The host were very responsive and very accommodating. One of the best apartments we have stayed in. Has everything you may need and is very convenient. Nothing, everything was great!

• Adrian (8/5): Good 4N stay in Barberini region of Rome. - Location very good. Walking distance to many tourist attractions. Close to supermarket, eateries, Barberini Metro. Hot water wasn't working initially. Host contacted via Whatsapp. This was resolved promptly as the host guided me over a videocall.

• Martine PONSART (8/5): Agréable, mais manque de fenêtres et de vue à l'extérieur. - la propreté, la modernité, les fait qu'il y ait 2 sdb ave chacune une toilette. Très bon équipement dans la cuisine (casseroles, couverts etc). Il manquait quelques verres et tasses pour dire de ne pas toujours devoir les laver. Ascenseur. Bonne situation à proximité de la Piazza Barberini et du métro. Se situe derrière les escaliers de la Piazza di Spagna mais donc, rude de remonter pour une personne moins mobile ou plus âgée. Pour 3 personnes. Il manque un fauteuil en plus du sofa pour dire qu'on est à l'aise pour se reposer après une longue journée de marche et de visites. Du coup, nous nous mettions sur le lit pour nous reposer après la journée, et la 3ème personne sur le sofa, mais pas très convivial tout de même. Nous aurions préféré pouvoir rester dans la même pièce. Matelas pas très confortables et le plastique de protection pas agréable (quand on bouge et la chaleur). Les oreilles absoluments pas confortables. Il n'y a que de l'air dedans. Je suis rentrée avec fameuses douleurs à la nuque. Ascenseur minuscule et vieillot, mais bon, il y en avait un. 2 énormes écrans télé mais pas de chaînes de télévision. Insonorisation nulle quand les voisins parlaient dans l'appart d'à côté ou regardaient un film.

• Francesca (9/5): Smooth, comfortable and perfectly located. - Perfectly located, clean, light, well equipped and comfortable apartment even for those with mobility issues. There was a working lift/elevator. The staff were responsive and check-in was smooth and friendly. Would stay here again. A shelf inside shower for toiletries would be perfect. Left luggage must be stored at an unrelated storage facility close by. As a personal preference, would prefer Italian coffee maker and more toilet paper over the free nespresso pellets.

• Rustemeyer (10/5): We loved it! - This flat was in the perfect location between the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps, while close to Metro stops and good restaurants. Nothing!

Great amenities and good communication prior to and on arrival. Location was perfect with the metro only around the corner but also other main sightseeing places within walking distance.

• Sarabia (9/5): Perfect location. Updated clean apartment. - the apartment was very clean and it was just like in photos (everything was updated) . The location is the best and was very accessible to everything. You have everything in walking distance ! The host was also very nice and upon our arrival they had tips/ map to help us since it is our first time in Rome. Overall it was a good stay. However, the second floor apartment was tough for my mom since the elevator never worked and the second floor was not just two flights rather it’s about 4 flights of stairs. So with the luggages, it was a little challenging for us. Also, I would say that it was a bit weird that a door separates their two rentals. we had a message from the host at 8:30 pm to keep it low and to check if the door is fully closed ( it’s a door that’s locked behind a sliding door that we thought was closet) because the other renters apparently can hear us and even told us that they can hear our conversation. We were just talking in the living room and although we were having a bit of a laugh I just find it weird that it is that clear next door. We kept it low after that but then occasional we can also hear the other renters next door so that validated for me that it’s just that the walls are really thin and not because the renters are loud. Other than these two things. It was an overall good stay and I would come back because of how good the location is and how clean the apartment was.
• T (8/5): Quaint and lovely modern apartment - We meet Simone who was very helpful and showed us how everything worked. The lifts were quaint and thankful for them. Could hear other residents easily through a door in the room.

• Yee (4/5): Too expensive for what it offered. It’s marketed as luxurious and high end but it’s less than that. - Location is good. 1. Inadequate shower gel and shampoo provided. 2. Washing machine drying doenst work well. Clothes won’t dry 3. The instruction about cleaning up the dishes and throwing the rubbish on check out is excessive as cleaning charges have been paid.

• Magdalena (7/5): Good - the location, air conditioning during such high temperatures, clean apartment Not enough soaps, shampoo etc. we came as 4 for 3 days and had only little bottles for one use for one shower. The price is not worth of place. Very annoying that we couldn't store luggages in the location after check out and we were given the closest storage and it didn't exist so it was difficult to walk around Rome with luggages and children and look for storage. Also we were asked to throw the garbage and the closest one was 0,5 km so I believe its ridiculous. I think for such price, more expectations and the basics should be covered.
• L (9/5): Excellent location, clean, and generally a good option - Excellent location: central, next to metro, but nice and quiet. Very clean, comfortable, modern apartment, nice hot powerful shower, 2 bathrooms. Communicative staff: for example, the Wifi stopped working but they responded straightaway and fixed it very quickly - very helpful. The bedroom shutters did not shut out light, so we were woken up by daylight early in the mornings. I had specifically asked about how dark the bedrooms were before our stay, and the staff emailed to assure me that there were shutters, so I was disappointed that they gave a misleading impression that the shutters actually made it dark enough. That really affected our sleep. Also the man who handed over the keys was quite brusque, and not particularly friendly or welcoming. But I think that was just his personality, and he did give us helpful information, so it was fine.
