• Schettini (1/5): Pessimo! - La posizione era buona, a 800mt dall'uscita della metro B. Tutti i servizi principali a portata di mano. La stanza era sporca, le lenzuola non sono state cambiate, c'erano capelli ovunque, la cucina e le stoviglie sono state usate e mai lavate. Capelli e peli nel lavandino della cucina. Dopo averli contattati ci hanno portato delle lenzuola nuove ancora imballate e una federa gia usata... Un servizio pessimo e una pulizia da schifo. Inoltre, il coprimaterasso non è stato mai cambiato era nero e pieno di capelli, cuscini ingialliti e ormai troppo vecchi per essere chiamati tali, materassi smollati e scomodi.

• Jessica (9/5): Posizione perfetta e tranquillissima - Posizione top per viaggio con bambini. Tutto a portata di mano. Fermate bus alla fine della via. Due supermercati sotto casa. frutta e verdura davanti a casa. Zona tranquillissima e piena di locali in cui mangiare (Greco, Ramen, sushi, pizzerie, pub...). Marciapiedi che ti accolgono con una via alberata di alberi di arance profumati. 10 minuti a piedi dal quartiere Coppedè super caratteristico. 15 minuti a Piedi da Villa Borghese. Host super gentile, ci ha indicato quali bus prendere, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli all'alloggio in sicurezza perchè il nostro treno è arrivato alle 6 del mattino. Al nostro rientro li abbiamo trovati già dentro alla stanza. Letti comodi. E' un unica stanza aperta con cucina e 2 letti matrimoniali. check-in da remoto facilissimo. C'è l'ascensore. Non ci sono i termi, ma il condizionatore caldo/freddo. Purtroppo siamo capitati in alcune giornate gelide e siamo abituati al caldo dei caloriferi. Cmq condizionatore funzionante bisogna solo attendere un po' perchè scaldi. Coperta di copertura sopra le lenzuola non pulitissima. Eravamo in 4 e c'erano solo due asciugamani grandi e 2 medi e 4 da bidè. Avrei preferito 4 asciugamani grandi. Attenzione che una sedia pieghevole è un po' rotta, se riuscite sostituitela. Nel bagno aggiungete qualche piano d'appoggio, basta un poggia cose sotto al lavello che c'è molto spazio, una mensola, qualcosa un cui appoggiare vestiti e oggetti per il bagno.

• Ana (8/5): Un acierto en Roma - Esta ubicado a 25 minutos andando de la estación de Ternimi y bien conectado con los principales monumentos por bus y metro. Situado en una zona tranquila con supermecados y restaurantes allí mismo. Muy limpio, el baño con todo necesario y secador de pelo. Pequeña cocina equipada y camas cómodas Las almohadas eran muy bajas, necesitarían un cambio
• Sofia (8/5): Boa localização e confortável - Localização muito boa, numa zona tranquila. Muito fácil de chegar às zonas turísticas, através de transportes, autocarros muito perto, metro um pouco mais distante. Tinha todas as comodidades para fazer refeições, vários supermercados na zona. Muito confortável. Há alguns reparos, mas nada que condicione a estadia.

• Blanca (9/5): Buen alojamiento - Es un barrio residencial muy tranquilo donde se puede descansar sin problemas. A 30 minutos andando del centro. Fue muy fácil contactar con el anfitrión y acceder al apartamento. Además se agradece mucho que haya bayetas, trapos, jabón, gel, champú, aceite, vinagre y sal. No tenía ascensor y el apartamento tenía muy poca luz. Las ventanas no se podían casi abrir. Estaba todo limpio aunque faltaban ciertos detalles por reparar: moho de la ducha, la ducha en cascada no funcionaba bien, el agua se estancaba en el desagüe, la sartén habría renovarla, al igual que las almohadas y algún detalle más sin mucha importancia.

• claire (9/5): Un très beau sejour. - Appartement simple et fonctionnel, le lit est très confortable. L’appartement est dans un quartier calme mais bien pourvu en magasins, restaurants, pharmacie, marché… Nous avons tout fait à pied depuis l’appartement. Les voisins sont un peu bruyants le matin.

• Marek (7/5): - Lokalizacja. Blisko największych atrakcji oraz stacji Roma Termini. Problemy z akustyką. Bardzo mocno słychać sąsiadów oraz urządzenia podgrzewające wody. W ostatnią noc głośno pracowała głośno pralka i wszystko było słychać. Czy można ustawić pranie w ciągu dnia, kiedy goście zwiedzają miasto i mało kto przebywa w obiekcie?

• Brigitta (9/5): Egy nagyon jó helyen lévő, kényelmes és tiszta apatzman, kényelmrs ággyal. A szállásadó segítőkész és mindig elérhető. - Nagyon jó környéken van a szállas. Közvetlen közelben étterem, kávéző, közért, pékség. A légkondi nem fűtötte be a szobát.

• Vlad (6/5): - The location was excellent, bus stops nearby and 20-25 minutes from Termini Station. The host was also pretty friendly and responded to our messages. It was very cold even though we went at the middle of march. There was no heating, only air conditioning which was too weak to heat up the room properly. Also, it wasn’t very clean, bed sheets and towels were stained, the sides of the shower were dirty.

Ho trovato residui di feci nel water appena arrivata. 3. La padella aveva ancora residui di cibo. 4. Cuscino molto scomodo, tantoché ho dovuto prendere un Brufen per il mal di collo. 5. Rumori di notte, come se ci fosse un macchinario dietro il muro della cucina.

• Anca (1/5): Nu recoamand - Este bine amplasat. Păcat ca apartamentul are potential. Nu recomand cazarea la acest apartament. Am ajuns destul de târziu la locație, a fost foarte frig, încălzirea se face doar cu ajutorul aerului condiționat, deci merge destul de greu. A căzut siguranța de mai multe ori pe noapte. În dimineața următoare am avut apa calda doar de la ora 10.00 AM. Seara la ora 21.00 deja nu mai era apa calda. În zilele următoare degeaba am mai așteptat, nu am mai avut apa calda restul sejurului, ceea ce este foarte inconfortabil. Siguranța a căzut în fiecare noapte, cineva trebuia sa meargă pe hol și sa o ridice. Mai departe decideți voi...
• Simonetta (8/5): Posto comodo ed essenziale, è servito sl suo scopo. Forse basterebbe una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli. - A 10-15 minuti di distanza dalla Metro, facilmente raggiungibile, comodi servizi nelle vicinanze (c’è un supermercato proprio sotto, tra le varie cose), ascensore per accesso al piano. È stato bello trovare dell’acqua in frigo. C’era un po’ di polvere sul pavimento e trovare una scopa non è stato immediatissimo (è dietro ai cestini della spazzatura sotto al lavello, bisogna inginocchiarsi, l’ho vista mentre stavo andando via). Ho trovato molti piatti e bicchieri sporchi (chi c’è stato prima di noi non li aveva lavati bene ma non è stato controllato dai proprietari); in dispensa c’era della roba scaduta. Nulla che compromettesse il soggiorno ma sono dettagli che lo rendono più piacevole.

Very very loud, I used earplugs and it was not sufficient.

• Mateus Cardozo (10/5): Local simples mas bem agradável - O anfitrião foi muito simpático e atencioso. Passou muito bem as informações para entrarmos. O apartamento é simples, mas bem equipado e estava bem limpo e organizado. A localização não é muito central, mas achamos bem fácil de nos deslocar pela cidade a partir dela. Tem um mercado bem perto. Wi-Fi funciona muito bem. Nada do que reclamar.

• Alejandra (8/5): Alojamiento habilitado solo para 2 personas, no debieran ofrecerlo para más, y quizás renovar cosillas. - Lo práctico para poder ingresar La ducha estaba en medianas condiciones y la cortina bien, sucia y mala calidad. Las almohadas en las mismas situación. La tercera cama que ofrecen (sillón expansible) nada de cómodo para un adulto. El cobertor para la cama principal estaba manchado lo que molesta mucho al momento de usarlo. Le faltaba un hervidor que es lo principal que se ocupa en la cocina Y ojo, el impuesto por persona que cobran diario es bastante alto, considerando que cobran el correspondiente a un hotel 3 estrellas, no a lo que realmente es.

• Roberto (10/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole a Roma, senza complicazioni - Posizione sia da Roma Termini che per visitare Roma. Servita benissimo dai mezzi pubblici. Aria condizionata che ha molto aiutato nel periodo molto caldo di Agosto. Niente da segnalare.
• Angela (8/5): - The hosts are both very nice and accommodating. But when we arrived we noticed the floor in one of the rooms was dusty and we told the cleaning lady and she ignored us. Overall it was a good experience and good neighborhood, I would recommend it The first 3 days, we didn't have hot or warm water. We had to shower with cold water. The host hired someone to fix it.

Bit far from center but there is a plenty of bus stops which are going to Piazza Venezia or Ostiense train station. Grocery stores are on the street, with restaurants and caffes. • Devin (10/5): Ale 160 is a fine base for your adventures in Rome! - Ale 160 is worthy of its excellent ratings: It's clean, secure, and located in a fine neighborhood within easy walking distance of many fabulous sights in downtown Rome! While happily nested in Ale 160, I visited the Colosseum, Trajan's Market, the Roman Forum, the Pantheon, the Vatican, Castel Sant Angelo, and numerous beautiful Churches nearby. As much as I loved visiting these magnificent sites, I also relished "coming home" from exploring to the pleasure of Ale 160. It's nestled in a lovely urban neighborhood filled with fine restaurants, a pharmacy, and a market full of fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats. I fully enjoyed my time at Ale 160, and frankly wish I'd booked a few more nights there before leaving to explore areas outside of "the Eternal City". By the time I sought to book additional nights, it was too late! Don't make my mistake, book your whole stay in Rome at Ale 160 and you'll be glad you did! Ale 160 is excellent! My only concern was with the inevitable realities of urban living: There's a neighbor somewhere nearby who sometimes makes some noise in the evening, but he quiets down before 10 PM or earlier, so he never disturbed my sleep. One night I was awakened by some kind of mechanical noises in the streets below, perhaps workers picking up trash or conducting repair work, I don't know what it was. I prefer sleeping with the windows open to let in fresh air; had they been closed, one might not hear any such sounds, which occasionally occur in every big city.
• Marcio (8/5): Nice apartment, smooth communication with host, good value for money - The flat is spacious enough for 4 people. Getting in and out is very easy with the codes provided on the day before check in. Everything works in the kitchen. The apartment is located in a seemingly very safe area. We needed to take either subway or bus to get to the attractions, they´re not walking distance (except Villa Borghesi), but that is not a problem, we already knew that when we chose the flat. The host let us leave our luggage on the entrance hall before check in time, since we arrived early in Rome. Since there were 4 of us, sometimes the shower drain would get clogged and we would have to wait a bit between showers. The lights went out 2 times, but it was an easy fix, just turning the circuit breaker back on, on the entrance hall.
• Victor (9/5): Superb - The location was good. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Not many tourists around the area which is unusual for Rome. The bed was comfy and WiFi a bonus. It needs a bit of TLC but overall very good.
