Ο καναπές και η πολυθρόνα κρεβάτι δεν είναι για άτομα με παραπάνω κιλά ξεκάθαρα. Η ηχομόνωση επίσης δεν είναι απο τα δυνατά του σημεία!

• Kristina (10/5): - A great apartment in a fantastic location. We stayed for four nights (family of four) and had a wonderful visit. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped and the location is very central (within around 5 minutes of the Spanish steps). The hosts were helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend this property and would certainly book again if we return to Rome.

• Rosanne (10/5): Amazing 4 days in a clean, modern and central apartment. We will be back. - This apartment is a gem, right in the center of Rome. Just 2 minutes walk to via del corso, maybe 7 minutes to Pantheon and the same to piazza di Spagna, Trevi is maybe 10 min away. We were met by Sylvia who gave us the keys and explained everything about the apartment. We could do an early check in since the place was already cleaned up. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The apartment is done up very modern and high quality. Beds are very good .Shower rooms are great too including hot water. The apartment has a smart heating system so it is very cosy. She also gave us some tips about good local restaurants and areas to go to. Since this is an apartment ,b'fast was not included in booking but the hosts left us a tray fool of goodies ,water, coffee, tea ,coffee pods etc. Correspondence via whatsapp was really great, thank you Veronica. They also organized our transport to the airport which was great, lovely driver. Something which I think was so lovely ,as we had a very late flight back home and the apartment was not booked on the day we were leaving, so we could stay and did check out in time to go to the airport .Defiantly ,we will book this apartment again next time we come to Rome. Cannot think of anything.

Nos recomendo toda para hacer de nuestra visita en roma sea mas agradable! Hasta nos dejo quedarnos hasta las 15hs porque lo tenia desocupado ese dia! Me gusto todo
• Meital (9/5): Perfect location for families traveling with teens - The apartment we received was very spacious and we hade enough privacy in it as the kids were in one area and we were in another one. The beds and pillows were super comfy; received some treats that were so helpful as we arrived late and had something to nibble on :) The owner Cecilia was super nice and responsive before and during the stay. The location is perfect for both site seeing , night time and shopping. The only issue - if at all - was the sounds of the street early at 5-6am (weren’t bad but worth mentioning if u r a light sleeper) and the below restaurant that does creat some noise during the evening but nothing that made a real problem.

• tatjananika (10/5): В следующий раз мы остановимся только здесь. - Апартаменты находятся в идеальной локации относительно всех объектов посещения. Квартира очень большая и просторная. Обе спальни имеют собственный санузел. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым( посудомойка, духовка, микроволновка, кофемашина, чайник, плита, холодильник). Также есть в зале, где находится кухня большой раскладывающийся диван. Здесь свободно поместятся 6 взрослых человек. Квартира находится на втором этаже, куда ведет лестница или лифт(2-3 человека максимум). В одной минуте от дома есть неплохой продуктовый магазин Esselunga и кафе, где утром можно съесть свежайшие круассаны с кофе. Рекомендую семьям и компаниям. все ок

• Jorge (9/5): Ubicación excelente, práctico y recomendable. - Ubicación excelente, sin duda lo mejor, junto a la vía del Corso y a pocos minutos del metro de plaza España. Puedes ir andando a muchos sitios. Parada de taxis casi en la puerta y buses cerca. Comunicación fácil con los anfitriones, vía whatsapp. Quedas con ellos con antelación al viaje para hacer la entrega de llaves y el check-in. La tasa turística se paga en mano, en efectivo, lo advierten desde el principio. El ascensor es pequeño, máximo 2 personas, pero como es un primer piso casi no lo usamos. El sofá-cama es de los plegables, no tan confortable como la cama. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, aunque si sois 4 la zona de estar queda justa.

• Kavitha (8/5): Overall, loved our stay here and would highly recommend it for families or a group of friends. - Large comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with all basic amenities, fully equipped kitchen. Well maintained with additional bed space in the living room (sofa cum bed). Well located with restaurants at the doorstep, bus stop a 5 min walk away, grocery 3 mins away. Veronica (the landlord) was simply amazing - courteous, prompt and ever helpful. Station is quite far (15 min walk on cobbled paths) if you are traveling into Rome with luggage. The lift is tiny and like a vertical coffin😄 Plus point is, atleast there is a lift and you don’t have to carry your luggage up. The floors just don’t feel clean even after they had just been cleaned. Maybe it’s a problem with the type of flooring.

We would highly recommend - It was better than expected, beds were very comfortable, plenty of bath towels, extremely safe and an owner/representative met us to explain different parts of the apartment that she thought would make us more at home. There were a few dirty pans which the owner put right in the dishwasher for us (which was great!). We felt the non-stick frying pans were old and flaking so we didn’t use those. We didn’t want to use the dishwasher for a few easy breakfast dishes but couldn’t find a dish towel for drying. The bath hand towel was perfect.

• Lee (10/5): Perfect stay and wonderful host - It’s the best accommodation I’ve stayed in major Europe city. Not only it’s right in the centre of Rome old quarter, we could see Spanish steps only seconds from the doorstep of the apartment and the metro etc. We’re on the most expensive shopping street in Rome, Via Condotti. So everything was just few steps away. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and very comfortable. There’s elevator though small, good for our elderly parents. We’re a group of 10 so the two connecting apartments fitted us all perfectly. To top it all, the host Michele is such a nice and kind person. He greeted us at the apartment explaining everything about the apartment and places to eat. He even allowed us to extend our check out time because of our late night plus our parents needed place to rest, which turned out to be so crucial for me as I fell ill on the last day before flying out. Thanks so much Michele. This was my third time to Rome but if I happen to visit Rome again, I shall look no further. I will definitely return to this apartment as it’s really that perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed Rome all because of this strategic place and wonderful host. Nothing
