Stefania qui est très à l' écoute et qui est toujours disponible.Proche de tout, pour la 3 ème fois que je suis en vacance à Rome en famille, c'est de loin le meilleur séjour sur la ville éternelle. • Chiara (10/5): Appartamento top a due passi dal Vaticano - Tutto! Posizione comodissima, a due passi dal Vaticano perfetta per girare per le principali attrazioni di Roma. A due passi anche dalla fermata metro Cipro. Appartamento davvero confortevole, spazioso, super pulito e dotato di qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno. Anche il riscaldamento ha funzionato bene. Ed infine la proprietaria è stata davvero gentile e disponibile, dandoci tutte le informazioni e tanti consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare e consentendoci alla fine anche un check out tardivo. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e sicuramente torneremo qui per un prossimo viaggio a roma😁

• Adela (9/5): - The property has a very good location. Close to Vatican and the Metro station. Easy to find. The owner is a very nice a helping person. We received all the information and more about what to see , were to eat and so on. We highly recommend this property.

• Dick (8/5): Royaal en prima verzorgd appartement achter Vaticaanstad. - De ruimte in het appartement en de gunstige ligging t.o.v. openbaar vervoer. Bussen door de straat en metrohalte Cipro op 7 minuten lopen. Supermarkt op 100m, restaurant op 25 m. Het appartement ligt op de tweede verdieping, er is geen lift. goede communicatie met de eigenaars (persoonlijk en via whatsapp). De douche werd niet echt lekker warm.
• Arkadiusz (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja – blisko sklepy, restauracje, metro i Watykan. Doskonała baza do zwiedzania Rzymu. Właścicielka bardzo pomocna i życzliwa, przez cały pobyt czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Mieszkanie czyste, przytulne i wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne. Serdecznie polecam!

• Guangyan (7/5): Nice apartment in good location for a family of 4 - Good value. Pretty spacious bedrooms. Warm hostess that was accommodating in terms of check-in and checkout times and also sent a lot of restaurant recommendations. AC worked fine in the rooms in which they were present. Washer and well-stocked kitchen are also pluses. Location was good in that it was only a 10-minute walk to the Vatican Museum. There were also a lot of good restaurants nearby. It’s a couple of floors up but has no elevator. One of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan instead of AC. WiFi occasionally dropped out in certain spots. When we ran all AC units, the washer and had a bunch of lights on, the circuit breaker tripped and had to be reset. Apparently we were using too much electricity and this is common in Rome. After we were more careful about using too much electricity, we didn’t have this problem.

• Piotr (10/5): It was a perfect stay, indeed ! - The apartment is nicely located, five minutes walk from the metro station, and 20 minutes walk to St. Peter's Square. The supermarket is in the next building. The place is quiet at nights. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen equipped with everything necessary. Communication with the owner of the apartment is excellent, I was given many tips about local restaurants, sightseeing points, and all my questions were immediately answered. I was really delighted with my stay there, and I would gladly return to the same flat if only I am once more in Rome!

We got a lot of helpful tips as well as great restaurant recommendations which we took advantage of and had a great time. It would be helpful to have some better frying pans and a spatula for cooking.

Close to Bonci pizzarium. Supermarket close by, bus and metro srltstuins close as well as train station. The shower is a bit small.
• Ivancu (9/5): Superb - The apartment is really nice, well located, had everything you could use, public transport near. It was a little chilly in the aparment, shower was a little temperamental, the water was either very hot or cold, getting it to the right temperature was very difficult
• Viktor (9/5): Happy with the stay - Great location, comfortable beds (not too soft 👌), clean, friendly and helpful hosts. Some issues with wi-fi. Rooms facing the street can be noisy some mornings, worth taking sleeping earplugs with you as we did, so it was not an issue after all. 😊

• Hellen (8/5): Nice experience. - The house is very spacious with air cons which is very helpful when it is summer in Rome. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate. She helped arranged the taxi for ariport transfer to the apartment when arriving. There are a few resturances downstairs and bars for sitting a while with friends. If you take Uber to Vatican, it costs 6 euros. If you would like to go to the other side of the river, it may cost you 10-20 euros by Uber. a bit noisy during night due to the bar downstairs but the window can shut it off outside.
