Guest Reviews
- Maria Del Mar (10/5): Ubicación perfecto. Lindo, limpio y moderno. - Ubicación perfecto. Lindo, limpio y moderno.
- Tracey (9/5): Comfortable and well equipped flat in the heart of bustling Trastevere - Very comfortable, clean and well equipped If you are a light sleeper then late night and early morning noise might be an issue. It’s more noticeable if you sleep on the sofa bed..
The IKEA sofa bed isn’t the most comfortable
- Lina Marcela (9/5): - Si pero deben mejorar aspectos La cama sonaba mucho y las almohadas muy malas
- Johannes (9/5): Schöne, moderne Wohnung in romantischer Lage.
- Minna (9/5): Täydellinen kokonaisuus viikon lomalle - Sijainti ihanteellinen. Huoneisto todella siisti ja käytännöllinen. Vanhat öljyt kaapissa 🤣
- Åsa (10/5): - Stor och bra lägenhet, bra läge nära restauranger.
- Esther (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf. We komen zeker terug. - Perfecte locatie Wat veel lawaai buiten. En de douche bleef niet lag warm.

- Eileen (7/5): I would recommend this apartment for a short stay in Rome. - Excellent location, in walking distance to all the main attraction. Lots of Bars and restaurants beside the apartment. The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It was clean and tidy and functional for the two of us. When we first arrived we could not access the building itself. There were no clear indications on how to get in. We had to wait for someone to open the door from inside the building
Lots of noise outside the apartment at night.
Bed was very uncomfortable.
- Luigi (10/5): -

- Mel (1/5): Avoid: Loud Noise, Rude Host, Marijuana Smell - The location is central but even during cold December nights, large groups gathered directly beneath the window, smoking pot and shouting until 3–4 am every night. Opening the windows to ventilate the apartment resulted in a strong marijuana smell entering the unit. I booked this place urgently after discovering black mold in my original accommodation. Most places in the area were already booked, so this was the only option available, which in hindsight was a red flag. I arrived late in the day and was in a difficult situation.
The host had zero manners and was extremely difficult to communicate with. After I had fully paid for the apartment and city tax, he refused to meet me at the property or let me inside to access Wi-Fi. Instead, he insisted I find a cafe to use Wi-Fi so I could send him a selfie, which he claimed was required by Italian "low". I was extremely uncomfortable with this request and felt pressured to comply in order to access the apartment I had already paid for. I walked several blocks in heavy rain with my suitcase to find Wi-Fi. He then rejected the selfie, demanded another one, and said, “No selfie, no code, you’re out.”
The apartment smelled strongly of marijuana due to loud parties directly below my window that lasted until 3–4 a.m. The shower leaked badly, and the drain was clogged. Given the host’s behavior, I chose not to report these issues and simply stayed, avoiding daily use of the shower.
I would strongly advise staying away. The property is not worth the money, the management is unprofessional, and the overall experience was extremely stressful and unpleasant.
- florencia (9/5): Muy lindo departamento en Trastevere - Muy lindo departamento! Prolijo, limpio, bien ubicado. Bien equipado.
- Paula Tiemy (7/5): -
- Andrew (8/5): - Close to all restaurants Very noisy square where apartment is located
- Hitesh (9/5): Location was spot on for that area - Clean and tidy place. Location was spot on if you wanted to stay in that area. Nice and quiet apartment, for sleep, as it's off the main street. Everything was pretty good for us, and not much not to like. Coffee was provided but could've done with some basic stuff like sugar for the coffee, which we assumed would be provided. I'd stay here again for early flights, but for late flights I would probably opt for a hotel, as hotels provide free storage, and you can usually use their facilities before heading to the airport.

- Jessica (9/5): -
- Choi (8/5): Co - Location and size of appartment Noisey aircon in room .. switches on and off .. better to use the fan they provide
- Jelena (10/5): Hidden Trastevere gem - It's a perfect location. If you're used on European approach of walking everywhere, this is very convenient start point.
The apartment is well equipped, clean and spacious.
Instructions were sent in a timely manner, communication was really smooth.
Would definitely come back again.
- Leena (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent and nicely located on a less crowded street in Trastevere. The apartment itself is cozy and perfect for two people. When we first arrived, we couldn’t access the building itself and there were no clear instructions on how to get in, the instructions were only for the apartment itself. We had to wait for someone to leave to get in. A video guide or clearer directions would help, especially since the building/building number is hard to spot.
The AC is too loud to use at night.
Hot water only lasts for one shower, you need to wait 30–40 minutes for it to reheat.
The kettle was dirty and had leftover water, with visible scale buildup and so we couldn’t use it.
- Petar (10/5): Exceptional - Functionality & Location
- Catherine (9/5): Superb - Location of the place is great in a charming piazza, close to many bars/restaurants and to bridge! The apartment is meidum sized but there is no need for anything bigger, it was convenient and enough for us! The place is very clean and comfy, the matress was a bit too soft for me but that is based on personal preference, water pressure in the shower was great which is very important to us and host was very responsive and helpful, I would recommend staying in this apartment.
- Lindsey (9/5): Lovely apartment in the centre of travestere - The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the middle of Travestere a really lovely area of Rome with lots of bars and restaurants. The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures and exceptionally clean. The communication with the host was very clear and there were no problems getting into the property. We didn't eat in the property but if you wanted to there is everything you need in the kitchen area. The double bedroom was big with a lovely walk in wardrobe to store everything out of the way. The sofa bed in the living room was very big. There was not much to dislike, the area outside is a little noisy in the evening, this is not a problem of the property but if you are a light sleeper you may wish to take this into consideration or wear ear plugs.
- Amariei (9/5): Superb -
- Sturla (9/5): Had a nice and comfortable stay in a very good apartment. - Location just brilliant and everything clean and nice.
- Julie (9/5): Family time away, close to all attractions. Nice to have a kitchen to not eat out all the time - Excellent location. Facilities apartment was great. Main bed comfy but squeaky
Bus stop 5-10 min walk away. Lots restaurants to choose from. Great ice cream shops Everything was good
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Marisa (8/5): Very good - Great location in central travestere but very noisy at night with groups of youths enjoying the bars and cafe until early hours of the morning. Easy walk into central Rome.
Accomodation was great, however the location seemed to attract a lot of loud youths.
- Sher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (9/5): Superb -
- Davor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Avioturs (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shibaji (7/5): Good - Apartment cleanliness and facilities Communication with the host
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the apartment and location. The keys was a bit of an issue getting it. Directions were not to clear in how to get them. Also electricity tripped for our unit and had to do a manual reset. I think before people check in maybe clearer instructions on the keys and possible tripping should be advised.
- Alexandru (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Danielle (10/5): Great stay for a long weekend - We had a great stay, for a long weekend. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen that has some basics so we were able to make breakfast each day. The location was great, a lot of restaurants very close by, and the taxi stand was a short walk which worked out perfectly. The host was very accommodating when we requested an early check in. Very clean and an excellent shower. N/a
- Erwin (9/5): I would return when I I have the chance. - Clean, organised, efficient Slower curtain smelled bad
- Nicolette (9/5): Great location, lovely comfortable stay - Great location, good communication with the host. Comfy bed, everything you need for a weekend stay Air conditioning was quite noisy and plug sockets I found hard work but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. There was a fan in the room which we used on the second night so didn't need the air con.
- Alexandra (10/5): Fantastic location in a buzzing area, yet the apartment was quite sound-proof. Good communication from the hosts. - The location was fantastic, in a beautiful piazza but it was not noisy. There was lots of restaurants and bars in the area and it was an scenic walk across the bridge to the historical centre.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Brittany (10/5): Fantastic location, very clean! - The location is perfect for fun nightlife, but quiet enough that if you just want to enjoy shops and dinner, you can still enjoy your time. Very clean, very friendly, and responsive. There was really nothing I did not like about this place.
- Roseline (7/5): The apartment itself was nice but I will not stay in the area next time. - Location was not what I expected as a first time traveler to Rome. The outside picture is that of the courtyard only and I believe a bit deceiving to first time travelers like me. It was a last minute side trip and I did not do a lot of research but I think there could have been a bit of info about the area like” lively, fun, artsy area,” something like that…
That part of Trastevere is in fact a very busy area with lots of restaurants/bars/graffiti. The good thing is that the property itself is in a quiet, beautiful little courtyard a bit away from the main busy streets.
I am an older traveler. I prefer the quiet restaurant lined cobblestone “alleys” that allow for nice dinners, quiet relaxing conversations with friends, family and restaurant staff! This is an area for young people looking for a good party time!. Just what I said above. The property itself is nice, beautiful, clean and comfortable. I just did not like the area.
- Nil (9/5): A wonderful vacation in Rome - Perfect location, with many and varied restaurants around, very lively and cozy neighborhood. The apartment is furnished very well, with modern furniture, equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Everything you need to experience a wonderful vacation. Upon our arrival and check in we were advised that the air conditioners were a bit noisy. It turned out that the air conditioners were extremely noisy, especially the one in the bedroom. If you are sensitive to this noise, your stay will be sour. For a 7-night stay our towels and sheets were not changed, with temperatures in July of 32-36 degrees during the day and 23-25 degrees at night imagine what that is like.
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Catherine (10/5): Great apartment in fun filled restaurant district - highly recommended! - Fabulous location in the middle of an energetic and action packed resturant / bar district and within reasonable walking distance of all the sites and activities of Rome. It really is a wonderful location and was easy to get to by train and bus from the airport and find amongst the busy little streets in which it is located. It is noisy outside at night with the restaurants in the Piazza where the apartment is. However, when you close the window, the noise is kept out. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated. The new kitchen and bathroom are functional and well done. It was well cleaned for arrival. Wifi worked well. We were really delighted with the apartment and would recommend it. This should not deter you from booking, it's just good to be aware, you have to keep the windows closed at night and when it's hot the air-conditioner has to stay on to make it comfortable. The air conditioner is a little noisy but didn't bother us. Also the bed is comfortable but not luxe. It's worth it to book because of the location, aspect,
and size of the apartment.
- Stephen (10/5): We could live in the unit. Very quiet despite busy square outside. - Breakfast not included. Lots of cafes to use.
- Deirdre (9/5): Excellent location, apartment exactly as shown. - Fantastic location, the piazza has 3 restaurants right outside the door, and plenty around together with shops, bars etc. really excellent location. Luggage storage very close if you have a late flight.
- Peter (9/5): Perfect accommodation, great location and spotless. - Great location in close proximity of plenty of bars and restaurants, all the major attractions within walking distance. Accommodation spotlessly clean, quiet and private. No bedding provided for the sofa bed, can be provided at an extra cost,
- Rafael (8/5): Very good - location, cleanses and decoration shortage of hot water and the heater made a lot of noise
- Eddie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeanne (9/5): Great location. Cute apartment overlooking some restaurants in a plaza below. - Location location location only one time when the breaker tripped and we couldn’t exactly figure out how to turn the electricity back on. Someone that lived in the building helped us figure it out. No big deal.
- Yulia (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean, the host was nice and welcoming.
The location was great, very central. walked everywhere! Location was central, but also very loud at night. There are a few restaurants just outside the windows, and even when all the windows were closed it was hard to fall asleep..
The bed and the pillows were not very comfortable.
