• Anna (8/5): - Bardzo miła właścicielka. Po dotarciu na miejsce nie można dostać się do środka. Nie ma co się denerwować lub martwić, że źle trafiliśmy :) Trzeba napisać wiadomośc lub zadzwonić do właściciela. Bez problemu przyjeżdża z kluczami, oprowadza i udziela instrukcji na miejscu. Polecam!!! Bardzo dobra okolica, spokojniej niż w centrum. Super komunikacja, co 3 min metro do centrum lub na lotnisko. Bardzo łatwo dostać się z lotniska Ciampino (z Ciampino autobus 520 do Cinecitta, z Cinecitta Metrem Linia A do Furio Camilo) do mieszkania dosłownie minuta drogi. Blisko market.
• Margot (5/5): - La ubicación estaba bien La llegada al alojamiento fue un poco catastrófica porque la persona encargada estaba pendiente de la llegada de otros huéspedes y no paraba de entrar y salir del apartamento, sin explicarnos gran cosa. Tampoco nos recomendó ningún restaurante ni nos dio indicaciones sobre la zona y transporte. Lo peor fue cuando llegamos al apartamento la primera noche después de haber paseado por Roma. Al llegar nos encontramos que no podíamos entrar al apartamento ya que la puerta principal estaba cerrada desde dentro, cosa que ponía claramente en las normas que no se podía hacer, pero igualmente los otros huéspedes lo hiceron. Nosotros sabíamos que estaban dentro e intentamos abrir, llamar a la puerta, al timbre, etc, sin respuesta. Decidimos avisar a la propietaria por mensajes, sin respuesta, por llamada, sin respuesta también, cosa que me parece fatal porque independientemente de las horas que sean debe estar disponible por si ocurre algo en su alojamiento, es su responsabilidad. Tras la desesperación llamamos a booking, los cuales me tuvieron durante 10 minutos en espera intentando contactar con la propietaria, sin respuesta. Finalmente me dijeron que no podían hacer nada, vamos que me tenia que aguantar y buscarme la vida a más de 1000km de mi casa después de haber pagado casi 200€ por un alojamiento. Tampoco me garantizaban un reembolso de mi estancia. En resumen, trato pésimo tanto por parte de la propietaria como de booking. Conseguimos entrar a la 1:30 am después de haber estado horas en la entrada tocando el timbre y aporreando la puerta para que nos abrieran.

Proste wyposażenie ale na kilka dni wystarczające. Kuchnia wyposażona w takie sprzęty, że można zrobić prosty posiłek. Jest czajnik! Właścicielka bardzo miła i komunikatywna. Polecam. On our last day, we asked to keep our bags in the room because our flight back home was later on in the day. She was more than happy to accommodate that for us.
• Alba (1/5): EVITATELO ASSOLUTAMENTE - La zona È la prima volta che faccio una recensione negativa. Ed è anche la prima volta che mi sono trovata a disagio in una casa. Proverò ad andare con ordine. Ma sarà una recensione lunga. MALEDUCAZIONE: Innanzitutto per recuperare le chiavi sono dovuta andare in una attività commerciale a chiederle, nessun problema. Se non fosse che una volta in casa la chiave della stanza non apriva la stanza. Contatto la signora che per diversi minuti prova a convincermi che non sto usando adeguatamente le chiavi, comunque dopo diverse insistenze mi dice che in 10 minuti arriva ad aprirla, ma, dopo dieci minuti mi ri-chiama per chiedermi un video mentre provo ad aprire la porta (così può spiegarmi come si usa una chiave! 😅), le spiego che ci abbiamo già provato in tre persone: io, mia madre e l'altra ragazza. Allora si arrende e decide di venire. Dopo oltre mezz'ora siamo comunque riuscite ad entrare in stanza. Aveva sbagliato nel lasciare le chiavi, ci conferma che noi stavamo usando bene la chiave (ma dai? 🤣🤣🤣) e che aveva solo sbagliato facendo dei cambi mazzi. Entriamo in una stanza che non è presente in nessuna delle bellissime foto da lei pubblicate sul sito, forse si è vergognata da sola di pubblicarle. La sera proviamo ad accendere la TV e ci dà un msg di errore, al che le scrivo per chiederle se fosse normale o se dovessimo insistere o fare qualcosa di particolare (le allego la foto di modo che si vedesse quale fosse l'errore), mi risponde chiedendomi se avessimo attaccato la presa (la presa inserita e lo schermo acceso erano visibili nella foto). PULIZIA: Non ho MAI pernottato in un appartamento così sporco, MAI. Nel letto c'erano capelli. L'asciugamano che avevo a disposizione era sporco. In bagno muffe varie, sporco ovunque, peli. La cucina peggio, il bollitore con due dita di unto, calcare a tocchetti e il beccuccio impregnato di non so quale schifo, le pentole bruciate e con avanzi di cibo incrostati dentro. Polvere, sporco ed unto ovunque.

On the first day landlady said we would have neighbours only for 1 night. Turned out all 3, ok. No big deal in itself. 2. The property has 2 bedrooms - one (ours) with a PRIVATE bathroom accessible to everyone over the corridor and the second one (a mother and teen daughter, from Bulgaria as the papers left behind indicated) with a PRIVATE bathroom accessible ONLY via the room. We suspected that our neighbours kept ignoring the PRIVATE principle of our bathroom since day 1. On day 3 I actually cought the mom myself at 7:00am. solly, solly, solly… Our landlady just brushed this off with - “this never happens” and “you should’ve locked the bathroom”. Very handy, during the night, for example 🙄 Nothing like - “discount for your next stay, I will talk to the mom, I should have warned you to lock beforehand”, etc. Nada.

• Maximilian (5/5): Good location with friendly hosts - The location was good being a very short walk from a large metro station that gets you into the centre of Rome in 15-20 minutes. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The bed is very hard with uncomfortable pillows. Shower is quite small. We stayed for one night and had a terrible sleep because our room is next to the bathroom of the other rooms and the walls are very thin. All night we could hear whenever someone went to the toilet or showered. The water system and pipes are very loud.

Clean and quiet neighborhood 4 metro stops from the center. The apartment has everything you need for long stays I have no major complaints.

• Claudia (10/5): Ubicación perfecta. - Lucía, la anfitriona es muy atenta y preocupada, nos dio buenos datos de comida. La ubicación del piso es perfecta, tiene una estación de metro a dos cuadras y el centro esta a unos pocos minutos, además hay un supermercado cerca. la habitación era amplia, buena ventilación y aire acondicionado. Un buen lugar para visitar Roma.

• Rafael Fernando (7/5): Desorganizacion y falta de mantenimiento. - Estaba cerca del metro. La cama bien. Que la tasa de la ciudad no estuviera incluida en el monto. Que faltando días para llegar se me enviara una advertencia de que se me iba a cancelar la reserva por un tema de la tarjeta cuando en realidad ya estaba todo pago hacia meses y fuera una confucion de la persona que administra, una hora estuvimos poniendo datos de tarjetas desesperados por una falta de orden en su trabajo. El baño pierde mucha agua, el piso estuvo constantemente mojado.

A avut aer condiționat, esențial, deoarece vara in Roma este foarte cald Centrala avea niște probleme, uneori înceta să funcționeze fix când făceai duș și trebuia să ieși să o reglezi din nou. Dar doamna a fost disponibilă și era doritoare de a suna pe cineva ca să o repare.

The location near the metro is perfect, you can get to the city centre very quickly. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The room is spacious and the air conditioning works well. The hot water boiler kept breaking down, but could always be restarted. The boiler was also dripping into the bathroom. The wifi had a fault at this time and did not work. The kitchen was sticky.

Zuerst war das Problem mit dem heißen Wasser, aber sie müssen beachten darauf, dass sie müssen es im Zentrum fixieren und dann geht alles gut. Nicht ganz saubere Küche, aber war es für uns egal, da wir nicht gekocht haben.

• Łukasz (7/5): I recommend it as a good base for exploring the city. - Great communication in the apartment thanks to the metro. It was clean and quite communicative. The owner quickly solved the problem with the lack of hot water. One night there was a noisy tenant in the room next door. Very expensive tourist tax (6 euros per person).

• Benjamin (8/5): Lovely Location to relax and enjoy the beautiful time in rome - Lucia did organize a Self Check-In for us. Was very helpful, left her Phone on for us to reach her during check in. She responded fast and was very helpful! The Location was clean, we did not meet any of the other guests nor did we meet our host. The Surroundings were quiet in the night, and full of life during the day. Metro is 3 Minutes walkway away, aswell as a trainstation to fast to termini or tiburtina is within 15 Minute walks reach. We would definetly come back to Lucia if we plan another trip to rome! The only thing was that, since we come from Germany where we do not use Radiators for Heating and Cooling, we didnt know that the Radiator was also able to provide heat. Might be good to put a Note for the Radiator aswell so other guests don't get confused. Unfortunately we only realised this a few days into our Trip, while we kind of froze during the night. However, this is not a negative point just a heads up!
• Juraj (7/5): Except of the cold and noisy neighbors, everything was just fine. - Location is great, close to metro station and many shops. The room was cold, the small radiator wasn't able to warm up the room with cold stone floor. Might be a benefit during summer season, but we were there in December. And as with every shared space apartment, experience depends on the people you share with. We got loud talks till midnight and music at 4AM breakfast.

• Jennifer (6/5): Pleasant - -check in and check out were flexible and super easy -location is nice, next to a metro Station which gets renovated but the next Station is 10 minutes away. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby -compared to Rome it's pretty cheap Neither the room nor the shared space were very clean. We arrived and the bin in our room still hat waste of people before us. The bathroom doesnt Look like it gets cleaned thouroughly. If I share a bathroom with other people, I would wish for a Daily cleaning, it did not Look like that's happening.

The host is very friendly, easy to communicate and fast to respond. The train station 100m nearby temporarily was shut down due to maintenance until November 2024. We need to walk a bit far to the next’s train station comfortably
• Ly (9/5): We had a great experience at this homestay. Will come back if we visit Rome next time. - Location is great. Nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket just across the street. Train station also just a few minutes away. Nothing.
• Vasiliki (7/5): Solid Value for the Cost - The owner is very nice and friendly. The location was excellent—literally 2 minutes from the metro. Unfortunately, we were unlucky, and the metro station was closed for repairs. The closest station was also ok, only 7-8 minutes away. The place has a fully equipped kitchen, and the room was also okay. The bathroom shower was brand new and very clean. The air conditioning device is old and partly broken. It constantly licks water and is extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. There is no place to hang our towels after the shower (3 guests). A hanger inside the room would be extremely useful.
• Yasmina (6/5): A good stay, but would not book again - Pros: - the property is close to a supermarket, the metro and the bus - the host seemed nice (only met her once in 3 days) - The rooms are big - overall, the apartment is clean Cons: -the AC in our room was very loud and leaking - the beds are loud and uncomfortable, the pillows are thin - the showers and bathrooms (shared..) were not cleaned on the daily, which caused some drainage problems in the shower. - the AC is only in the rooms, which makes the rest of the apartment very hot (kitchen included)

It is easy to reach all historical areas with the A metro right next to it. The 2 days we stayed were an incredibly beautiful experience for us. We recommend it 🥰
• Supharoek (1/5): Bad - At first we thought that the host is kind and have a very good responsibility. Because she understood the situation and accpet to refund and let us move out with the sorry word. But we need to think about it again because we just received the message from the host. It is very rude (See on the photo). Then we decide to post it to let everyone know. Please note that we will try to write the review only the fact and avoid any personal oppinion and emotion as much as possible. And to be fair, the review will based on only the room that we got. There is three rooms in this apartment, and we have no experience about that. As the hotel that we have book is not very expensive then we didn't expect for the luxury experience, but we expect for the basic facility that is indicated on the description before we book. Honestly, every basic facilities is sastified us there is a share kitchen for 3 rooms. One toilet togeter with the bathroom (same room) for two rooms. The problem that we have found which is the very important factor for us is the Air Conditioner is not work properly. As it it during the summer and we have an issue to deal with the heat during the sleep period. The main key factor to choose the room for us is the room must have an Air Conditioner. That why we choose this room which is indicated that there is an Air Conditioner. Unfortunatly, the AC in the room is not work properly, when we turn it on the big noise came from the AC and the drain water is leak continously from it. The host provide us a bow and a towel to absobe the drained water, but we didn't expect that it is too much. We have to grab the bow with the full water, go to the toilet and pour it away. It was many times during the night. Plus, the AC is not that cool as it should be, we can feel some cool after around 5 a.m. (Yes! we cannot sleep at all). If you try to turn it off and open the window, the vehicle noise will came from the road near by the room. To find the solution we have tried to contact the host to find the solution and we got the respond in italien. To avoid mistranslated, we post the origin message here. "Non so io odio l' ac dormo con la finestra aperta. Non fa niente che perde acqua è un modello fatto così. Non ha unità esterna perché nel palazzo non si può mettere." After a while we decided to contact BOOKING.COM to explain every problem during the night and again in the morining because they cannot contact host to discussed about the solution for us. In the morning the BOOKING.COM discussed with host and offer the refund for us. We also contact host again to ask for the detail and condition in case we cannot find other room in that night. She told us that we have right to go or if we want to stay it is also fine but let she know and pay to her for the room. We searching for the room after the discussion. Luckly, we found the new room, do following the process, move out and let the host know that we have decided to move out. Finally, we end up by move out and got refund from the amount that hold on the BOOKING.COM. The host keep the city tax 48 euros that we have paid in cash for the first night for the whole stay to be the price of the first night stay (which we cannot slept). we fly from abroad. This situation makes us miss many opportunity....

• Laura (8/5): Comfortable private room in a well-connected neighbourhood - The price was the lowest we could find in Rome in late May for a private room. Although we had to share a bathroom, I never saw the other guests or had to wait to use the bathroom at any point so we felt as if we were alone. There was a kitchen too, which I didn't realise so if we'd stayed for a few more days we could have used it for making food etc. It was easy to pick up the keys from the launderette/dry cleaners next to the property which was a relief as our flight was delayed and we knew we would arrive later than we had arranged. And the location was great too, it's right by a supermarket (I think it's called Elite?) and a shopping centre if you need anything, the Furio Camillo metro station is really close, as is the Tuscolana train station which you can reach from the airport. We also found some nice places to eat nearby - La Fonte del Tramezzino for breakfast and Cocceria Romana for dinner, both very local, non-touristy with good food and prices. Nothing really, it had everything we needed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

• Nataša (8/5): Location near Metro - Great location, close to Metro and across the grocery shop. There are three rooms in an appartment and you share the kitchen and bathroom. One room has a private bathroom. Our room didn't have a TV but we got it the next day when we asked for it. It depends what kind of roommates you get. If they're noisy, you're out of luck because you can hear everything through the walls.

• Adrian (4/5): Fine room for pricetag but terrible during winter - Helpful owner, good location near metro station, nespresso coffee Room, and in fact whole flat, was tertibly cold, given our stay in January and temperature dropping below 0 celsius at night it was very uncomfortable - we caught a common cold. Radiator in our room was very small and was working only in particular hours. A lot of mold in bathroom.

• Elizabeth (6/5): Pleasant - Comfortable bed, linen and towels provided. Location wise- 3 min walk to a train station and about 30 min travel time into the city which was nice and easy! Owner to reach when needed. Bedroom and bathrooms clean Unfortunately there were a few things missing for us during our stay. We had difficulties with the wifi connecting and dropping out frequently. In the listing washing machine was mentioned, however we were not allowed to use it which was disappointing. You share 1 bathroom with 7 people so there are wait times in the morning and night. Some utilities in the kitchen were quite dirty and we couldn’t use the kettle because it was dirty inside.

We arrived to the property later than the expected check in time and the host was incredibly sweet and understanding about it. The location is great with a metro right around the corner. Would definitely stay again!!!
• Sarah (10/5): great for one night and would return again for a short stay - it was very convenient to access after getting off the metro. comfortable spot to rest my head for one night. the lady who checked me in was absolutely lovely it wasn’t the cleanest space in terms of general dust but the bed was clean and the bathroom was clean which is all that really matters!

• Valentýna (7/5): For the price it was really good - Great location, right next street was underground, so it was perfect for tranportation to the city. Bed were really comfy, and the whole flat was really pretty. The kitchen was small, but it was enough to make some meal. I didn´t like shower it was small, but that wasn´t the main problem. The main problem was cold water, sometimes it pours hot water but then again cold, but i think that was because of the people that were there. I don´t blame them.
