• Calabrone (10/5): - Apartman je udaljen oko 10min pješice od gradske busne/tramvajske stanice. Od te stanice do grada je jos nekih 15min sa busom/tramvajem. Apartman je na mirnoj i lijepoj lokaciji.

• Alessia (10/5): Due to the location and up keep I would 100% come stay at AUGUSTA again. - The location and amenities were great! The owner mentioned that it was recently renovated and it has a gorgeous old wall incorporated into the center which was really well done. It’s located near the city center and very walkable. One queen bed for two and a third single bed makes it perfect for a couple and maybe one child for a studio apartment. It could have been a little cleaner but overall not bad.

Fue mucha la incertidumbre sobretodo para la llegada - La limpieza es bastante aceptable y es una zona tranquila para poder descansar de noche. La falta de contacto y facilidad de información por parte del anfitrión. No responde a emails ni llamadas al número de teléfono que aparece de contacto.

• maillo (1/5): NEFASTO - Se nos canceló la reserva a última hora, dejándonos sin alojamiento de forma totalmente inesperada en Roma. Tuvimos que buscar otra opción de urgencia, con el estrés y las dificultades que eso supone. Después de la cancelación, el propietario nos escribió y nos llamó amenazándonos para que le pagáramos el dinero, afirmando que la culpa era nuestra y no de la plataforma. Esta actitud es completamente inaceptable. Si existe algún problema con la reserva, debe resolverse a través de Booking.com y de forma profesional, no presionando ni amenazando a los clientes. Trato muy poco profesional, mala educación y una experiencia completamente nefasta. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
• Daniel (6/5): - The property is well located and has good interior space, but the towels did not smell clean and the bathroom overall was not clean. • The host requested a city tax of €14 per night, but for a 3-star accommodation the city tax is €6 per person, and it was already included in the price shown on the platform, as confirmed by the platform when I asked. This felt like an attempt to charge extra. • Communication was difficult. We did not receive check-in instructions until 5:00 pm, and the host rarely responded to messages. • Cleanliness was not satisfactory. The shower had mold on the walls, and the soap stored under the sink also had mold. The dishes were not clean either; I had to wash everything before using it.

Vicino dalla stazione in l appartamento si trova un bellissimo contesto di ville storiche Purtroppo essendo piano seminterrato la linea telefonica era quasi assente per chi lavora con la linea , ma c'è wifi che funziona perfettamente

É stato molto disponibile alle nostre richieste di avere degli asciugamani in più e una coperta in più. Faceva un po’ freddo e abbiamo dovuto chiedere una coperta aggiuntiva. Poi nel bagno non c’era riscaldamento.

La hora de entrada estaba prevista a las 17:00 horas y a las 16:30 recibo un mensaje en la APP que se anula la reserva por "overbooking". Y nos quedamos en la calle!!!

• Martha (4/5): - The room was charming and very spacious. The WiFi never worked and the room is in the basement, so we weren’t able to use our phones. Once the host knew we had the keys, was very slow to respond. The Kettle need to be changed.

• matos (3/5): - dejaron cesta con desayuno Valoración: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante desde el primer momento. Habíamos acordado con el anfitrión, a través de Booking, hacer el check-in entre las 12:00 y las 13:00, algo que él mismo aceptó en la aplicación. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos a la hora acordada, nos dijo por teléfono que no estaría disponible hasta las 16:00 y que haría lo posible por estar a las 15:00. Llegadas las 15:00, intentamos llamarlo varias veces y no obtuvimos respuesta. Lo mismo ocurrió a las 16:00: varias llamadas y mensajes por la app de Booking, todos sin contestación. Afortunadamente, nos encontramos por casualidad con la persona de la limpieza, quien nos proporcionó el acceso al apartamento. Cuando entramos, la situación fue aún peor: el apartamento estaba sucio, con muchas polillas, la cama en mal estado, la cocina sucia y el baño tenía varios problemas: la bomba no funcionaba bien y la puerta no cerraba correctamente. Durante toda la estancia no recibimos ninguna respuesta por parte del anfitrión, ni siquiera cuando le hicimos una consulta el último día. Muy mala gestión, cero comunicación y un apartamento que no estaba en condiciones. No lo recomendamos en absoluto
• Atakan (9/5): Beklentimizin çok üzerinde, fiyat/performans konaklaması - Tesis konum olarak turistik yerlere ortalama 30-40 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Yakınında metro ve marketler var. Ev sahibi check out saatinde esnek davrandı ve ev hemen her türlü koşula sahipti, otelde kalmak yerine burada gönül rahatlığı ile kalabilirsiniz. Tesis bodrum katta (yine de karanlık sayılmaz)
• Luz (10/5): Exceptional - It was a beautiful place just like in the pictures, very clean and quiet. I read some of the comments before booking this place and I was not sure what to expect but honestly, It was the best option. I had a great communication with the host, I had a little bit of trouble finding the key but you have to be more curious that’s it. it was everything great :)
• Nuri (1/5): Bad - It was a fraud. I reserved and paid for the property, but the owner did not answer any of my calls or messages, though my messages were being delivered. So we could not stay in the property although we paid.
• Gioniz (2/5): not recommend - let's say the location is kind of close to metro station but not really.. it is about 10 minutes walk. first of all, the checkin and checkout hours are not normal. we travel a lot and most of the hosts are letting you checkin at 14:00 and checkout at 12:00. here the checkin is at 16 and checkout at 10 !! is insane. another strange thing.. we booked the location for 6 nights! and never changed the towels or bedsheets. this is not normal! I thought in the third day will come for minimal clean and changing towels. when i write to the hosts, it says that is an extra charge for this. this is insane, i paid you a lot.. it should be included. or you should let us more towels, more sheets, more toillet papper and so on. i understand.. you don't want to clean in these 6 days.. but give us thigs to handle it. it is a basement location.. so be careful i will be a little cold. the rooms are a little smelly.. and the bathroom also not smells nice. there is a small kitchen helps you to prepare your breakfast or what you need.
• Anna (7/5): Very unsatisfied, bad host - Site was nice and convenient. Staff - the lady that was cleaning, very kind. But there was an extremely bad communication with the host. Before our coming to Rome we changed numerous mails and messages and I couldn't know until we traveled if we would sleep at Augusta.. Messages weren't answered, I booked another property.. Then a sign came, so I remained with Augusta. After we landed at Ciampino airport I messaged and called the host to say we were there and to make sure we could leave our luggage there in case we cannot check in. There was just an automatic answerphone and he never called back, seven times in two hours. There was a message via booking.com with code and description how to find the keys and the property in the house. But there was no key, the box was empty!!! We were staying in front of the door on the street for 4 hours,, not knowing what happened, after I had payed 100 percent for 3 persons for 3 nights. I was about to ask hotels and hostels i the neighbourhood to sleep there. Very stressful situation and my brother has cancer disease..I paid 6 EUR to can leave a small suitcase at a hostel nearby till 4 pm. And then, at about 3 pm the lady came to clean and we could leave our luggage there. Very unsatisfied with the behaviour of the owner....

We were given check in instructions at the last minute. The electricity went out in the middle of the night so it was really hot and we struggled to sleep one of the nights. We did get it fixed in the morning. No mention of 14 euro per night city tax when we booked, so it was unexpected that we had to pay an extra 56 euro for 4 nights. Had we have known this, we probably wouldn’t have booked as it was outside our budget.

The single bed was a bit uncomfortable, but a more comfortable single bed could be arranged. The apartment is on the ground floor. It has a pleasant ambiance. The kitchen utensils were all in place. The cleanliness was not bad. The bed sheets could be cleaner." "You're having difficulty reaching the landlord, don't panic." :) "At first, we had difficulty finding the house. We even thought there was no building on the street. I think there is a problem with the street numbering. It's in the format of 19 - 21 - 19A for street numbers. The landlord sometimes writes some things at the last minute rather than beforehand, which can create a bit of a panic. But in the end, everything was fine."

• Milena (6/5): Pleasant - The flat was clean and same as in the pictures, but with many moscitos and different insects in the bathroom, which bit us every evening. Wish the host to take some prventive measures. The location was good, near to metro Manzoni, markets and some food spots were around. The biggest disadvanrage is that it was impossible to keep contact with the host from the very beginning. He was always unavailable, even when we couldn't find the box with key. In the end we got several messages in whats app.
• Tamara (8/5): Very good - Quiet, nice neighborhood close to the metro station and also in walking distance to the Colosseum. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived, the appliances worked well, we had no problems. Instead of the pretty useless study desk a wardrobe or dressing table would be nice, but it's not much of an inconvenience. The air is a bit humid, which can be bothersome during rainy weather.

• Greta (3/5): Dirty, mold and humidity in all apartment - First if all, all day before check-in they not answered. We texted in booking and whats app. Just seen messages and no reply. Answered when left few minutes before our arrival, with one text. In all apartment felt mold and humidity smell. We even cant open kitchen cabinets because of very strong smell. The bedsheets where not changed, there was crumbs and spots. Also towels where dirty and smelly, full of small black hair. Disgusting. In bathroom there was small flies. Tv remote wasint working.

It would be great to have something to dry the laundry on. The humidity was a bit annoying. Maybe there is some tool to fix it. It was a bit difficult to understand which of the tourist taxes was the correct one. I hope we did the right choice😅
• Živilė (5/5): Cheap has its price too - The studio was quite central, not far from Termini station and Colliseum. As advertised, it was also very quiet. The place does not have a washing machine, even though it has been advertised as suitable for laundry. Also, beware that it's not suitable for three people - in addition to a double bed, they put a foldable armchair, with a hard plank going straight in the middle of one's backspine. Hot water stops running after a few minutes; the toilet flush is not functioning very well and one electricity socket was completely broken.

• Mihaela (4/5): Disappointed - We liked the big TV and bed and the fact that the apartment was spacious. It was close to a supermarket and to the bus and metro station. The staff was helpful and tried to solve the stove issue. The towels were dirty and smelly, they looked like someone had dried their dog with them, they were full of small black hairs. There was no shampoo or shower gel. The gas for the stove was not working, so the kitchen was pretty useless. There was an oven that worked, at least. The blanket for the bedroom needs to be changed with something more comfortable. Make sure that you shower and then clean the dishes, as there is the possibility of running out of hot water. Also, the apartment is located on the semi-basement floor.

• Bibiana (5/5): Passable - Location The place smells bad due to the mattress cover, when I ask for extra blankets the owner replied saying that in summer doesn't provide it. The property was dirty in general.
