• Mateusz (10/5): - 5 stars. Great location, close to everything, near the metro, and you can even walk to the Colosseum. Carlo is extremely kind and helpful, always recommending good restaurants and cafés to visit. He’s genuinely a very nice and well-organized host. Next time I’m in Rome, I will definitely choose Apt Re Di Roma again.

• Karin (8/5): Good apartment near metro station - The apartment is spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood, and close to the metro and a supermarket. It is relatively well equipped. The owner is flexible and very responsive. One bed was comfortable, while the bed in the other room is only an auxiliary bed and not comfortable. The dishes were quite worn and dirty, and it would have been very useful to have a kitchen cloth or some paper towels in the kitchen.

• Márton Ákos (9/5): Cool apartment next to the subway, but in a nice quiet neighborhood - Had a great time in Rome and really enjoyed our accomodations. The apartment is very convenient with two separate bedrooms, in a quiet residential area (no bars or much traffic). It is close to two! subway lines, but you can even walk to the Forum. Our host was kind and was very accomodating. Everything was simple, easy, comfortable. Our kids loved the superhero theme.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko metro, autobusy, w każdą stronę Rzymu można było bez problemu sie dostać. Blisko restauracje, sklepy, kawiarnie. Szczególnie polecamy kawiarnie Pompi, która ma mega słodkości, zwłaszcza tiraamisu jest obledne. Na szczególne wyróżnienie, zasługuje właściciel Carlo, który byl mega kontaktowy, pisał z zapytaniem czy wszystko ok. czy nic nie potrzeba, dal nam rekomendacje dobrych restauracji i właśnie tej kawiarnie o której pisalam powyżej. Duży plus ze mogliśmy zakwaterowac sie zaraz wcześnie rano po przylocie, ok. 10 rano. Wszystko było na 5 z plusem. Polecam serdecznie. wszystko było ok. nie ma minusów

• Bogdan (9/5): Good value apartment - Apartment well located, a few minutes from the Re di Roma metro stop and half an hour walking to the Colosseum. The apartment is quite basic but good value considering the location. Our host was very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags a few hours after checkout and we enjoyed another day exploring Rome The kitchen table is small, not really suitable for a family meal. Bedding can be improved

Host was great giving us useful information about where to eat, shop nearly etc. My only complaint would be would be nice to have some glasses to drink out of, tea towels and information about bins these weren’t deal breakers and it was excellent accommodation for what we needed.

For our needs location was perfect (few minutes from Metro station - less than 10 minutes ride to city centre and 10 minut walk from train station - with good connection to aeroport Fiumicino). If you like walking in 20, 25 minutes light walk you will be at Colosseum and there is a lot to see and visit on the way.

The apartment was very clean when we checked in. It is located in a calm neighbourhood and only 4 minutes walking from the metro which is very convenient to get around the city. Our host Carlo was very accommodating and helpful. Great value for money, totally recommend it.

Good for families with small kids - 2 big bedrooms and a very spacious bathroom No “living room” area if both bedrooms are being used. But not much time spent in the apartment so it wasn’t a big deal. Wish the property had a washer for clothes

Beds are very comfortable, the apartment is in the very quiet area but still close to the center. Thank you so much for everything! The only one very small discomfort was no hangers fot the towels in the bathroom but still possible to survive without it 😉

Clean and well facilities the neighbors were so noisy at night so we heard everything what they talked, so it was very difficult to sleep well the old lift sometimes is not working so we have to climb upstairs with the baby push chair and shopping bags. that’s frustrating the water sometimes is not hot so we need to reset the machine
