• Ronald (7/5): Kan nok finne på å velge denne igjen, men ... - Personalet virker hyggelige. Beliggenheten er bra med 10 - 15 minutters gange til severdigheter og til Roma Termini. Noen vil kanskje bruke ordene rustikk, sjarmerende og enkel om leiligheten, men ... Jeg syns leiligheten er slitt og litt for enkel. "Kjøkkenet" kan brukes til å koke vann, men ut over det ... Leiligheten er dårlig støydempet og ligger inntil områder med trafikk og uteliv. Den ene dobbeltsengen hadde så hard madrass at den er bare for spesielt interesserte. Toalett og vaskemuligheter er adekvat, men badekar kunne ikke brukes pga manglende propp, som vi ikke hadde tid til å etterlyse. Badekar var ikke tilfredsstillende rengjort.

• Rebecca (7/5): Shabby chic(ish) in the best part of Rome - Fabulous location, walking distance from great cafes, restaurants, metro and Termini. Heaps of character, very spacious, felt safe and secure. The kitchenette, which looks a bit rubbish, actually is brilliant for cooking up pasta and sauce and is a life saver for families. Host very responsive with any complaints. I really wanted to love love love it but just too many little niggles with things (see below). Not very clean - but cleaners came very quickly when I raised it with Giulia the host. Too many broken things: mirrors, a funny shelf thing, bits of furniture (the sofa cushions constantly slip off the frame because it is old and saggy), drawer handles of the dresser. It just needs to be at the more chic end of shabby chic.
• Lori (9/5): Beautiful, spacious, centrally located, great hosts! - The apartment was every bit as beautiful as the pictures! The frescos, the chandelier- beautiful. Giulia and Fabrizio were great! They communicated well (in English for us) throughout our stay. They allowed us an early check -in. Fabrizio came and showed us around. He was great! The location was very centrally located and the view from the Juliet balcony was great- A basilica on your left and one of the best gelato places we had was down to our right. The air conditioners worked well. We always stayed cool. Overall, just a very beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment. We did knock out the power while ironing. But was a fun fix. If we had been more familiar with European breaker boxes, it would have bee a 5 second fix. The beds are very, very firm!
• Aimee (8/5): great accommodations for family. unique lovely - it’s very unique, good location and spacious especially for a group or family with kids some equipments are quite old but it works so it’s ok - we prioritise the space but when we turned up the fridge was broke so we have 1 night without place to store kids milk. it’s been replaced the next day so it’s not a big deal. the host is very responsive

• N (7/5): A Roman apartment that makes you feel like you're in room. Host was friendly and very helpful. - Loved the vibe of the apartment. It has an incredible chandelier and a great view from the terrace. There was room to spread out. The bedrooms were large. Unfortunately, the AC units didn't function very well. The one in the living room needs serviced and the one in the bedroom leaks a lot. Also, the drain in the tub is a little clogged.
