• Daniela (9/5): Tolle Tage in Rom! - Schöne, saubere Wohnung. Gute Anbindung mit Bussen ins Zentrum. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Auto konnte in der Garage sicher abgestellt werden. Sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
• Ja (6/5): - It was great to be able to park the car inside garage. The drain in the shower corner didn't work well which probably stunked up the bathroom. The aircon struggled to cool the place down and the electricity switched off several times.
• Mihai (9/5): Great place to stay when visiting such an amazing city, full of history and amazing people - Host: Cesare is a really nice guy – we had spoken beforehand and let him know we’d be arriving quite late in Rome, and he waited for us even though the standard check-in time had already passed. He’s a kind person who also helped us with useful information. Apartment: Lovely and well-equipped, very clean, spacious, and with a terrace that was more than enough. Both the bed and the sofa were comfortable and great for sleeping – there were three of us, and I slept on the pull-out couch, and I have to say – for a sofa bed, it was surprisingly good. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with good connections to the Vatican (direct bus line) and the city center (about 45–60 minutes by public transport). There are a few restaurants and shops nearby. It’s also relatively close to Fiumicino Airport – on Sunday morning, it took us just 20 minutes by taxi. Overall, it’s a great place for anyone who prefers a peaceful area but still wants to be able to reach the city center fairly easily. It’s perfectly located for those visiting the Vatican and flying through Fiumicino. It was a pleasure to spend our vacation in Rome and stay at Terrace22.
• Ana (9/5): Superb - The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people, having a big living room with sofa bed and one bedroom. There is also a dining area and a small but well equipped kitchen. Both living room and kitchen open to a very large terrace which is quite private given that the building is further away from the main street. The stop for the direct bus that takes you to downtown Rome is just 2 minutes away and the apartment can also be easily reached from the airport. Cesare, the host, welcomed us at the location and provided us lots of information about the place but also recommendations of where to eat or shop.
• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment, it has all you need for a pleasent stay. The host was very nice and friendly, he gave us all informations about the apartment, how to get to all tourist points in Rome and the best restaurants and supermarkets around. The location is good, it is connected well with Fiumicino airport and the Center of the city. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfy and has very big and beautiful terrace. I highly recommend it.
• Марта (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean and very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The terrace is an amazing asset, it's a beautiful space for a morning coffee or a dinner after a long day. Going to the tourist areas was easy for us with bus 881, not more than 20- 30 minutes. The communication with the host was great, Cesare was very welcoming and he gave us good advice and recommendations! Overall we were very pleased with our stay, it was the perfect place for us!
• Barbara (9/5): Superb - A nice place well equipped and clean. Cesare received us and was very kind. Just a comment that if you’re going to Rome and will depend on public transport it will take about 50 minutes to go to main touristy spots.

• Dalimil (10/5): Exceptional - Cesare is very nice guy, he will explain everything about apartment and town, he even helped us to book taxi to airport, our flight back was at night. Apartment is very good, all was clean, some equipment were a bit older but all was working. Best part of this apartment is beautiful terrace. Neighborhood is calm, very close is bus stop where you can easily get to old town. Restaurant and store is also very close. I can recommend this apartment. All was good

• Bojan (10/5): Exceptional - The owner took care of everything in the appartment. We could prepare our dinners in the kitchen, which was very good equiped. We had the appartment prepared upon arrival, with all beds made and towels prepared. All rooms are very spacious and fitted well for our family stay in Rome. We can only recommend to book as soon as possible. First day the appartment was a little bit colder in the evening, but with the help of the owner this was sorted out quickly.

• Sara (8/5): Good place for the money - The apartment have everything you need for a short stay in Rome. Is not in the center, but is well connected to it by bus. The terrace is really nice, I'm sure, with a nicer weather (it rained while we were there), it would be an amazing place to have a meal or a conversation with your party. Cesare was a good host, he was attentive and available when needed, and even helped us with some special requests. I would consider this apartment again if I were in Rome. Unfortunately, we had some trouble with the bathroom. The pressure and temperature of the shower was not working well, so we had to take cold showers, and also the toilet gave us some trouble. We let Cesare know about these issues, so I think they should be corrected for the next guests. Just in case, if you are considering this place, ask about the bathroom first and if the issue was solved, then you are good to go.

• Gabrijela (10/5): Very nice apartment with beautiful terrace. - We had a great stay at Terrace 22. The apartment is nice, spacious with lots of light, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen equipped and there is a wonderful terrace. The host Cesare is also very nice and kind, very helpful; he can give great advice and recommendations about Rome sightseeing. Location is pretty good. It is not far from the center but you have to take the bus. There are more options which bus to take but the bus ride takes around 20 minutes to the centre. This area is very quiet so we had a great sleep and we liked a bit of peace after bustling center of the city. There are shops, bakery, restaurants nearby... I would definitely recommend this apartment.
