Na miejscu nie brakowało absolutnie niczego – wszystko, co potrzebne do wypoczynku, było zapewnione. Świetna lokalizacja( blisko dworca) i przyjemna atmosfera sprawiły, że pobyt był naprawdę udany. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Die Lage war hervorragend und ideal, da unmittelbar am Bahnhof gelegen Alles war sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir auch den sehr angenehmen und unkomplizierten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

Check-in, even unlocking the door (no key) of the apartment&buildnig is by app (which can be tricky for turist, when phone runs empty during the exploration of the city). The only - was the central heating did not work, so we had to use A/C for heating (the kitchen was cold), since outside was 1 *C… Broken heating, the host was not there to try and fix the problem…

• Letha (4/5): The unit was adequate and with a few changes recommended above would be a very nice unit. All and all the unit gave us - Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Location was good. Hot water supply was great. Garbage cans were very small and no instruction on what to do with garbage. Shower head in one bathroom kept falling down. Insufficient towel supply. We needed to purchase toilet paper. We were a party of6 but insufficient chairs because one was broken. Other occupants of neighboring units seemed very disgruntled with our being there. Air conditioners did not work. Difficult to contact owner. No instruction on what to do regarding checking out.

• Dinorah (8/5): Location intéressant - Je n'ai pas vu le propriétaire, cependant, il m'a rendu service, contacté le dimanche en urgence, il m'a trouvé un taxi de confiance pour aller le lundi matin à l'aéroport (course à 5h30 matin!). La literie (3 grands lits) et les chambres en général, très confortables et avec beaucoup de rangement. Pas de salon, la cuisine est assez grande et 2 salles de bains complètes. La cuisine manquait des ustensiles. Il n'y avait ni toaster ni cafetière (1 lt), la petite cafetière italienne pour une seule tasse n'était pas suffisant pour 4 personnes assez pressés le matin comme pour perdre du temps a préparer tasse par tasse.

Another bathroom There is no glass separating the shower room but a curtain, which makes the water splash out and wet the floor outside when taking a shower. Too many side tables, drawers in each rooms so have very little space to lay down our luggages. Cannot turn on stoves.

• Jeanette (8/5): Clean and comfy apt in great location - Fantastic location near trains and tons of good restaurants. Big comfy beds, clean. Didn’t cook but small kitchen seemed like it had everything. It’s a TOTALLY automated check in. I’m so used to interaction with owners that didn’t totally sink in. When I was asked for arrival time I thought a person would meet me - in fairness the email link to form said it was automated. Images of all passports had to be uploaded online as separate files and the form interface wasn’t great. One mistake meant starting whole process over and I was doing it on a cell phone.
• Brittni (5/5): Fine for one night - The location was good, close to the train station so easy to walk. We were also able to leave our luggage in the flat prior to check in, which was convenient for us to go out and explore the city. The unit did, however require internet connection to access/unlock doors and WhatsApp for communication with the owner/unit manager. I was requesting information through email with minimal response until close to actual check in. We only stayed one night, so the unit sufficed for that purpose, otherwise it wouldn’t have been as comfortable. There’s not a lot of community space for sitting and the table and the furniture has seen a lot of use. Although the beds are large, there not exceptionally comfortable (I’d venture to say IKEA like most other products in the unit). The washing machine was broken, there was no coffee machine as listed in the description (just a tiny Moka pot).

• Zaur (10/5): I will pick this location certainly in my next trip to Rome and would highly recommend it to anyone. - It was quite nice experience to stay in apartment rather than hotel room and I think I will give preference to apartments in future after my experience with this one. 3 separate bedrooms with fully equipped modern clean kitchen well exceeded our expectations. We have had two bathrooms and we have managed to dedicate separate bedrooms to each of our kids. It was like executive stay with no space constrains. It is really worthwhile to pick this venue, especially if number of your team members more than 4. Entry to building and to accommodation are electronic and can be easily unlocked by mobile phone. I have had several contacts with host and found him very friendly and helpful. Elevator to second floor is super narrow and you would find it difficult to get in with your big luggage. Looks elevator has been squeezed into staircase afterwards and had to be cut from all dimensions to fit. There is a very nice bakery in close proximity and you could enjoy fresh bread and croissants each morning.

• Emilia-anca (5/5): Not a good experience - I liked the cleaning of the apartment except the balcony wher also the washing machine was placed in a messy corner . The whole corner and the washing machine looked dirty and makes u not wanna wash ur clothes ther . The decoration of the apartment looks good only in one room , the rest doesn’t look that good in reality . The host was easy to be reached and always ther to answer and allowed us to check out one hour later . The building is very but very old , with an very old and small elevator . The entrance to the building is horrible ,the view from the balcony is even more horrible, it literally hurts ur eyes. Ther was no coffee machine which it the description of the listing it appears . Ther is no oven neither except a microwave. Two of the rooms were very noisy. U feel u are sleeping in the street. The walls of the apartment are not so clean . The chairs in the kitchen are not stable .

It was nice that we 3 adults and a 6 month old fit comfortably in the unit. The airport shuttle service exceeded expectations--we appreciate that immensely! Thank you! The air-conditioning was not as cool as we would have liked, despite adjusting the temp. The air flow vents in the bathrooms had quite a bit of dust accumulated.

It was uncomfortable staying. Also, we did not like it when we arrived before check-in time to drop luggage with the approval of property owner and stayed for 15 minutes, the cleaning staff called to complain about us. There should be some tolerance, respect and understanding.

• David (7/5): Good - Nice, comfortable bedrooms / beds. A good layout, with a small but more than adequate kitchen - dining area, two bathrooms. Great location for heading out towards any part of the city. Great washing machine. Great climate control. 1. The keys - there is a key for the building (or an access code), but THERE IS NO KEY for the Apartment Door - only a webpage app with a link to lock/unlock. The walls in the building are thick, and the wifi in the apartment is horrible - so it can take a few minutes from accessing the "open door" button in the web page, to actually the electronic lock on the door allowing for entry. While this might be ok for the initial entry, it would be much better to have a physical key available. 2. The internet/wifi is really poor. The connection is through a portable plugin device with a sim card, and considering its location and the thickness of the walls - its barely good enough to hold a conversation. 3. Water pressure - this is a tough spot for many historical buildings in the city, but this was really poor. Hot water is barely more than a drip in the kitchen, so it is impossible to wash dishes with even luke-warm water. And there is no dishwasher, so this is quite an unpleasant experience. 4. Online check-in process with required registration and document upload is dubious. Unable to verify the security of the registration system. I would much prefer to do this the old fashion way, with greeting by a physical host.

• Kaminska (9/5): Superb - These are wonderful apartments - where you will find everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The apartment is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Convenient location. Supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, metro and Termini train station are nearby. The owner of the apartment is very, very friendly! The hosts helped me a lot during the entire vacation. This is the place - where I will return with great pleasure and will advise my friends and acquaintances!

• Simon (3/5): Not worth the money - Clean Walking distance from Termini Leaking shower drain - we could not use the shower. We complained enough and after 2 days somebody came to fix it. Gas stove not working properly - lighter is not included, buy your own. No hot water in kitchen sink - wash the dishes in cold water. In the end, we wanted a discount, we got 50 EUR off from total of 1.400 EUR accomodation and that is, in my opinion, not enough for the service and attitude we got via WhatsApp. Be prepared to pay additional 6 eur/person/night as city tax.

• Carrie (7/5): Good stay, but some small improvements could make it great. - Less than 10 minutes walk from Termini. Enough space for a family and had 2 bathrooms. Keyless entry was great. Mattresses were comfortable. Could do with new pillows. Two of the bedrooms on the street side were very noisy. The windows could do with replacing as it isn’t on a Main Street - earplugs were needed. The bedroom at the back was much better and there was no noise. In one of the showers there isn’t a riser rail and the water pressure isn’t great.

The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms very nice and its very well located.they allowed us to make an early check in, which we appreciated. The kitchen is very nice but needs a little attention as to pots and pans. They are old and scratched. There are no potholders and no towels in the kitchen.

• Richard (10/5): Excellent location, perfect for a group stay. - The apartment is in a great location with lots of bars, restaurants and travel connections near by. it has everything you need included too. The shower heads aren’t great and one is not attached to the wall making it difficult to wash properly. it’s a little noisy in night (but to be expected in the city)
• Flo (7/5): Roma Macao - Location was great. Access online was wonderfully efficient. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Noise from the hotel or other venues was very loud until late in the evening. The air conditioner in the first bedroom did not operate. I didn't try the other rooms but if they had worked it would have helped to drown out the noise. The microwave was unplugged and didn't work when we plugged it in.

• Christèle (8/5): Great location and spacious and clean place ! - The location is fabulous, many great restaurants and cafes. It’s really nice flat with modern rooms and bathrooms. Was very clean. We could drop our luggages even if flat was not ready and that was great. Tiny lift with lots of character, very practical with luggages ! The agency/our contact person were super réactive which was fabulous and very helpful !! I had massive difficulties using the e-key to enter the flat but the agency/contact person was fabulous at sorting us out. I am used to entering with a code and then using a key but here, we made it work with a code as i couldn’t face fighting with the e-key everyday. Bakery at the corner of the street. Not very friendly but great stuff. There is also a market in the corner street too most mornings and it’s great to have fresh fruits and veg even if it would be difficult to cook in the flat. There is also only 4 seats around the tiny table and only a fifth chair. The place sleep 6 people easily but you can’t eat, even for breakfast it was tiny. We ended up eating out every evening anyway and lunch on the go too. Termini station is very closed by and has a wonderful outside cafe on the opposite of the station before crossing to get to it when you are coming from the flat. The coffees and fresh orange juices were amazing and it’s outdoor with nice views on surroundings. Not many food shops around the flat but we found a Carrefour express 10 minutes away that had supplies so all good. Kitchen is tiny and only 4 chairs around a tiny table so tricky to eat even at 5 thanks to the fifth chair in the corner of the room. Tiny coffee maker but makes great coffee for 1. There is a oven or microwave but we ended up not using any. We had no kitchen cloth but plenty of towels so ended up using one for washing our ends or drying the dishes. Pillows were very hard but we had the same later in Milan so maybe an Italian custom. Other comments mentioned noises from the street and it’s true, it’s noisy as there are some restaurants so people coming in and out and chatting. It maybe even noisier in summer as one of the restaurants has an outside space. So, noisy in the evening but very quiet the rest of the night even in mornings. A bit dark on the balcony side but probably because we are in Italy and protecting against sun and heat. We were in April and would have been nice to have more light. We were out most of the day anyway.

• Vanessa (9/5): Fantastic apartment! Would highly recommend a stay here. - We loved the most comfortable beds we experienced on our whole trip! Absolutely outstanding. Wifi was excellent, great washing facilities with a drying rack, great location, lovely little apartment. As other people have reviewed here, the showers were still broken but we managed to make one work and although there isn’t a lounge room, the layout suited us perfectly - everyone had their own space to chill out in when we were there. The keyless entry was great, there was a low battery signal and once I let them know they were straight over and fixed it. There were no issues and they were super responsive. There were lots of little mini markets around as well as great restaurants which we utilised more than the kitchen in the apartment as there are only a few utensils there but once again, perfect for what we needed and met our expectations based on reviews. We loved our stay here! Just the shower situation, if fixed, absolutely would have been a 10/10.
• Jayn (9/5): apartment was close enough to everything if you dint mind a walk and also close to train station and metro. I would def - really clean and very well presented. fresh light and great facilities in kitchen and great tj have two bathrooms and very little noise from other flats. perfect the only thing that was a bit confusing was the key situation. it was a little worrying that the automated key didn’t work on our last night but luckily it was sorted.
