• Barbaradesouza (10/5): - Havia uma máquina de lavar roupa maravilhosa e muito útil com onda de calor que rolou na cidade. Fica no 5º andar com uma vista incrível, mas como não tem elevador, subir com malas fica um pouco complicado.

• christophe (7/5): Appartement agréable - C’est un grand appartement proche de la gare, avec un canapé et une grande cuisine. Il y a des bars dans la rue et c’est très bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit.
• Стоянка (9/5): - Много добро местоположение за екскурзия в Рим. Жилището е в близост до хранителни магазини, заведения за хранене, кафета и барове и същевремено на тихо и спокойно място. Просторен и чист апартамент с всички необходими удобства. Добри домакини. Ако посетим отново Рим ще отседнем пак тук! Единственият малък минус е по-слабо налягане на водата, което забавя къпането и миенето.

• Edyta (10/5): Wspaniały, rodzinny wyjazd - Apartament położony jest około 10 minut spacerem od dworca Termini, w kamienicy na piątym piętrze, w spokojnej okolicy. W pobliżu znajdują się kawiarnie i sklepy. Mieszkanie jest bardzo ładne, dobrze wyposażone – posiada wszystko, co potrzebne, w tym pralkę. Panuje w nim wysoki standard czystości, a z okien roztaczają się piękne widoki. Właściciele są niezwykle mili i pomocni.
• Ivan (4/5): Апартамент до църква - ++Има пералня със сушилня +Хладилник +Съдомиална +Кафе с кафеварка +Климатици във всяка стая +Чисти кърпи и спално бельо -- Супер ниско налягане на водата, на моменти спираш да се къпеш и чакаш да се вдигне налягането. -- Мухъл във всяка стая. Доста високо без асансьор. - Има нощни барове под апартамента всяка вечер до 03ч вдигат шум, а прозорците не са с изолация, чува се всичко. Счупена дръжка на банята, не се поддържа добре. Има заключена вътрешна врата между апартаментите и се чуваме с другите гости. Хора над 1.60м не могат да се съберат на едната спалня, без да им стърчат краката.

• Attila (9/5): Better than expected. - The apartment is impressively spacious with large, airy rooms. To ensure the property stays in top condition, I’d like to request a bit more detail regarding the maintenance schedule and the specific cleaning protocols currently in place.
• Darren (10/5): Perfect for the seasoned traveller who is used to making their own way around. - Access to local shop was literally. 1min, Coffee was a 2 min walk although this is not really a tourist area, Google translate is a must. We walked everywhere, even to the local stadium and Rome centre England v Italy but we are both fairly fit 31+57, we did 90km in 4 days. Appt is on the 5th floor so if you’re not so able bodied it’s prob not for you. Washing machine is a must as we travel light but all the other amenities are available oven , fridge, microwave , air con. Shower takes a while to heat up so don’t just jump straight in. Taxi, Trams, trains etc are all reliable, but don’t forget to book as in advance as you can because airport taxis get costlier the later you book them. Only downside was England lost to Italy 😂 Don’t expect drivers to stop at crossings, indicate or be polite 😂 Welcome to Italy 🤦‍♀️ Property was great, but not in a tourist area so expect raw Italians, not the ones trying to get your money with smiles.

• ELENA (8/5): - La colazione non era inclusa,l’alloggio era molto carino. V piano senza ascensore molto scomodo soprattutto se si hanno dei figli piccoli.
• Stefano (6/5): - Rapporto qualità prezzo. Vinicinanza alla stazione e alle attrazioni. Pulizia. Vicinanza ristoranti e supermercati. Riscaldamento e acqua calda. Dopo aver girato tutto il giorno una doccia calda non può mancare e purtroppo ci sono problemi di regolazione e lo scalda salviette non funziona quindi bagno freddo e acqua difficile da regolare. Decisamente un appartamento per l'estate dove il punteggio potrebbe essere ottimo!!

• Lili (9/5): Gyöngyszem a belváros közelében. - Jó helyen volt, a berendezése nagyon tetszett, a tulajdonossal gördülékenyen ment a kommunikáció. A bojler elromlott, ehhez szerelőket küldött a megérkezésünket követően. Alacsony volt a nyomás a csapokban.

• Mayte (7/5): Aceptable - Lo mejor del apartamento son las camas y las vistas. La ubicación cerca de la estación de Termini hace que te puedas mover con facilidad por Roma. Lo peor del apartamento es que es un 5º piso sin ascensor y la presión de la ducha es muy escasa.

• Paul (5/5): - The price for a 2 bedroom apartment was great. This apartment: Is on floor 5, NO elevator. The area is ZTL for a portion of the day, making it hard to access with a car. Parking in a private garage in Rome does NOT give you licence to enter a ZTL zone. I got messages, but no communication on questions Drunks yelling at 1 am on both nights made this unbearable. Walls are shaky and paper-thin. Oven was dirty, the rest acceptably clean. As an aside and FYI, Walk to Rome downtown was 45 mns.

• MOHAMED (7/5): - Bon emplacement ,accessible à pied de la gare (15 à 20 mn avec bagages et enfants) Bus et tram à coté de l'appartement pour visiter Rome. Propreté pas au top à notre arrivée , poussière par terre ,vêtements sous les lits oubliés par des anciens locataires probablement ,on dirait que le ménage n'a pas été fait. Porte de la salle de bain ferme difficilement.

• MAUD (9/5): - Grand appartement avec une vue magnifique dans un quartier sympa. Pas d ascenseur, dur avec les bagages et après les longues journées de marche dans Rome. La porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas.

• Arun (8/5): Very good apartment. - It was very clean and spacious No lift. It was difficult to carry the baggage all the way to the fifth floor. Noisy neighbourhood especially in the night.

• Andreea (8/5): I like the location and the apartament, we have all we need - Very close to the termini station. It is noisy at night because there are many restaurants in the area but that can be a good thing if you like nightlife.
• Likhita (4/5): Not very happy 😑👎🏼 - Good location! Proximity to supermarkets and other tourist attraction. Buses at 150m from the apartment. 1. There was no hot water, we had to wait after each person takes a shower. 2. The flow of water in the shower and other taps were very very slow and it took forever for one person to take a shower 3. No elevator and the apartment is at 5th floor 4. The WC water was leaking continuously, we had to pull over the lever everytime we flush.

• Nilda (9/5): It’s a good stay for the price. - The apartment is better than it looks in the photos. It’s located in a surprisingly lively neighborhood with many restaurants & bars around yet quiet enough to sleep comfortably. There are two grocery stores and a bus stop very near the apartment. The kitchen is sufficient and instructions are very clear overall. We checked in by ourselves without any difficulty. Water pressure in the shower was quite low, so showers took longer than they should. Also either the black tiles or grouts in the shower cabin were flaking off and the tiles had some limescale deposits on them. The mattress on the sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on.
