• María (8/5): - Es amplio y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Lo único que no me gustó es que el señor que nos fue abrir el apartamento a mí y a mi familia estaba un poco ebrio y olía mucho a trago, el señor no sabía sobre la reservación y me cobró varias veces los impuestos los cuales ya había cancelado, deberían están más pendientes de eso ya que casi pago otra vez el dinero ya que me decía que yo no había pagado y que estaba equivocada.

• Diego Alonso (7/5): Aceptable y decente - La ubcacion del apartamente es buena, cerca a la estacion Roma Termini, la zona donde esta esta bien iluminada y sobre todo da algo de seguridad por estar cerca a entidades gubernamentales, la habiacion es espaciosa, la cocina esta bien dotada y e baño, a pesar de ser pequeño estaba limpio. El acceso al apartamento esta algo descuidado, con paredes no muy bien presentadas, ya dentro del apartamento se veian algo sucias las paredes pero en buen estado, la cama fue algo incomoda pero decente para dormir. lo otro que no me gusto es que mi vuelo salia tarde y solicite si me podian dejar en el alojamiento un momento mas pero me dijeron que tenia que salir a la hora exacta y me toco salir y quedarme dos horas con las maletas en una cafeteria cercana miebtra me recogia el taxi que ya tenia programado. se que son las reglas que tiene el alojamiento pero podrian tener un poco de flexibilidad, sobre todo que en esas dos horas que estuvimos esperando el transporte nadie entro al apartamento..y nos diejron que no podiamos estar ahi porque la limpieza estaba programada para ir a la hora del checkout

• László (9/5): It is a perfect apartman to explore the city of Rome. - Located near the Termini where you can reach the whole city from by train/bus/metro and by walk as well It seems that many people stay here, it is also leaves a mark on the walls. Mildew on the wall.

• Tatjana (10/5): Exceptional - It's a great value for money with a central location, close to Termini station that makes travelling easy. It's a nice apartment, clean and cosy with everything you need for a stay in a big city.

• Kirsi (6/5): Pleasant - Friendly hosts with a lovely greeting at the start of our stay. Hosts were also quick to respond to our messages and requests which we appreciated very much. Good air conditioning, nice and big TV with e.g. Netflix, Youtube available. Room decorations, like the colours on the walls were nice. Location quite good being at walking distance from two metro stations and the Termini train station, making it convenient to reach the airport. Noise from neighbouring flat(s) and from outside, especially in the morning hours from about 7AM. Peeling paint at the common areas like the staircase gives an overall run-down appearance. No oven in the small kitchenette. Overall felt a little pricey for the quality.
• Susanne (10/5): We enjoyed living in a local community with the people of Rome- a great people watching experience! - The apartment is bright and clean, and had all the amenities we needed! We stayed there towards the end of our trip so the clothes washing machine was very welcomed. The person who met us at the place and the managers were all very helpful. They arranged two airport transfers for us, and we enjoyed the restaurants they recommended. They were very helpful. The location of the apartment was great for being able to access the various city sights, and we also had several supermarkets and restaurants within about a 10-minute walking distance.

• Greg (10/5): it was a wonderful place to rest after a busy day of sightseeing in Rome - beautiful apartment with room for our whole group of 6 people. plenty of room for everyone to spread out. the location was a bit out of the way, but we really appreciated the bus stop that was close.

• Loubna (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great time at the BDC appartement. Everything in the city was easily accessible by public transport. The bus stopped at our door and drove to Termini. From there we could reach whole rome. Supermarkets nearby. Everything at home that we needed. Beds slept tasty and everything was clean. We were with 11 people and enjoyed our stay very much. Also the host was very friendly. She explained everything well and was easily accessible via whatsapp for questions and advice in Rome.
