• Anna (7/5): Our stay in trastevere - - great location in the heart Trastevere, in a relatively calm neighborhood - Spacious Appartment - Great market in front of the building on weekends and a nice Sicilian cafe for locals - remote key system didn’t work smoothly even if we completed all instructions before. Apparently the neighbours seem to get used to the guests like us and just let us in - Be ready that despite pictures that give you an impression that you can use both rooms to sleep you will be charged extra 20 € for this service (it was not mentioned). No curtains in the second room either. - You will be given only one towel - it’s funny - Some of kitchen staff clearly needs a replacement especially cups with broken parts…
• Diane (9/5): Great apartment in a quaint neighborhood with lots of cafes. - This apartment is in a great neighborhood with lots of cafes and shopping within close proximity. It had everything we needed including AC and a washing machine. All of the historic sites are within walking distance. The owner contacted is several times to make sure we did not need anything. Getting in was a little tricky but I know it was necessary to keep the building secure.

Honestly loved the property. If I was to mention one thing, purely personal preference- the bed was a little hard for me.
• Lynninsc47 (3/5): Owners need to go and clean out unnecessary items. Look at it carefully. Needs to look fresh and - Good location Getting in was difficult because of poor internet. Kitchen- not enough glassware. Drying rack didn't have enough places for clothes. Couldn't understand trash collection. cabinets need cleaned out. If dishwasher in't working, at least buy a drying rack! Just clean out the cabinets of old items. Buy a set of new cookware Bathroom- Very dark and only one set of lights. Shower is very moldy and looks dirty. Toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet!! Not enough towels for a six day stay. Throw out old toiletries. Just keep one or two. Bedroom- Ad says closet, but the closet was full of linens, bedspreads, etc. No room for hanging clothes Living area= those side chairs are falling apart and too low and need replaced

• Rachel (10/5): Excellent apartment - Very clean and comfortable, everything you need, spacious. You had to rely on the apartments WiFi and your phone wifi working to enter the apartment each time.
• Yvonne (6/5): Great location and good for cooking own meals but a bit dark and old. - Great location. Fresh market next door. Good kitchen facilities with basic cooking needs like spices, oil etc. Elevator Place was a bit dark. Hated the wifi entry, very awkward. Skinny bathroom so could only use one at a time. Older place so cleanliness was questionable.

The lick wasn’t working and the host had to send a new code and it was long and complexed - also because his instructions were not good. Gas cooker didn’t work in the apartment. The place is old fashioned and needs updating.
• Alveena (7/5): , needs a bit of attention and information of the number of the - The location was good. It was near a square that held an outside cinema every night. So a bit noisy. The key situation getting into the apartment was a bit of a pain, if you couldn’t get internet on the phone. And the apartment was not easy to locate within the building. I think the owners need to emphasise what number the apartment is on the information of their property. No indication at all of Lovely Flat location. Make it apartment 18. Could do with a little care in the bathroom, loose toilet seat and the shower tiles could do with a fresh regrouting. Bed linen and towels beautifully clean.
