• Anne-Marie (9/5): Appartement agréable je recommande - La situation exceptionnelle. Perpendiculaire à la via del Corso A quelques encablures de la Piazza di Spagna, piazza del Popolo. La propreté des lieux. L’entrée digne de Rome! Literie confortable Merci à Gian Luca pour nous avoir permis au check out de rester une heure de plus. Pas vue! Au premier étage et au centre ville c est assez courant donc assez sombre mais les luminaires y remédient. Le chauffage fonctionnait très bien car la semaine pasquale était très fraîche

• Boris (8/5): The best location to explore the city on foot. Very good overal but there is room for improvement. - The location was wonderful. Very central. The area is busy but also very quiet inside the apartment, which is very specious for a couple with a baby. All the main sights were reachable on foot with the furthest ones like Trastevere or Vatican only 30min walk away. The historic building was very nice and residents were very friendly. The bed was very comfy. The sheets and the towels were very clean and the shower was good. The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. We were traveling with our baby so the kitchen utensils were very limited for us. Some of the pots were damaged and there was no frying pan. I guess most of the visitors here eat outside but we needed to make meals for the baby inside. The bathroom could have been cleaner as there were some moldy areas around the shower and the tile grouts have seen better days. Otherwise all good. The city is very crowded with tourists and it feels too much at times but this has nothing to do with the accommodation.

• Solińska (3/5): To, że czułam się jak w piwnicy bez okien zmotywowało mnie do tego żeby jak najmniej czasu przebywać w apartamencie więc - Wielkość apartamentu i jego lokalizacja. Szyby w oknach są pokryte folią - jak u dentysty. Nic przez nie nie widać. Człowiek czuje się jak w piwnicy. Jak otworzy się to okno to jest również brak jakiegokolwiek widoku. Widać stary dach i kominy. Apartament jest na 1 piętrze. Jeśli potrzebujecie windę to do niej najpierw trzeba iść schodami i później z windy do apartamentu też jeszcze trzeba zejść schodami.

Close to many attractions and also very safe. The property has everything a family of 4 would need. Impecable conditions. It has no views. We were in a first floor and our windows faced an inner part of the building with AC machines. But although this was not nice we went in winter so we did not have to open the windows…

• TFesser (9/5): - Super Apartment im Zentrum Roms, alles schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen, sehr zu empfehlen! Das Geschirr und Besteck könnte etwas aufgefüllt werden, aber es war trotzdem alles notwendige vor Ort.

• Nikolay Tzonov (7/5): Прекрасна локация, но с компромиси - Локацията на апартамента е наистина много удобна. В апартамента няма достатъчно свеж въздух, тъй като и двата прозореца гледат към вътрешен двор и прозорци, той е на 1 етаж и там се намират външните тела на климатици и комините на ресторанти. Поради това често се усещаха неприятни миризми и топлина от климатиците и нямаше как да се проветри добре. Освен това на прозорците няма мрежи против комари, а дори в края на октомври имаше доста влезли насекоми. Двойното легло беше удобно, но матракът на разтегателния диван е потънал и изобщо не е удобен за спане. През целия ни престой в делничните дни имаше шум от ремонт, започващ още в 7:30–8:00 сутринта, което беше неприятно. За 7-дневен престой бяха оставени само един малък сапун и една ролка тоалетна хартия – твърде малко за четирима души. След като писахме на домакините, те реагираха и донесоха необходимото.

• cheng (7/5): Location - good. - Location - strategic. Close to all the main tourist locations. Except a little far to Vatican City. Divo Apartment wi fi is not ideal. It is slow and most of the time we could not connect to the wi fi. There was one and one-half day which the wi fi which there was NO WI FI. We were taken by shock that we could not enter the apartment when we arrived. Fortunately Luca? promptly answered our phone call when we told him "we are here and asked how to get in". That was when he sent the codes to enter the apartment. Suggest that management emailed/message via WhatsApp the codes on the day we were to arrive. Impersonal - no one was at the apartment to help us check-in. Communication - management should communicate and give the instructions how to get into the apartment with the security codes. Fortunately a resident helped us when we finally received the codes from Luca. The inconvenience put us off totally.As you know we travelled with two large luggages, two carry on luggages. Please not we are arriving from the Philippines.

• Nicholas (8/5): A perfect location to see the beauty of Rome on your doorstep - The location was perfect. Lots of shops and cafes in touching distance of the apartment, with very short walks to Historical sites like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Very easy to get in and out of and Chiara and Gianluca met all of our needs perfectly!

• Karen (8/5): Good location , nice apt but i did not appreciate him going inside without informing us right when he thinks we are out - The elevator was not working on the place they were giving us and that was an important thing i look for before booking as one of us cannot go up the steps. He moved us to another apt on the other street which is what on this picture. Nice apartment, with everything you need . Still have steps but tolerable than walking up 4 floor without a lift…Good location The manager went to the apartment without informing me ahead claiming there was a complaint about not having hot water on the other unit( to check boiler). Good thing one family member was inside so he got startled and informed after the fact… i told him to inform me ahead in whatsapp just as how we communicate … It is not acceptable to just enter the apartment as we have all our personal belongings in there… It was good that someone was there . I wonder if that happens all the time .

En general estaba todo bien pero igual le falta algo de menaje de cocina y una mano de pintura a lagunas partes de la casa no le vendría mal . Era un piso interior.

• Jobina (8/5): Quite comfortable and location was great. - Location was great. It was close to shops and some restaurants. It was very easy to get to Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon & Piazza Navona It was not staff. It was difficult getting a response from the property regarding various queries. There were lots of extra pillows in room but we could not use it because there was no pillow case. The lift in. Building works but the door could not open or close at 1st floor. In the end we had to lugged our suitcase upstairs & downstairs.

The windows in the apartment face the interior space where there are air conditioners and it is noisy at night if you open the window. It is a low 1st floor from the courtyard side, practically at the ground. There is no fresh air. There are a lot of mosquitoes and the windows do not have protective nets. There is no washing machine in the apartment and no cleaning facilities. There is no dishwasher. There are very few dishes and they are washed quite poorly.
• Raluca (6/5): It is a good value for money but, even so, lack of cleanliness is not acceptable. - We appreciated the location of the apartments - very central, a few steps from Via del Corso and close to many landmarks in Rome. We also liked the clean bed sheets and the comfortable mattress. The hosts were very helpful with the transfer from and to the airport and with recommending restaurants in the area. On our arrival, we were surprised to see that the apartment for which we were given the access code had already been "accidentally" occupied by another family. We were then given access to another one. We also didn't appreciate the cleanliness - the kitchen furniture was full of grease marks and the bathroom had hairs on the floor. To be honest, the kitchen may have all the facilities necessary but we wouldn't know as we preferred not to use the kitchen at all. To cut a long story short, it was good we were in Rome, the weather was good and we didn't have to spend very much time in the apartments. They look far better in the photos than in reality and we would have preferred a good stay instead of a good host, or maybe both...

• Al-buloshi (5/5): Passable - We stay with our bags waiting for half hour before we can they replay to us, noise never stops you in the are, no cleaning done, I asked for towels I received after one and half day, they overbook the apartment during our last day at 10AM while we are sleeping with my family new gust open the door, at the end he request 90 euro tax and as per the booking is 70 euro

One of their workers Ricardo was of great help. - The location was amazing, the bed was really comfortable, had a good kitchen and it was a large apartment The shower needed upgrading it would leak, there was a broken basket in the shower and the shower holder was also broken. And all the walls in the apartment were covered in marks. The main point of contact was hard to get help from.

• Rosemary (6/5): Satisfactory apartment for a short stay - The apartment was well located and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only communication with the management was by an app or phone. This made it very difficult for non Italian speakers. We arrived at 2.30pm and if the cleaners had not been there we would have not been able to enter the apartment. Very minimal ammenities. We didn’t have anything in the kitchen to clean or dry dishes. The shower flow was ordinary and the sliding door was extremely difficult to open and close

• Evangelia (2/5): bad apartment even though we paid a lot for it. - the location only the staircase leading to the apartment was dirty the apartment did not smell of cleanliness and was not absolutely clean there was nothing to put your things in the room the bathroom was not clean there were only two towels the wifi was very bad especially in the room, only someone could browsing and not to work in the bathroom there was nowhere to put your cosmetics there was no mirror anywhere except in the bathroom you felt like you were in a basement and you couldn't open any windows the entrance of the building shared something unpleasant the owner told me three times to inform him when the payment is completed, without asking me anything else about the apartment the tap water smelled and the kitchen was dirty, the cupboards, glasses, etc.

• Aleksandra (10/5): The perfect host, location and apartment! - Our host Riccardo was the best, our child got sick the last day (when we had to check out) and he gave us another apartment to stay in until the afternoon when we had our train with no additional cost. He also came to check if we needed anything else. They really do all that the can for their quests, so I highly reccomend! The location and appartment was perfect! /
• Violeta (7/5): Nice apartment in the heart of the city - The location was absolutely perfect, close to most of the main tourist sites. It is a quiet apartment, that’s another thing we appreciated. The A/C in both rooms was most helpful. The apartment is spacious and nicely organized. The host, Riccardo, was friendly and most helpful. The shower cabin needs serious fixing. The couch was not as comfortable as expected, definitely not for 2 people to sleep in. It would need a bit more attention to cleanliness.

• Vellafalzon (5/5): For that price we could have had a better room.!!! - The Location First to get hold of the host it was a nightmare, phoning approx 15 times and got a ring back 4 hours later!! Secondly we slept the first night with our apartment door without closing and had to leave our belonging unsecured with an open door. This was fixed the next day in the afternoon after having to call back the owner which he was aware about it. Thirdly to open the common door it was hectic, you need to enter the pin and hit the door real hard to try and open which was not convenient.

• Sara (8/5): Great property, great location - Didn't receive instructions in advance as promised so we were nervous about getting in. Sent a text on route with no response but the host answered the phone and sent instructions straight away on arrival
