L'appartamento pulitissimo è fornito di tutto ciò che necessita, con soffitti in legno, pavimento in cotto antico e arredi un po' retro conserva ancora il fascino dell'Antica Dimora. Staff cordialissimo e disponibile, sia Sofia che Rocco sono stati professionali e disponibili ad offrire consigli e informazioni. Sicuramente ci tornerò lo consiglio vivamente

Вот основные причины: 1. Чистота и Гигиена:По приезду столкнулись с неприятным запахом в помещении. Полы были грязными, а для уборки не было **никакого инвентаря** (швабры, ведра, тряпок) – даже помыть самостоятельно возможности не предоставили, пришлось постоянно ходить в обуви , ведь тапочек тоже нет.Посуда в шкафах была грязной,пришлось мыть перед использованием. Стены также оставляли желать лучшего – загрязнения были заметны. 2. Комфорт и Оснащение: Спали на старой кровати с сильно продавленным матрасом, что очень неудобно для спины. Диван:Выглядел и ощущался так, будто его привезли с помойки – ветхий и неприглядный. В помещении очень темно,недостаточно источников света. Теснота:Туалет и душевая кабина настолько тесные,что пользоваться ими некомфортно. 3. Холодильник:Дверь не закрывается нормально,ее приходится **чем-то припирать, иначе продукты пропадут. Кондиционеры:Крайне проблемные, переносные , чтобы включить, надо открыть окно и туда высунуть трубу, жар и шум с улицы сводит его работу к нулю.При попытке включить оба кондиционера сразу выбивает автомат (пробки). Приходится идти включать его в подъезд, что совершенно неудобно, особенно ночью. При этом в помещении очень жарко, а других способов охладиться нет. Про работу кондиционеров в описании ничего не было указано. 4. Окна:Совершенно не изолируют– ни температуру, ни звук. спали "как на улице",Апартаменты находятся на оживленной площади,где люди гуляют и шумят до самого утра.Отдохнуть нормально невозможно. * Лестница/Вход:Лестница ужасная– выход прямо на проезжую часть дороги.Постоянно под дверью кто-то сидит,что создает ощущение дискомфорта и небезопасности. Цена абсолютно не соответствует качеству

• David (8/5): We enjoyed our time in this accommodation. - The view. I think the whole idea of the apartment is that you have a wonderful view. Best location in Rome with out a doubt. Central to everything. Bathroom was functional , but as a rental should be updated. Coffee machine was well stocked up but didn’t work. Stairs are tricky if you move mobility issues. Our daughter wore a jumper to bed as there were no spare sheets or blankets.

• M (7/5): Lovely apartment/suite in a great location, but there may be drawbacks for some - The location is ideal. The property is at the edge of the Piazza Della Rotonda and I could see the side of the Pantheon (my favorite place in Rome) and its front columns from my windows. The 2-room suite is very spacious and includes a small kitchenette, which the manager had filled with juice and both still and carbonated water. He also included a bottle of red wine. The manager was very nice and did his best to be helpful, in spite of our language barriers. There is no management on property; I had to be met at the property to be let in, which was not made clear to me prior to my arrival. (It might not have been clear because the manager’s English was limited and I had issues with internet throughout my stay in Italy.) Love the location, but it was noisy into the night. Didn’t bother me, but may be an issue for someone who is noise sensitive. The apartment/suite is on the second floor, and there is no elevator, which may be an issue for someone with mobility issues. The manager carried my bag up the stairs for me, and he helped me find a driver to the airport who carried my bag down. I only had a carry-on, but it would have been tricky without help. The bathroom was spacious, yet the toilet was crammed between the wall and shower; I had more than one laugh at myself when using it!
