Fabricio and Bruna are excellent hosts. Appartment is big, with 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and excellent terrace.

• Françoise (8/5): Mercî a Fabrizio pour son accueil et sa gentillesse de nous avoir attendu pour récupérer nos valises 🧳 - L’appartement est joliment décoré et spacieux . 2 grandes chambres avec grands placards Les lits très confortables .il ne manquait rien . Même un délicieux gâteau nous attendait . Nous ne sommes pas restées assez longtemps pour tout manger 🥺 Pas un bruit la nuit . Un quartier éloigné de la foule des touristes c’est reposant. On peut largement venir à 4 . Je recommande vraiment 👍😻 Juste l’ascenseur à la romaine il faut s’habituer mais il fonctionne très bien
• Yeelan (9/5): Cosy appartment, safe location, helpful host - The host Fabrizio was the most helpful host! He helps us before we arrive and after. He took care of our bags, communicates fast and gave us very helpful advice, which save us time! And we were welcomed with a selfmade chocolate cake! The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. There are restaurants, (night)supermarkets and a greengrocery nearby. The apartment is quite spacy and has a terrasse. Perfect for 2 couples, friends or a family of 4 and even 5. The appartment was easy to find at Google Maps because of the easy name. It was really convenient to the airport (30min direct by train), Vatican (2min direct by train) and the City center (30min direct or 1 stopover by bus). I would definitely stay here again the next time when we visit Rome! Nothing. Only the small elevator which fits max 4 persons, but it works well.

L'appartement est très agréable , fonctionnel , très propre et se trouve dans un quartier animé , plein de commerces et proche des transports pour accéder au centre ville. Quant à Fabrizio .... quel hôte incroyable : sa gentillesse , ses conseils sur les restos , les visites, les promenades, sa disponibilité...et les gâteaux préparés par Bruna son épouse n'ont fait qu'améliorer notre séjour dans la ville éternelle .

Nella dispensa ci hanno lasciato tutto l'occorrente per fare colazione (caffé, tisane, pan carré,latte, marmellate,etc) e non abbiamo dovuto comprare nulla. Super gentili e disponibili, inoltre Bruna ci ha preparato un buonissimo e grande plumcake! La casa é grande e dispone di termosifoni e stufe elettriche da poter usare in inverno se freddo. Letti comodi, nessun rumore perché le stanze sono interne. Bagno funzionale e spazioso. Grazie! Niente

• Simone (9/5): Sono venuto a Roma per un concorso - Accogliente, pulitissimo e in una zona strategica. Ottimi anche i dolci di Bruna come colazione. Cucina attrezzata per ogni evenienza. Splendido anche il balconcino dove potersi rilassare Il wi fi in camera a volte non prende bene. Il frigo non sembra essere potentissimo. Assenza di asciuga capelli in bagno.

• Vidal (10/5): Wonderful Stay – Warm, Cozy and Truly Welcoming - Our stay here was genuinely delightful. From the very beginning, we were warmly received and felt comfortable right away. Almost every day, they would leave homemade biscuits and cookies for us — such a thoughtful gesture that made our experience even more special. The space was cozy and very pleasant to stay in. It’s located in a non-touristic area, which we truly appreciated, as it made everything feel calmer, safer and more authentic. It felt like being in a real neighborhood, not just a tourist spot. The overall atmosphere was familiar, welcoming and very genuine. We truly valued our time here and would definitely choose this place again. Actually, when I come back, I already know where I’ll stay — I’ll come here again for sure. Highly recommended!

Fabrizio and Bruna made us feel very welcome and even brought us cake and other breakfast supplies. They gave us very detailed directions (where to eat what bus to take the most fabulous sights) that were very helpful. I would recommend it without any doubt.

• Yvonne (9/5): - Fabrizio und Bruna sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Fabrizio hat uns sehr viele tolle Tipps rund um Rom gegeben. Von Bruna gab es selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Fürs Frühstück wurde immer gesorgt. Bis zum Bahnhof oder zur Straßenbahn waren es ca 10 Min Fußweg. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt für einen Kurztrip nach Rom. Nichts
• Sébastien (10/5): Rome-antica 😉 - La gentillesse des hôtes par leurs attentions (muffins 😋, possibilité de laisser nos bagages le dernier jour, recommandations et anecdotes pour plonger dans l’atmosphère de Rome) Le logement n’est pas en plein centre, il faut marcher pour rejoindre le tram, train ou métro le plus proche mais l’appartement est globalement très bien situé, la proximité avec le quartier Trastevere est cool et le quartier Marconi regorge lui même de petites adresses bien sympas L’appartement est très chaleureux, bien équipé, très propre et agréable à vivre. Nous avons partagé l’appartement avec un autre couple très amical 😃
• Aroha (10/5): Tranquilo y muy bien ubicado - Lo que más me gustó fue la atención de Fabrizio, es una persona encantadora, al llegar nos explicó todo lo que debíamos tener en cuenta con tranquilidad y detalle, además de como llegar a los sitios más turísticos perfectamente. Durante la estancia me informo de eventos en la ciudad y estuvo en contacto por si nos hacía falta cualquier cosa. Por si fuese poco, a la llegada además nos esperaba con una grata sorpresa, un pastel!!! Nos encantó el detalle. Muchas gracias También decir que nos dejó café, leche y algunas cositas mas para hacer más cómoda nuestra estancia.

The property is well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking. Fabrizio provided a lot of valuable information about local restaurants, transportation(apartment is close to train and bus station), and more, which made our stay even easier. As a special touch, his wife baked a delicious cake for us — such warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. The air conditioning was only available in one room, while the other rooms had fans. But it wasn’t a problem for us.

• Victoria (10/5): Exceptional - The accomodation is very well located, there are shops and restaurants around. It was very easy to get there from the airport (Rom Fiumicino, only about half an hour by train, appr. 8 Euro per adult, kids for free)) and to take public transport to all touristic attractions. There were some travel guides in the flat to look at, which I found helpful. I loved the colorful design of the flat and sitting outside on the comfortable balcony after a busy day. The hosts were absolutely welcoming, super kind and had loads of great advice for us. Especially our kids loved it, because the hosts greeted us with delicious cakes, they had a board game and a cute sketch book were they could leave a note. We would definitely come back to this place and can only recommend it!!!!! Thanks to Fabrizio and Bruna for adding to all the wonderful memories in Rome!!!

We can't thank Fabrizio and Buruna enough. The wonderful cakes and the fact that they informed us about everything was great. I definitely recommend it and I hope we can host them in Turkey one day.

Fabrizio was so kind and helpful, and his wife baked cakes and biscuits for us each day...what more could you ask for. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for our needs, and just a 10 minute walk from the 20-minute tram journey into the centre of town.

• Akos (9/5): The friendliest hosts and a great place to stay in Rome - A very nice apartment on the upper floors of a beautiful, old-fashioned building. It is just one bus/tram ride away from the center of Rome, yet far enough to be quiet and without mobs of tourists. There is a main street with all kinds of shops and restaurants just around the corner. And you absolutely couldn't wish for nicer hosts: Bruna and Fabrizio are friendly, helpful, informative and always reachable, without intruding in any way. We were there in the middle of winter, and even though heating was available, the apartment got cold (for us) in the afternoons. Also, the hot water was just very very sparingly enough for four people. But these are minor and extremely seasonal issues, not causing any problems outside the winter days.

Fabrizio and Bruna are great hosts and will spoil you with home-made cakes or cookies every day. The location of the apartment is both central and (relatively) quiet. It’s a great place to stay for families while exploring Rome.
• Nicola (10/5): Fabulous stay in a delightful apartment. - The apartment itself was spacious, well equipped, clean and tastefully furnished and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly offering lots of advice and tips on places to eat and getting about the city. Added touches of homemade cakes and cookies was a delight. Location was good with local kiosks and bars and close to the train station (15 min walk). You can either walk to all main site seeing areas or use public transport.
• Jian (9/5): Highly recommended! - The hosts Fabrizio couple are incredibly nice to the guests. They reminded us how to avoid pocket-picker and offered us a home made cake everyday.👍 If there were air conditioners in the hot weather, it would be wonderful. There are electrical fans in each room.

• Rebecca (10/5): Great place to stay! - Fabrizio and Bruna were wonderful hosts, very polite, friendly and helpful. Bruna's daily cakes/cookies were delightful. The breakfast available is things like granola, cereal, bread and jams/Nutella. Very spacious apartment, it was perfect! Nearest train/tram station is about 10 minutes away. Nothing we didn't like!

It was nice that the room was clean every day and I could freely use various items. 4. There is a large supermarket nearby, and the city is easily accessible due to good transportation. 1. Parking is difficult due to lack of parking space. 2. There was difficulty using hot water because the hot water system did not work well.

It is a very comfortable, homely and well equipped apartment. Perfect for our family during our 3 day break in Rome. The rich breakfast laced with delicious home made cakes prepared by Bruna was greatly appreciated A false report/accusation by an old, unfriendly racist French couple (who was staying in the second room) that I broke the house rule by bringing in an extra guest almost ruined our smooth stay but Mr Fabrizio was enable to unravel the truth and the matter was amicably settled before we checked out. However, I felt that Mr Fabrizio would have inquired and confirmed from me truth behind the accusation before reporting to booking.com. He however, apologized for that error

Fabrizio was an extremely friendly and attentive host, taking time to make us feel welcome at the apartment and giving us tips about the local area and greater Roma. The apartment was very spacious and provided all necessary facilities with a sizeable kitchen and well stocked breakfast pantry. The cakes made by Fabrizio's wife were also delicious and an added bonus! Very positive stay for 3 nights and will definitely use Fabrizio's apartment again when returning to Roma.

• Inga (8/5): Very good - Very nice owners, the appartment has everything you need. The appartment is shared, so depends who is staying in other room. During our stay other guests were smoking all the time, it smelled really bad. Not the best experience, especially when coming with child.

Fabrizio was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to explain the neighbourhood and wider city to us. He made sure we were well looked after, not hesitating to call up a local restaurant when we arrived late at night to make sure we could find a good dinner. Bruna’s baked treats are so thoughtful as well.

The breakfast they supplied and restocked every day was amazing and they also provide cakes etc. for the duration of our stay. When they heard that we were doing a day trip to Pisa they offered (and did) make us a beautiful lasagne for us which they delivered just before we were due back to the accommodation. For those wanting a relaxed, homely stay in Rome, this is it.

It is quite and clean everywhere in the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped, there is hair-dryer and heater in every room. Location is convenient: there are a lot busses near the apartment and there is possibility to use trains from Rome Trastevere Station. Fabrizio is very helpful and pleasant person. Wifi in the room is weak but in the common room signal is good.. So it is not problem
