• mica onti (9/5): Practico, moderno y buena atención - Lo bien equipado que estaba!! muchos utensilios para la cocina y para el baño. Lindo y moderno. Ademas Giulia fue super atenta y nos dio muchas recomendaciones Que no había sabana de arriba, solo acolchado, y era muy caluroso pero igual quería taparme con algo. La zona es bastante ruidosa pero pasa en todo roma creo....Y bueno, atentos los que no saben que hay que pagar en efectivo impuesto al turista. Fuimos dos, cuatro noches y el impuesto era de 50 euros.. para mi economía argentina influye jajaj

L'appartement est grand, joli, bien aménagé , propre et calme. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, qui reste disponible et très réactif ( problème de chasse d'eau réglé dans la matinée) . Personne de confiance, je recommande .

• Minh (9/5): Superb - We had a really nice stay at this apartment! Although it's located in the basement, which means you might hear some street noise if you sleep with the windows open, there's no need to — the apartment has air conditioning, which keeps it comfortable and quiet. Check-in was completely smooth. The owner sent us a detailed message along with a video showing how to find the building, ring the bell, open the doors, and pick up the keys. Communication was excellent throughout — they were always available by phone for any questions or local recommendations. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and great value for the price. It's not a 5-star hotel, of course, but it's perfect for a few nights, especially if you're planning to spend most of your time exploring the city or doing day trips. Getting there was easy as well. From the airport, it took about 30 minutes to reach the Trastevere train station, and then just 15 minutes on tram number 8 to the apartment. Tram 8 also goes straight to the edge of the city centre in about 30 minutes, which is super convenient. All in all, a great base for discovering the city! A couple of small things to note: the bed was quite firm, and when one of us moved, the other could feel it. Also, having a few extra blankets would have been appreciated — especially for those who get cold at night.

• Tetianapol (10/5): A good choice for affordable price - A good apartment that had everything we needed for a very attractive price: a kitchen, a bathroom, an air conditioner, an iron. Even though it is far from center, a tram stop #8 is close and we didn't have any tickets check :). Host was very friendly and helpful, he recommended good places to eat. A bed is very noisy with every single move.

• Nikola (10/5): Nice, spatious and comfortable apartment - Very nice, spatious, tastefully equipped and comfortable apartment with all amenities that are needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Rome. Well connected to city center and close to the beautiful and vibrant Trastevere area. Giulia, the host, was extremely helpful, offered a lot of useful tips for food and drinks in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and would gladly come back 😊
• Надежда (9/5): Superb - Very easy communication, quick and comfortable self check-in. Giulia is extremely attentive, helpful and available for any questions and recommendations. Gave us great recommendations for transportation and places to eat. Very nice and clean basement apartment. Nice room, bathroom and kitchen equipped with everything you need. Available coffee machine, hot water jug /coffee and tea/, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. There is a sofa bed instead of a bed, but it is relatively comfortable. The area is very calm and pleasant, close to public transport stops. Tram 8 takes you directly to Trastevere and the center. /Piazza Venezia/ in 20/30 min. There are nice places for breakfast, shops and restaurants nearby. We had a nice stay and recommend to everyone.
• Andreea (6/5): It's ok but i wouldn't come second time here. - The kitchen was well equiped. The apartament was clean. The area is not noisy. I liked the fact that the owner tried to help us with the water problem we faced in this accomodation. I didn't like that the apartament is equiped with a water boiler with a capacity of 80 litres. We made cold showers everyday because of it. It doesn't last for 2 showers, one person after the other one, you only have hot water for a few minutes. To wash my hair i had to heat water on the stove which is not ok at all. The property doesn't offer slippers and you have to walk barefoot on the cold floor. The bed is actually a sofa, which is not confortable at all, we woke up with lower back pain. No one came to change the bed sheets or the towels in the 4 nights that we stayed. The accomodation is far from the city center, most of the time we spend between 1h and 1,5h to reach the city center. We had one day when they were protest, we made 2h until the city center. The public transport is very bad and you spend a lot of time waiting for the bus.
• Emily (10/5): Fabulous - The aircon was amazing, host was excellent , even had 2 bottles of water chilling for us in the fridge for when we arrived, communicated fast and easy, sent tips on where to eat and what to do and how to get to the city easily. Getting from Roma termini to the apartment was super easy just 1 straight bus! Apartment located super close to shops and the bed was extremely comfortable and a lovely shower € We liked everything
• Čížková (9/5): Perfect apartment for 5 days of vacation. - Nice place little far from the centre but you can get into the centre within 30 minutes by bus. Pest part of this accommodation was the owner, who was amazing and always so helpful!! Thank you a lots!💓Cannot recommend this place enough.

• Valentin (10/5): Great value for money, friendly owner, I’d absolutely recommend! - The property is exactly what you’ve been expecting, very clean, great location, overall great value for money. The owner is really kind and helpful, we really felt welcomed, just like when visiting a friend. The bed wasn’t too comfortable, but still good for a few nights.
• Josh (10/5): Great apartment in quiet area and helpful host - Amazing apartment in quiet area away from busy tourist areas. We were supplied with more than what we needed for our stay. Giulia was a great host, great tips and always available via WhatsApp to help with any questions. It is quite far from the centre but we enjoyed the walk through the calmer areas of Rome. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Rome!

Renovated apartment and there was everything what we needed, nothing was lacking. Veryy comfortable. Our host was very helpful and on our arrival day, although we arrived very late, i found it very nice that Guilia was in contact constantly. There is nothing negativ to say.
