• Muresan (5/5): Dezamăgitor, pozele din prezentare nu corespund cu realitatea. - Locatia, apartamentul era lângă Vatican. Apartamentul a fost foarte murdar, praf peste tot, baile neigienizate, geamuri și uși murdare păianjenii atârnau deasupra patului si se plimbau peste tot, covorul din sufragerie mizerabil, igrasie în camere. Salteaua din dormitorul mare era intr-o parte, pilota era pătată și acoperita de doua cearceafuri. Inafara de schimbarea lenjeriei și prosoapelor cred ca nu s-a mai făcut curat de la Craciun ( aveam în sufragerie un mic pom impodobit). La check out ni s-a cerut sa ducem gunoiul înainte de părăsirea apartamentului, ceea ce mi se pare o lipsa de respect fata de turiști, poate trebuia si sa aspiram, sa ștergem și sa igienizat baile tot noi...Strategia obloanele închise ascunde mizeria dar la banii plătiți a fost o mare înșelătorie.

• МАРИНА (8/5): - Удобен апартамент с две бани. Отлично местоположение- близо до метростанция и автобусна спирка, на пешеходно разстояние от входа на Музеи Ватикани. Спокоен и уреден квартал с много зеленина. Петото легло се оказа походно, а не бяхме предупредени за това. Апартаментът определено има нужда от освежаване- счупен стъклен панел на една от душ кабините /всичко ставаше във вода/, гардеробите бяха пълни с резервно спално бельо и завивки и не можеха да се използват, необорудвана кухненска част - липса на каквито и да било прибори, липса на таблетки за съдомиялната машина и измиващ препарат за съдове, както и резервна тоалетна хартия /престоят ни бе от 4 нощувки/.
• Paula (7/5): - O apartamento fica mesmo nas traseiras do Vaticano, sendo de fácil acesso ao mesmo e a ruas com diversos serviços. O apartamento é grande, sendo um quarto considerável maior do que o outro. Boa relação qualidade preço. Correspondeu às expectativas. O colchão de um dos quartos estava inclinado para um dos lados. Contratamos o transfer com o alojamento e houve um pequeno mal entendido, no entanto acabou por se resolver.

• Volodymyr (3/5): Зіпсований відпочинок через розбите скло в кімнаті - Хороше розташування помешкання. Навпроти стін Ватикану та неподалік входу в музей Ватикану. Через дорогу громадська парковка для автомобілів (в суботу та неділю вона безкоштовна). В декількох метрах від входу на територію помешкання знаходиться автобусна зупинка громадського транспорту. В номері було все необхідне для проживання (фен, праска, пральна машина, кухонні приладдя...). Відпочивали в помешканні 18.07-20.07.25р. У нас є маленька дитина і щоб потрапити в помешкання треба піднімати коляску на поверхи по вузьких сходах, що давало незручності. В помешканні було дуже брудно. Був присутній пил. В одній душовій кабіні були відсутні скляні двері, у зв'язку з цим, під час приймання душу, вода розліталася у різні сторони. У вітальні та одній із спалень на підлозі лежать коври (на фото в booking вони відсутні), які були дуже брудні. В помешканні на підлозі розкидане розбите скло яким я та моя дружина порізали собі ноги😡 . Порізи не великі, тому ми не їхали до лікарні. На наші скарги, власник спочатку не реагував, а в кінці нашого перебування в помешканні власник відписав повідомлення, що йому прикро і він порадиться зі своїм менеджером. Тільки після двох днів після виселення з помешкання власник запропонував знижку 15% на наступне бронювання їхнього помешкання. Після такого відпочинку, не має жодного бажання повертатися сюди знову.

• Kinga (9/5): I recommend with all my heart! - Great personel with arrival and perfect support after exiting the apartment we could leave our luggage at the office as our flight was during the evening.
• Krista (8/5): Comfy, secure, and would book again. - Location was great, close to grocery store, metro, restaurants, and five minute walk to Vatican museum. The cot split in half, and it needed more clothes pins to hang laundry.

• Rafał (9/5): Superb - It was a very nice stay. Location is very good, really close to Vatican Museums entrance, so if you plan to visit museums it is a good place to stay. There is a parking opposite to the apartment. It is also not far from metro station, supermarket, etc. Two comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms are good option for a holiday with family. Kitchen equipment could be improved with some cloth, wiper and and paper towels.
• Konstantina (7/5): Good - Suitable for 4 or 5 people, near the cipro metro station just opposite the walls of Vatican. Well equipped apartment and easy to find. The person who met us for check in was very polite and informative. Very soft bed, not good for my back! The apartment wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom.
• Gabriella (10/5): Excellent accommodation, would definitely book again! - The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities anyone could need for their stay in Rome. The location was excellent, barely a 5 minute walk from the Vatican with many shops, cafes and restaurants surrounding the area. A special thanks to Loredana who welcomed us in person when we arrived despite experiencing delays with our flight and arriving at the apartment at 3 am. There are no downsides to this accommodation.

• Anthony (5/5): Passable - Living Room/kitchen was nice & comfortable. Insufficient bathroom toiletries, Host was not very helpful, engaged or interested in our issues. We don't recommend this listing. Anyone with back, knee or physical disabilities should not select this place. There were eighty one steps from the side walk and then a two block walk uphill to the entrance, then a flight and a half of stairs up to the apartment. One of the beds was broken, the other room was very cramped and very little room to store luggage and clothing.
• Amjad (2/5): Worst was the bed as my back still hurts! - It was nice, clean and had full kitchen and washer which was convenient. The fact that we had lots of luggage and it was a walk to get from the parking to the apartment and had 3 flights of stairs! Other than that it was okay. The bed was bad as the mattress or bed itself had a certain spot where it goes in deep and caused both my husband and I back pain. The showed were very tight as you try to move your arms and it kept hitting the shower handle. And oh there was no hot water! We did call them to come help fix the bed and they said they were sending someone over and they never showed up.

• Marcin (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable appartment for family or group (two sepparate bathrooms/toilets, kitchen and other equipment if you need), Metro (Cipro) and Bus stops (direct routes to many places in Rome) nearby, close to Vatican (walk distance), quiet place at night, grocery store and local restaurants in the area. Perfect location for stay in Rome. Great value for price. Helpfull staff that adjusted check-in hour to our flight delay on arrival day (knowing this is an appartment rental not a standard hotel).
• Filon123 (9/5): Superb - Brilliant location, close to the Vatican and the Metro. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Very well suited for a bunch of friends travelling together. The shortcomings below are easy to overlook considering all the good things. Lots and lots of dust on the floor, like the place hasn't been vacuumed in a month. Looked like the Wild West with all the dust balls rolling around. Bed in at least one of the rooms was pretty terrible. Not very comfy and really not in keeping with the rest of the apartment.
