• Mary Ann (10/5): I haven’t been so satisfied in a long time! - Lovely. Comfortable. Clean. Perfect location. Leaving the shower and returning to the main part of the bathroom, there is a very short step down. You must remember that it is there or you will have quite a scare or worse.

• BYOUNGSOO (10/5): 최고의 위치, 깨끗한 컨디션, 친철한 호스트가 있는 숙소 - 테미니역에서 도보 20분, 콜로세움까지 도보로 2~3분이면 도달할 수 있는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 지하철 및 버스정류장도 가까워 로마 관광지 어디나 쉽게 이동이 가능했습니다. 숙소 근처에는 다양한 식당이 있고, 구글 평점이 매우 높은 훌륭한 식당도 몇개 있습니다. 숙소 바로 아래 테이크아웃 피자집이 있어 이용이 편리했습니다. 겨울에 방문했었는데 방이 따뜻했고, 주방용품도 깨끗하고 충분하게 있었습니다. 3박 했었는데 1인당 타올 3개만 제공되었고 매일 교체되는 방식은 아니었습니다. 식당 및 술집이 근처에 있어 밤에 소음이 있을지 걱정했는데, 창문이 반대방향으로 나 있어 소음걱정은 전혀 필요없을 것 같습니다. 체크아웃하면서 핸드폰을 두고 매우 당황했는데, 호스트가 새벽에 전화를 받아주고 직접 나와서 문제를 해결를 해줬습니다. 친절한 도움에 너무 감사드립니다. 없습니다.

• Nelson (9/5): Will stay there again !! - Cozy 2 bedroom apartment that is short walk to the Colosseo in a safer suburb of Monti. A lot of restaurants to choose from right at your doorsteps. The apartment has a secured digital locking system that provides us with some level of security and protection. ( no matter what, it is Rome, our group was targeted twice for pickpockets within 3 hours of arrival in Rome). It has a washer/dryer and fully functional kitchen to cook our meals after a long day. There is only one shower but have 2 bathrooms. An overall great place to stay for 5 nights to cover all the places we wanted to see. Francesco was extremely friendly and helpful to provide us with restaurants recommendations and how to book a taxi

A few missing amenities like a cutting board, wash cloths, and facial tissue, but these were minor omissions that really didn’t affect our stay.

• Rich (10/5): Fabulous place to see Ancient Rome - So many things. It is quite big and comfortable. 2 bathrooms helped with teenage girls. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen stocked with coffee pods and Nespresso machine. Microwave and good fridge. AC was so important when temp was 100F. It’s located a short walk from metro and Colosseum and restaurants were right outside. Super way to see Rome Would have liked bigger ice cube trays!

An airport shuttle was arranged and very flexible with luggage storage. Everything was perfect including small details like a few Nespresso cups and some vinegar for cooking.

• Byron (10/5): Fabulous apartment in the premier location in Rome. - Our party of 5 - 4 adults and a teen - stayed at "Domus Flavia" for 3 nights in mid June 2024. Short cab ride from Termini station. The location is perhaps the most perfect we have ever had over two 2-week trips to Europe: 1 block from the Forum, 2 from the Colosseum, surrounded by history in all directions, and a dozen restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Contacted owner Francesco via his Booking.com phone number. He met us at the apartment, gave us a tour of the place, and the keys [he later booked us a van to the airport]. Perfectly clean, 2 double bedrooms, a pullout sofa, full kitchen, washer, and the coolest shower we have ever seen - a grotto with blue light and a foot-wide shower head. A restaurant 15 feet from the apt entrance - Iari the Vino - had the best food, especially the filet, and service we ate in Italy. Overall, the location, the accommodations, and the owner & service could not have been better. Thank you, Francesco!

Host assisted with taxi and train options Really needed washing machine instructions in English. Just the basics - how to wash in cold water on a short cycle. There were instructions but not in English

Helpful host, arranged transport to/from airport. Effortless delivery of keys. Dishwasher, fast internet, espressomachine. It was great. Not much really.
• Schoener (9/5): A lovely apartment in a fantastic location - The apartment has a wonderful location 5 minutes from the colosseum. It is clean, modern, and quiet. The host was punctual and friendly. We were a family of 5 and enjoyed our stay there very much. We had wet clothes due to the rainstorm, and could not get the dryer in the apartment to work. There were no specific dryer instructions. It would be nice to have a manual or more complete instructions for use.

Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with great facilities -the washing machine was a great feature, the kitchen area was well equipped and we loved the shower too! Plenty of storage space and this was the perfect base overall for our family of five. The apartment is in a great location - round the corner from the Colosseum- it’s lovely to see this at all times of day. Metro station close too. The surrounding area also has lots of restaurants, cafes, and a few shops. We particularly liked the pizza shop a few doors down - there was regularly a queue here. Our host Francesco was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Thank you. We would definitely visit again! Can’t think of any improvements! The apartment was thoughtfully equipped.

• Shailesh (10/5): An amazing place to stay right in the heart of Rome - We had the pleasure of staying in a very spacious and immaculately clean apartment. It's 2 mins walk from colosseum. It's a brand new, modern space equipped with all the necessary facilities. The dishwasher, washer, and other appliances were not only new but also worked perfectly. The host was conveniently located nearby and responded promptly when we had a minor house lock malfunction. Their responsiveness was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to return for another stay and wholeheartedly recommend this place to my friends and family None

Location also great. - The property is absolutely fantastic, the location speaks for itself, minutes from the colisseum, 10 minutes into central Rome and all of the other usual tourist spots. Easy to catch a cab to places like the Vatican / Trastevere (both walkable but it was soooo hot when we were there). The property is amazing, super clean, modern fixtures and fittings, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Very secure (the apartment door is like a safe’s!). Everything we needed was in the apartment. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is in the ZTL traffic zone, which only effects visitors using a car. However, there is parking outside the ZTL close by and also several underground garages around the colosseum. Just worth noting. Overall it was a fabulous stay and we would recommend to others. No English channels on the TV, but this really is nitpicking and didn’t effect our stay.

A busy , lively area on your doorstep for bars / restaurants. Just a few minutes to the underground. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean - a real home from home. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, with all amenities and modern finishes. I will certainly recommend this apartment! Absolute value for money. Not much, but if I have to be nit-picking, then I'd say the bed in the main bedroom could be a bit more comfortable.

Lots of space in apartment, comfortable bedding, and very clean. Out the front door make a left to the "pizza restaurant" on the corner - this was a really good meal. Could have been more than one roll of toilet paper left for three days. This place and every place we stayed in Italy.

• Joan (10/5): it was an exceptional place to stay with a great host! - - close to main attractions and amenities - communications with host were great and very timely - only a few minutes to Colosseum - Apt was clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped - it included 2 washrooms, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer - beds were queen size and comfortable the apt building was a secure building and I felt safe in the area. - the only thing missing for me is that the washer/dryer machine (I wasn’t familiar with this type of machine) didn’t have directions in English and had to look up directions for use online as it wasn’t easily identifiable on the machine.

• Hykin (10/5): Can't fault it - beautiful apartment perfectly located. - The pictures don't do this apartment justice. It's excellently finished and lovely inside. We had 2 adults and 3 kids (one on the sofa bed in the living room and 2 sharing the double). It was still very spacious and worked well as a base for all of us. It's fantastically located and within 25m of about 6 restaurants. The Colleseum is 200m away and everything else is walkable. Our host was great and very helpful. The apartment was absolutely spotless when we picked it up and very comfortable. We used the kitchen to cook a few simple meals (primarily to save money!) And it was really well kitted out. I really can't fault the place. I'd recommend to anyone. I'd struggle to name anything.

• Adrian (10/5): Rome family holiday - Apartment was clean and modern, felt freshly renovated with quality fit out. Washer/ dryer, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, this apartment has it all. Location great, easy walk to everything. Large rooms with master having a 2nd toilet/ sink. Heating works well / fast. Good wifi ( I was able to stream 1 meeting) Great securty, front building door plus room door. Friendly host ( Francesco) who was a fast responder and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. He even went and brought us a baby portacot. Will definitely look to book again when we visit rome next. No problems at all with apartment. If dining locally be careful to ask about a "service fee" and avoid the restaurant near fuel pumps, instead cross the road for much better food and no hidden fees.

• Bruce (10/5): Exceptional in every way! We will be back! - Everything!! We have been to Rome several times and have stayed in hotels and apartments. This apartment was one of our favorite places to stay. The location was absolutely ideal. We love to walk and this location is centrally placed. Also, the apartment was brand new. It was extremely clean, spacious, and well appointed. It had everything we needed and if we needed anything, Ruggero was there to assist. He was extraordinary. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and gracious. Nothing - it was perfect!!!
