• Jasmine (9/5): Great! - Very clean, comfortable and in good condition, Riccardo was very accommodating. Large and allowed privacy for our three generations travelling together. Aircon worked well too. Very well located to Colosseum and public transport. Nothing st all . The only thing we missed was a washing machine as we were there for five days in very hot weather, travelling light so this would have been handy.

Appartment was spotless, everywhere was really clean. Comfortable beds, great showers. Iron, and two hairdryers in appartment. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Really loved staying here, when we return to Rome we’ll definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Rome. Nothing.

We were there for four days, because there’s no washing machine at the property we would have appreciated more towels - we were only supplied one each.

It is very central to all famous places in Rome including the metro. There is a lovely little coffee bar around the corner and a supermarket is also nearby. Plenty of taxis go by the apartment as well if you need one.

The host was friendly and helpful, taking the time to help us navigate within the city on a map. In addition, the Host helped us secure a ride from the airport directly to the apartment. We could not ask for anything more.
• Ammar (10/5): Fantastic vacation in rome. - I liked the location. We had park nearby for kids to play. Park has a magnificent view of the Colosseum, and there is a small neighborhood with bars and restaurants on the way to the Colosseum.
• David (10/5): A comfortable base in an excellent location for exploring Rome - Location - terrific 1 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum, 20 minutes to the Baths of Caracalla , metro close by, quiet, excellent restaurant next door and another a few minutes walk away couldn't ask for more for a centre to get out and about in Rome. The apartment itself is well equipped with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and a cosy kitchen/ family room and the owner very helpful from being there to welcome us, to giving an excellent briefing not just on how to run the apartment but also on how to get around in Rome An electric kettle and more pot-towels in the kitchen and clothes hooks in the bathrooms would have been appreciated but this didn't detract in any real way from the overall pleasure of our stay

The 3 x bedrooms were lovely and spacious, 2 x lovely clean bathrooms - the whole place was spotless. The beds were super comfy. Nothing I can think of!

It has a restaurant downstairs but you can’t listen to any noise which was good. there is a supermarket near by and also a nice trattoria at walking distance. location was good. -You are expected to leave everything clean like if you are renting an AirBnB, which wouldn’t prevent me to stay there again.

The apartment was lovely and clean and we were met by the owner Ricardo who suggested places for us to eat and shop. He made things very easy for us. Can’t think of anything, it ticked all the boxes for us.

Apartment clean and well furnished - host so helpful and even organised a taxi for us. No real lounge - kitchen / diner and we moved 2 chairs from hallway so we could sit in more comfort. No tv in kitchen / diner although a tv in each bedroom.

No luggage facility after check out - - Clean - Has lots of space - Modern - Air con - Quiet area - Location is far out from main attractions. Pictures are deceiving which makes the colosseum look closer than it actually is. - Check out time had to be on time as owner was waiting outside for us to leave as new tenants were arriving. - No facility to leave luggage in a secure place until our flight back home. Meaning we had to drag our heavy suitcases around Rome until our evening flight.

The apartment was really big and it had modern appliances that were well maintained. Only one flight of stairs was awesome plus the use of the elevator for our bags was a welcome relief!! The only thing that was missing was a washing machine. Also the wifi dropped out in the far end bedroom.

• Katharine (10/5): Brilliant Location, Facilities and Host, would stay again - Brilliant location right near to the coliseum and local transport points such as metro, bus etc. loads of space inside the apartment, comfortable beds, had everything we needed, air con in the rooms two bathrooms with good showers, well equipped kitchen etc. Riccardo the host was really helpful meeting us there with the keys, giving us advice re transport and was very kind. The apartment is on the first floor was was fine for us, there is a lift but only one person can get in it at a time but this was not an issue for us but might help other people to know.
