luggage about 30 feet from the apartment doors which made things easy. We were a group of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids, and the space was great for us, however I think if you're traveling with couples, 6 adults would be more suitable. The front room of the apartment can get a lot of noise from the street level, but it's all part of the excitement and location.

• Agnė (9/5): Great location for big families or groups of people - Location is amazing, really in the city center. Rooms were clean and well suited for 8 people. It was enough space, chairs, etc. Check in rules were a bit confusing as we got different messages, it was very loud on weekend night due to the bars downstairs in one of the bedroom. I know it is not easy to control, but we were almost not sleeping one night.

• Kanitra (10/5): Wonderful holiday home that I will definitely would stay again! - Excellent location! Wonderful hosts and exactly as pictured. Lots of food near by and comfortable accommodations! Narrow staircases to the top. But that was not a problem! It was part of the charm!
• Lisel (10/5): Great apartment for a group, close to everything - Excellent location close to Colosseum with easy access to the metro. Plenty of room for the seven of us and everyone had a bed and not a pull out sofa which was great. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a clothes washer/dryer made the stay very comfortable for our group. The stairs! There is a tiny one person elevator to reach the apartment on the second floor otherwise a steep staircase. To get to the elevator you still need to navigate up several stairs and a small doorway so I wouldn’t recommend trying this with luggage if you have mobility issues or claustrophobia. Inside the apartment there are more stairs with different sized treads to access either bathroom.

• Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - The Miracle Suite was beautiful! I loved having the elevator option when my legs were tired and I didn't want to do more steps. We made friends with the restaurant neighbors near the entry and would be greeted warmly every time we came "home." The space was perfect for our family of 6. The noise from the street could get quite loud at night.

• Hagiwara (8/5): Very good - The apartment was big enough for 7 people. It was clean, had all the equipment needed for 3-night stay and for cooking, and having laundry was also a big plus. The check-in/check-out processes were also super smooth. We joined Roma marathon, and in that sense, the location was perfect. The apartment was located in just a few minute walking distance from the start/goal points. The location is super noisy, as it's located next to so many bars. It was a big burden for us, having a plan to join Rome marathon starting early in the morning. Also, the stars were quite steep. It has an elevator which can accommodate only one person each time, so it may not be recommended for a group of elderly people.

Close to metro station and walking distance to Colosseum and Monti neighborhood. Excellent communication with hosts! A few things could be upgraded - new toilet seat in main bath and fix the broken toilet paper holder in second bath. Stairs going up are steep and awkward but there is a lift for one person at a time. Trash disposal was unclear but we didn’t have time to ask.

• Alexandru (10/5): Can’t recommend this property enough! Good positioning, spacious, comfy, helpful staff. - First of all it was very clean. Bathrooms, kitchen, floors all looked immaculate. It’s very spacious and aesthetic. You have enough room for luggage, storage, everything. Plus it looks delightful. You’re close to most historic spots and walking around the area is a pleasure. It’s stocked very well. Plenty towels, hairdries, iron, loooots of coffee and tea. Overall, an incredible place to stay

The location is also super good, very close to colosseo and main attractions. Small lift but manageable if used by 2 people. It was ok for us and expected in such older areas.

• Rupert (9/5): Location, location, location - Beautiful apartment in the most fabulous location, with the Colosseum and Forum on the doorstep. Comfortable rooms, good facilities and super staff. We would love to come back. Access is via very steep stairs or a small lift, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues - and getting luggage up and down needs some planning. Still worth it when you get there.

• Carrie (9/5): If you're looking for a nice property to stay at in Rome I highly recommend this place. - The property was very nice. It was so close to the Colosseum. The apartment was very clean. There were lots of notes from the owners explaining how things worked and where to find things like food. We had difficulty understanding the washer/dryer. I messaged the owners and they got back to me very quickly. Very nice apartment. The stairs up to the apartment were very unique. But, I think it added charm. I can't think of many things we didn't like. It was a very nice apartment.

• Yes (10/5): Great apartment for a group of six or more. - The location was within walking distance of the Colosseum and surrounding attractions. It was a lovely, well-appointed three-bedroom apartment, which served our group of six very well. The hist met upon arrival and us through the apartment to explain all the features, from the washer to ac units and lift. I would highly recommend staying here again. Not a dissatisfaction, but there are a couple flights of stairs you must go up to reach the apartment. However, there is also a small lift which worked out great for luggage.

The stairs were hard to navigate and the elevator very small. The apartment was not very clean. Not enough sitting area.

Beds were comfortable and place was spotless! The only complaint at all were the steps were really steep to enter the apartment on the second floor and complicated to navigate, but if you take it slow it is fine.

• Alan (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable and well appointed, the closeness of amenities such as restaurants and bars and the Colosseum, especially the Irish bar and bakery. The staff that are very efficient and helpful. All in all a great place to stay. The stairs, very steep and would not be suitable for children or people with mobility issues, saying that our party had people with mobility issues and there is a lift but it was so small it was difficult to get the aids up and down.

• Lynn (10/5): Homely, comfortable, clean and a superb location! - Patritzia was super efficient and patient and was regularly in touch regarding check in times and arrangements. Fabio was there on arrival to hand over the keys and run through the apartment. He was easy to get hold of and communicate with. There was little to not enjoy about Colosseo Miracle Suite although I wouldn't recommend staying there if you struggle to climb stairs, they are steep but there is an elevator for one person and their bag.

• Michael (6/5): We had a great stay right near the Colosseum, and the host was very attentive to our needs. - The location was fantastic, with restaurants and tourist sites very close by. Plenty of space for 6 guests and nicely decorated as well as comfortable inside. Hosts provided ongoing assistance and advice, and the few minor issues we had were acknowledged and acted upon quickly. The host organised an airport shuttle service which was great. We booked it because it listed full kitchen and there was an oven in the photo, but we couldn't use it (there is a label saying it is disconnected) and didn't know until we arrived. We had already done the shopping before we arrived, so it would have been good to know beforehand. The stairs into the apartment require a good level of fitness/flexibility (but there is a tiny lift).

• Pippa (9/5): Perfect location, great size and well- equipped - This location is just a short walk from the old Roman forum - perfect for seeing all historical sites and close to cafes restaurants and grocery stores. The house is well equipped for families with great kitchen and laundry facilities. Rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. Patrizia the host was friendly and went out of her way to meet all our needs, including obtaining a mattress topper to help with sleeping on the very firm mattresses. The steep stairs and one- person lift were challenging. The very firm beds (European style) were a bit too hard for us Australians! Also at times there was a bad plumbing smell from the main bathroom.
