• Monica (10/5): A dream trip to beautiful Rome, with a location with all comfort, near buses, subway and train connecting us to all inte - We had all we needed, coffee, some welcome sweets and prosecco. The terrace was beautiful, too. Also, the host, a very very kind and special men, allowed us to stay on our leave dat until 18.30 in the evening because we had a late flight back home and he said he had no guests coming. With no extra charges. Extremely appreciated. Everything was as presented, no problem at all.

Mr. Gianluca was very nice and kept lots of cookies, croissants and other many stuffs as a compliment. Also liked the breakfast place Monaco which is right by the apartment. Gianluca checked with us for our 4 days stay for everything and was very helpful with any queries and suggestions. Very happy with our stay. I think we liked everything here.?

Breakfast in the nearby café bar where you can choose from sweet and coffee. Furnishings of the apartment very nice, clean, the whole apartment smelled nice. Internet/wi-fi available. Owner very helpful, provided tips on where and how to travel. Metro station/train station within 10min walking distance, from where you can travel anywhere. Shops, ATM, restaurants within 10min distance. Parking in nearby underground garage (secure).

The flat is spacious and fully equipped, sweets and other nice welcome things were waiting for us. The flat has a large terrace with a wide view of the surroundings. It is well connected - a few moments walk and you are at the metro or Tiburtina train station. The flat is a great option for an overnight stay in Rome - if we return it will definitely be here. • Mateusz (10/5): Great holiday in Rome - We enjoyed our stay at home sweet station very much. First of all, good location near the metro - 10 minutes walk. Spacious flat with two rooms and a living room with kitchen. We had breakfast included in the price and got vouchers for breakfast at the Monaco patisserie, where you drink delicious coffee and have super croissants on sweet. The flat is on the 7th floor with a terrace that overlooks the district and the mountains in the distance. The flat has air conditioning. It is worth adding that the owner of the flat Gianluca is an extremely nice person and it is worth taking advantage of his knowledge and recommendations! Thank you for stay!
• Anna (10/5): Comfortable place where you really feel welcomed and taken care of! - 100% recommendation! The apartment had everything we could possibly need for our stay in Rome, from everyday necessities up to nice small treats of candy or drinks. The location was great, close to Tiburtina station. Breakfast was included in a form of coupons to a very nice cafe. But most importantly the host Gianluca was incredibly kind and engaged in making our stay comfortable. It was the first holiday abroad for my parents and they were so happy and grateful to have such host. No complains! Everything was good, if there’s anything to fix you can just let Gianluaca know and he’ll take care of it.

The host was very friendly and helpful! The price for this accommodation is very good, I didn’t expect this kind of quality. • Sorina (10/5): Perfect host & accommodation! - Gianluca is a person passionate about what he does and this can be seen in the services offered, he waited for us at the location with small gifts from him. The excellent communication, gave us all the information we needed. The ideal accommodation for 3 – 4 people, with everything you need for a stay of a few days. Around the block there are enough parking spaces without payment, we parked in a place indicated by Gianluca and everything was fine in the 4 days. The metro station is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. There are enough supermarkets, restaurants, bars around. The café bar from which you receive breakfast is very well stocked. We are glad to have met you, Gianluca!

• Giuseppe (10/5): Fantastic! - The host was super kind. He let us find the apartment super organized with many drinks (water, beer, prosecco) and treats (chocolates). Completely equipped kitchen and very good coffee caps. The apartment, at the top floor, was clean and had a very nice terrace available with a covered part and an open part making it a plus for any season and weather conditions. He also suggested us some neighbour restaurants of which we were very happy as to quality, friendliness of the owner and value for money Breakfast included in the price was at a neighbour bar (we got coupons). The quality and the variety of the breakfast was excellent

• Michal (10/5): Absolutely fantastic stay. 10/10. Best host ever! - Absolutely fantastic experience. First of all - the host. Gianluca is super friendly and nice. He met us to hand over the keys and show us the apartment. Throughout our stay he gave us loads of useful tips and recommendations (restaurants, places to see, etc). He made our stay so much better! The apartment itself is fabulous. It's immaculately clean. It's really big and it has a huge terrace where you can enjoy a sunrise or a sunset with a cup of authentic Italian espresso. It has a TV in every room and all the necessary facilities. The location is also quite good. It's not exactly in the centre of Rome but it's really close to Tiburtina station (trains, metro, buses, etc) and you can get to the city centre within like 20 mins. It's a pretty quiet neighbourhood which means there is no noise at night and you can sleep really well. It's also full of wonderful, friendly Italians so you can see what the locals live like and you can get a break from super touristy centre of Rome. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back and stay at Gianluca's lovely apartment again. Grazie mille! Everything was perfect. I guess maybe just one little thing would be that Wi-Fi is quite slow but it didn't really bother us as we were out and about exploring the beautiful city of Rome most of the time :)

• Noah (10/5): Most amazing host EVER. - Absolutely everything: the owner is by far the best we have ever had. Communication is amazing, he recommended so many things and places to go. I would stay here a 1000 times again. House was so nice, and well stocked. Easy check in, just amazing. Dont hesitate on this one. Oh and top floor with amazing balcony to Nothing

• Hanis (10/5): PERFECT HOUSE FOR ROME TRIP - Everything is perfect! Gianluca and his wife are very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. They made our stay in Rome an unforgettable moment with their extra care towards their guests. The best one! We encountered no issue at all and payment was straighforward. They are also extremely generous, we received complimentary of breads, milk, half dozens of mineral water, chocolates, and biscuits. The breakfast from a nearby cafe were included in our booking and their pistachio croissant is so tasty. Gianluca also gave a box of surprise choc eggs to my daughter and made her so happy. Overall, I believe this is the best stay we ever had and Gianluca's property deserved the 10 star.The house is wonderful - clean, comfortable, has a washing machine with tumble dryer, complete kitchen utensils and just so beautiful. It is very near to the Tiburtina Stazione, just 5-6minute walk and take about 10 or 12 mins to Termini Stazione. We just rode one direct subway to Colosseum and on another day, rode one direct bus to Fountain Trevi, basically easy access to all the attractions at Rome. There are many shops and restaurants around the house, make it much easier for our stay. The area is safe and walking home from the station at night is totally fine. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Rome next time. Nothing.

• Ilvav (10/5): The best in Rome - Very clean and comfy apartment, and very close to the train/metro station. By metro - centre is a 10 minute drive. The owner was very nice, supportive and helpful. Originally, apartment was with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, but when I texted Gianluca he resolved this problem right away. When we arrived there were 2 double beds and 1 single bed with conditioner in both rooms. (Which was a lifesaver for hot days of august in Italy) He also made sure that there was cold water in fridge, coffee, cookies and everything else we need. We arrived at midnight and he made sure that there was driver waiting for us and the ride would be cheaper than Taxi, that’s why we got there safely and without any problems. Also, Gianluca was amazing guide to us and recommended an excellent pizza place near the apartment. To sum up, Gianluca is one of the best owners who I have met while travelling and this was one of the best apartments.
