• Diana (10/5): This was the most perfect luxurious, modern and comfortable apartment for our stay in Rome! - This apartment in Rome was exceptional. It was clean, very comfortable, and provided such a luxurious place to stay during our time in Rome. The hosts were the kindest people and welcomed us to a gorgeous apartment and provided recommendations and assistance during our entire stay. The property is located in a nice area outside of the crowded tourist parts of Rome but still close enough to walk everywhere you may want to visit. I cannot recommend this place enough! N/A

• Olivia (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Rome - Fabrizio was a real gentleman, an unbelievable host :-). He made sure we had everything we needed, the fridge was fully filled already on our arrival. He made super recommendations for restaurants in the area and he spoiled us with sweets during our stay :-). The location was perfect to stay in Rome, the apartment was nice, fully equipped and absolutely clean. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you so much! Everything was perfect.

Loved the location, easily accessible to Lepanto metro or just walk over to piazza Navona and be right in the heart of Rome. Quiet at night and a superbly comfortable bed. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us to make sure things were going smoothly. He made wonderful recommendations for restaurants in the area. They were all exceptional. Andreas Papa met us as we were checking out and presented us with some lovely Italian chocolates. This was a perfect place to stay in Rome and we definitely hope to stay there again. There was nothing we didn’t like.

• Tiina (8/5): - Excellent location. The stay was overall okay, but there were a few issues that affected our experience. The shower did not work properly in all aspects, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there were not enough dishes provided for 3 people. These details should be improved to ensure better stay for future quests. More than one key could also be helpful.

• Gabriela (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft! - Absolut zu empfehlen! Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, modern und groß. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und es gibt viele tolle Extras. Der Kühlschrank war reich gefüllt mit Getränken und süßen Überraschungen. An einem Morgen brachte uns der Gastgeber ein Frühstück an die Tür, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Er war immer hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Check-In war unkompliziert selbst zu später Stunde möglich. Die Lage ist super direkt an einer Shoppingstrasse und in der Nähe des Vatikans. Viele Restaurants und Bars sind fussläufig erreichbar. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

• Bargstadt (10/5): Absolutely perfect - Location was wonderful. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We couldnt figure out the oven was our only problem. The added snacks upon arrival were a nice touch. We received treat deliveries during our stay that were mighty delicious! Just some needed instructions on how to operate the oven. Do not make coffee and run the hair dryer or you will overload the circuit breaker... very easy to locate and turn back on!

The apartment was super spacious for three of us sharing, with excellent facilities that made it feel like home. What really made this place stand out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond—stocking the fridge before our arrival, dropping off treats, and giving us brilliant local recommendations (the bakery and pizzeria nearby were chef’s kiss). The location is in a charming local area, and while it's a bit of a walk to the major attractions, it's completely manageable and gives you a more authentic Roman experience. • Nena (10/5): - Our stay at Uno Seitre Luxury Apartments was excellent. The apartment was brand new, beautifully renovated, very stylish, and impeccably clean, with great lighting and a modern design that contrasted perfectly with the historic atmosphere of Rome. It was exceptionally well stocked: champagne, cake, plenty of cookies and sweets, chocolates, and a fridge full of drinks including wine, beer, soft drinks, and water. Everything was generously provided!!! The location is fantastic, surrounded by nice shops and cafés, and within walking distance of the Vatican. Mr. Fabrizio was an outstanding host! He is kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming. He brought us breakfast, always greeted us with a smile, and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

• D (10/5): PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM - One of the best stays I’ve had in a long time! The apartment was incredibly spacious, which made it feel more like a full home than a typical hotel room. The beds were insanely comfortable — like melt-into-the-mattress kind of comfort after long days of exploring. What really made the stay stand out, though, was Fabrizio, our host. He was so welcoming and helpful, giving us amazing local recommendations that you definitely wouldn’t find in a tourist guide. Thanks to him, we ate at some of the best local spots — everything from casual bites to standout dinner places. Also, shoutout to the AC — it was super strong and kept the entire apartment perfectly cool, which was such a relief during the heat. Honestly, everything was just on point. Can’t recommend this place (or Fabrizio!) enough. 🙌

First of all it's a 10 minute walk to the Vatican and other locations such as Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, and more, are walkable too so the location is prime. Secondly, the apartment is lovely and well cared for. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. Overall we had an excellent experience.

• Ricardo (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is pretty, cozy, and was very clean. It is very well located, near the Vatican and relatively close to the other attractions. If you like walking like we do, you can easily visit all the famous sites in Rome. Andrea arranged transportation from the airport to the apartment, personally received us at the apartment location, and allowed us to check in early as our flight was very early in the morning. The fridge was packed with free snacks and during the stay, Andrea left us some sweets from a local pastry. Can really recommend it and surely will be staying again whenever I return to Rome.

Elevator access,owner hospitality 5 star - We were greeted by Fabrizio and Andrea Rezzonico, father and son, owners of the property. Extremely hospitable, immediately gave us instructions on how everything operates in the luxury suite, but also gave us so many tips as to the best restaurants in the area, where to shop and how to get from one place to another. Location of the property is perfect, everything you need is at walking distance as the Vatican walls area few blocks from them. Martina, Fabrizio's daughter is patient and so helpful with arranging tours, tickets, taxis and answering every email you send her almost immediately. The Rezzonico Family makes you feel at home at Rome. Although breakfast was not offered, the Rezzonico do fill the fridge with many goodies, coffee, tea, cookies, sodas, snacks of all sorts, a full kitchen with all the amenities and cooking utensils, so that you can bring in groceries from the store next door and prepare your meals there. It would be nice if there were a washer & dryer in the complex. Maybe they do have one, but not in the apartment. Since ours was a short stay, it was not a problem, but maybe for longer stays it would come in handy.

Answered all our questions and provided a list of recommended restaurants. The minibar fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely touch. The apartment location is perfect for getting around to the sights and far enough away from any noise. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, the bed was amazing and comfortable. Bathroom amenities are also provided. It was perfect for our 5 night stay in room. Andrea even dropped off desserts on one of the days as a surprised. Easy leisure walk to Rome center 25-30 minutes (from Fontana Di' Trevi). Host was very king and informative, gave us a list of nearby restaurants. Fridge was filled with snacks and drinks. Very comfortable beds and sofa bed. Overall a pleasant stay in Rome for a family.
• Paul (10/5): Absolutely perfect for our needs and expectations. Owner was very helpful and nice. Highly recommend - The best start was getting a contact message from the organiser and meeting us at the location. Then we were welcomed to a very nice location and room. It was very clean and felt very new. It was a huge apartment with everything we needed. Large bed, great cooling, lovely shower area and nice kitchen area with fridge. One of the best places I have stayed compared to other countries and locations. I would rate this a 10/10. We would not have changed anything. The location is perfect and the room was huge and very clean. No way I would change a thing.
• Pinar (10/5): Clean, quite and spacious apartment for families with wonderful owners. - clean, spacious for our family with 2 kids and wonderful owners who welcome you like family. area was quite and we felt safe at all times location is a bit far but still manageable. we walked everyone and it took us about 15-20 mins to go to main sites and our favorite restaurants. but we got space and quite area so I would still stay here if I go back.
• Joseph (9/5): We had a comfortable stay. - The location was convenient and easily accessible to sites. It is on a busy road so noisy if windows opened but to be expected on a busy road in Rome. There is air conditioning. The room was large, very clean and modern. The bed very comfortable. There is a lift for heavy bags. We stayed 4 nights and wanted to prepare some meals, so although there was a small kitchenette it did not have a sink so we needed to wash our cups and plates in the bathroom sink. A few cereal bowls would be useful. This place is set up more as a hotel room.

• Ravit (9/5): after knowing all the facts we would come back again because the apartment was very clean and that’s the main thing for - very clean and comfortable. the owner was super nice and welcoming! we felt like a sink was missing at the kitchen as well as a small place to cook. we thought from the picture that there’s a place to cook once we saw the very nice kitchen but unfortunately there wasn’t.
• Claud24 (10/5): Home in Rome - We were warmly welcomed by Fabrizio, who presented the room to us, explaining all the facilities, as well as suggesting restaurants, cafes and bakeries. The apartment was all that we expected, with air conditioning, kitchen facilities, large bathroom. After enquiring about laundry facilities, I was told that laundry was done free of charge for guests. What a brilliant service. The apartment is well located, within walking distance to The Vatican and a longer easy walk to all the tourist sights, eg. Pantheon, Colosseum and The Forum. I can highly recommend UnoSeiTre Apartmens without hesitation. Thank you Fabrizio for a wonderful stay.

• Daisy (10/5): Amazing apartment, ideal location and incredible host! - Everything was amazing from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and in a brilliant location, especially for the Vatican. The host Fabrizio is an incredible person, he took us for breakfast once we checked out and helped us with luggage and the taxi back to the airport. I would return just for the hospitality, the fact the apartment is so lovely is the cherry on the cake! nothing we didn’t like, just wish we stayed longer.

• Sara (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location. - I cannot say enough about how nice our stay at UnoSeiTre was and the graciousness we experienced from our host Fabrizio. The apartment is lovely and well appointed. I inquired about a way to make smoothies and our hosts bought a blender and had it ready for our use. Also, our refrigerator was well-stocked for our use which was a very pleasant surprise. The location is convenient with a lot of shopping in the area.

Appears it has been recently remodeled and completely up to date. We had a family of four, including two kids 11 and 12 and it was perfect size - like a very nice hotel suite at a new hotel. It’s in a beautiful building in a great location - very safe, nice neighborhood, easy to walk many places. Fabrizio was wonderful - met us on arrival, had stocked the fridge with drinks and snacks, helped us with dinner and car reservations and met us a few mornings with goodies as well. Very warm and accommodating - so nice. We would definitely recommend to friends and would stay here again. Nothing
