- Loredana (10/5): A beautiful, comfortable stay in a perfect location – ideal for families.” - We had an excellent stay at AndreaSuite - Piazza Navona and truly enjoyed every moment. The location is outstanding, right next to Piazza Navona, with a charming little square downstairs where you can find everything you need – cafés, a supermarket, and a wonderful Roman atmosphere.
The accommodation is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped. Everything was spotless, and the comfort was exceptional – very comfortable beds and pillows, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
We traveled in March, and the apartment was warm and cozy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a place where you have absolutely everything you might need for a perfect city break.
We stayed as a family with two children and felt great throughout our stay. We were truly delighted with everything and highly recommend this place!
- PERNIN (9/5): - La situation géographique est fantastique.
Superficie et décoration très appréciables.
La communication parfaite avec les hôtes.
Un rapport qualité prix optimal. Tout nous a plu.
Léger bémol : déplacement des voisins audible.
- Maciej (10/5): Great spot in the heart of Rome - It's a spacious apartment with a great artistic vibe. Location is great, walking distance to all attractions, with lot of great restaurants just around the corner. The host was very nice and very communicative.

- SOFIA (10/5): A spacious, beautifully decorated apartment. It was very clean, well equipped. The location is top. - We were received by Simone, a very warm welcome. He shared with us important info. The apartment is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay and the location is top.
- Austin (7/5): -
- Martin (9/5): - Comfortable apartment in the middle of everything you expect from Rome. Friendly owner with a lot of useful tips.
- Motura (10/5): Excelente - Muy acogedor.
- Gwen (10/5): - Perfectly located a very short walk from Piazza Navona, the apartment is everything we needed as a family of 4. On a quaint, quiet street in a beautiful character building. Spacious, well-appointed, quality fixtures and fittings, comfortable beds., in face, best fold out sofa beds my kids have ever slept on. Tastefully decorated in a modern way, with high ceilings, exposed beams, shuttered windows.....just what we like, a very authentic place to stay, right in the heart of Rome city. In one direction, a very short walk to the Vatican city, 16 minutes. In the other direction, 4 minute stroll to piazza Navona along pretty cobbled streets. For those who don't mind a walk, very accessible to the rest of the big hitters on foot, roughly 20 -30 minutes to the Pantheon, the Colosseum, the Trevi fountain, the Roman forum etc, ambling down little streets, finding hidden gems like cafes, homely Italian restaurants, gorgeous shops, gelatarias, with some shops commanding lengthy queues to get in. You can access public transport easily from this location, but like I said, the apartment is in an excellent location for the adventurous explorer. Messaging the hosts was easy through the app, prompt replys always to arrival information and courteous in responding to my late check out request, which gave us a nice relaxed morning before leaving. On arrival, we were met very promptly and given the full tour and explanation of how things work. Little startups left for us, like coffee, a lovely touch. In the location, literally just outside the door, a pizzeria, a gelateria, a cute music bar, so what is not to love. Out the door, turn right, at the end, turn right and across the street is a convenience store for all your creature comforts and needs, fresht bread, milk, snacks, wine!!
Cost wise, it's very reasonable. You can find less expensive places to stay but this place was totally worth every cent. Nothing, it's perfect. The stairs up to this top floor apartment are a challenge if you struggle with steps, as there is no elevator, but this wasn't a problem for us.
- Anastasia (10/5): Top, on reviendra ! - Super appartement au cœur de Rome ! Spacieux, lit très confortable, climatisé. On reviendra ! Note aux voyageurs : Attention 2ème étage étroit sans ascenseur et cœur de ville donc un peu de bruit de la rue
- Mariia (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would love to stay here again in the future.

- mc`uni (8/5): Nice place - Very attentive and friendly host, nice design, comfortable beds. Location is pretty close to Trastevere, Vatican and Pantheon. The host helped us arrange a car to the airport. As of September 2025 there are construction works going on on the square under the windows. It doesn't interfere with the noise, but it spoils the view.
- Alexander (10/5): Wonderful stay in the heart of Rome - Fantastic location. 5 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, 7 minutes to Castle St. Angelo. Nice caffe with wonderful breakfast is just behind the corner. Also nice gelateria is very close to the apartment
- Juan (10/5): Altamente recomendable - Muy cómodo y amplio. Gran cantidad de servicios.
- GERMAN ADOLFO (8/5): A pleasant stay ! - Near the Vatican, you can walk through the city with no difficulty, near a bus stop, good Restaurants near, markets near
Very nice decoration, all instructions clear , Maybe the stairs for a third floor but they were wide
- Stelios (9/5): Cozy stay near Navona - Perfectly located next close to most of the historic center monuments with very good public transport connections. Beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one will need for their stay, Comfortable enough for four persons, especially if the two are children. You will enjoy your stay here. No shutters at the living room / second bedroom area, was flooding it with light early in the morning not letting the kids who were sleeping on the sofa bed in that area to sleep longer. Moreso, as the bedroom is separated by a glass door, even the main bedroom had lots of daylight early in the morning. Some shutters or black out blinds will be very useful. Another issue was the A/C in the bedroom was making plenty of noise, as it is part of a split unit with two internal units it seems that the exterior unit is not powerful enough to pump both interior units causing one to struggle. Finally the house needs a so called spring cleaning, which might be difficult as it is fully booked back to back, but dust and spider webs have been accumulated in several areas around the property.
- Dusica (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious, there is plenty of room. Everything is equipped with great details, and the whole atmosphere is very welcoming. We liked everything about the apartments interior...high wooden ceilings, wooden floors, large windows, designer details. Location is excellent, within walking distance to all major tourist attractions. The woman that greeted us at the location, because the hosts were unable to, Cristina, was not very helpful. It felt like she knew very little about the city, or she was in a hurry and didn't have the time to answer our questions. The answer to everything was "Google it" 😄. Also she asked us to pay more money for city tax, but when we said that wasn't the amount we agreed to, she said she was confused, because different apartments have different taxes. Honestly she didn't look at all bothered by the fact she tried to make us pay more.
We wanted extra set of towels, and we previously stated that, in messages, when we communicated with our hosts, before the trip. We payed for extra towels to Cristina, with the promise the staff will have them delivered during the day. Since that wasn't the case, we had to reminder her the day after. Besides the essential key delivery, Cristina was a disappointment. But that didn't change the overall impression, which is definitely a 10.
- Keren (10/5): An excellent apartment for two - This apartment was just excellent for us. It's beautifully designed and has everything a couple needs for a week, including a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine etc. Lots of space to have dinner, work on your laptop or chill on the sofa. Central heating turns on and off automatically, there’s air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom.
We fully expected some degree of noise in this kind of a popular tourist destination. To our surprise there were no loud noises from the street even though there are some restaurants and bars around. Also, during our stay there were municipal construction works below (laying new water pipes, should be done by now). Just close the windows in the living room when you go to sleep. The bedroom window faces an internal shaft between the buildings so there’s no noise from there and you can also blackout the window. We slept well, no earplugs needed.
We like walking by foot and most major attractions were within a 15-20 minute walk, with the exception of the Vatican museums and the Colosseum. Be advised that buses are not very reliable in Rome, the schedule seems to be only a vague recommendation, some buses were extremely late while others didn’t even show up. Locals did not seem to be bothered by this.
The owners were very flexible and generous with our check out time since the apartment wasn’t booked by anyone on the day we left. This was very helpful for us. A few things to mention, which shouldn’t discourage you from staying here:
There is no elevator. The apartment is on the second floor. Not a hard climb upstairs, just watch your step as the stairs are a bit old and not always even or of equal size.
The kitchen cupboards are really tall, there’s a small ladder so we could reach the plates.
The toilet was designed for aesthetics but not so much for the human anatomy ;-)
- Narendra (10/5): Host ( Simone) is very helpful, Location of apartment is great. -
- Deajn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vinod (8/5): Location - The location.
After long walks in Rome, felt like coming back home.
Washing machine came in handy.
Good tips from Simone on how to navigate through the city.
Overall excellent stay.
Some useful general info... Might be simpler to take a taxi from the airport to the city center.
Fixed eur 50 for the ride straight to your hotel. . Depending on time, Leonardo Express is around eur14 per person to Termini station. From there, a taxi costs around eur 15 to your hotel.
Keep some cash with you to pay city tax at check in.. It's eur 5 per person per night.
Wear comfortable shoes, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses as extremely sunny and hot in summer.
Free water fountains everywhere.. Carry a bottle with you and you'll save a lot of money.
Rome is quite expensive.
Food and Gelato really delicious.
Queues at Vatican very long and tedious in the sun. Some waiting time even for the skip the line tickets...It's simpler to buy skip the line ticket online or if same day just buy at the nearby Ottaviano underground metro station. It's double the price plus presale charges.
With the summer heat, if you've started with Vatican, thereafter simply take the metro to Barberini station.. From there it's an easy walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.
Otherwise, very easy to walk everywhere. I know it's for a good cause, but some more shampoos and shower gel would have been good.
