• Johkey (8/5): Above expectations ! - Location is excellent if you want to visit the history of Rome ... the Colloseum, the Forum, column of Trajan, the Pantheon, all of this is at a walking distance ! Breakfast is served around the corner, and also there are some nice restaurants and shops in the neigborghood. It is the city center... quite some cars in the street racing to the next red lights. But in the night the are at home, enjoying the pasta !
• Nithya (10/5): Exceptional - The property was massive, spacious & lovely for our group of 8, in immaculate condition. It was a relief to get inside the house with A/C after the scorching heat of Rome !! We thoroughly rested up at the property, even prepared our own meal for the night ! Shame our trip was only 2 days in Rome ! 100% recommend for anyone looking for a really cool comfortable place ! Thanks to the host for the good communication ! 5 stars in every check box !
• Sarah (7/5): Spacious apartment - Very spacious apartment that worked well for our two family group of 8. Fresh linen and clean spaces. Plenty of rooms for children to play in away from adults. Plenty of plates and cutlery for self catering. Great location, easy walk to Coloseum and metro station right next to apartment. Instructions for check in were sent the day before. It would have been good to have written instructions for the apartment with information such as where and when to put out recycling and when main entrance doors were open.for example. Not enough toilet paper or bin liners provided for 8 people for our 4 night stay. We asked for dishwashing equipment as no dishwasher tablets provided. Very quick and positive response to this. Upstairs shower was mouldy smelling due to degrading wooden tray so we used downstairs bathroom which felt much cleaner.
• Tina (8/5): Very good - The location of the accommodation was great. There were 7 of us so the size was perfect too. The building we stayed in was safe and around it a lot of small shops and restaurants. The apartment is dilapidated, we had huge puddles in the living room because the radiator was leaking. All but one bedroom is noisy due to traffic. We also had a problem with morning noise because the apartment above us was being renovated.
• Anonymous (5/5): The apartment is nice and big but needs simple maintenance good location - Location was close to the coliseum, big living room Mold in both bathrooms. Also, bathrooms & tub leaked on to floor 1st floor, drains didn’t drain well in both sinks & took a long time to drain. Upstairs toilet leaked & run all night long, making it hard to fall asleep. The kitchen faucet needs to be tightened. The 2 downstairs bedrooms had way too much traffic noise at night. It took a severals hours to fall asleep then to be woken up with traffic noise again.
