• Anar (9/5): - A great apartment to stay in, very close to the city centre. Good restaurants nearby. All facilities you might need are available. Easy check-in, check-out. Really good overall.

• Christophe (7/5): Pas trop mal dans l'ensemble - Appartement au calme, A 50 mètres de la piazza del Popolo. Le canapé n'avait pas le linge de lit, malgré notre demande et réponse positive de l' agence. Il y aurait pu avoir au moins 2 doses de café car nous sommes arrivés après 22h et donc pas de café pour le lendemain matin. Si vous comptez cuisiner, il n'y a pas grand chose comme ustensiles ( ok, c'est un détail , mais quand même...) Aucunes doses de shampooing, gel douche ou savon...c'est dommage

Appartamentino potenzialmente affascinante Le finestre affacciano tutte sui cortili (e non è un bel vedere), meglio chiudere gli scuri, ma diventa claustrofobico. Problemi con il bagno, mancava il bidet (erroneamente presente su booking) e la doccia non funzionava, il proprietario ha promesso di rimediare. In generale tante piccole cose che sommate fanno assai, che peccato!

• Lucía (9/5): - Excelente ubicación, a 20 minutos andando de la mayoría de sitios turísticas. Un barrio muy tranquilo y genial conectado tanto por metro y bus. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y la comunicación fue estupenda, nos solucionaron el problema en menos de 15 mins. Todo genial!

Friendly and smooth communication with owner. Microwave is missing, some more hoops in bathroom will be nice to have.

Terlik konulabilir. 5 gecelik konaklama da 1 tane tuvalet kağıdı koyulması saçma. Duş alırken su gitmiyor, birikiyor. Mutfakta mikrodalga veya fırın yok ama fotoğraflar da eklenmiş. Ekmek kızartma makinesi çalışmıyor.

On avait choisie l’appartement pour la décoration qui nous plaisait, mais en réalité c’est du bric à brac en mauvais état. Meubles de cuisine à rafraîchir… c’est du très rudimentaire. Cabine de douche idem… On a pris peur des prises électriques qui sortaient des murs facilement. Nous on a trouvé l’ensemble très très bof.

• COPA (10/5): Recomendado 100% - La ubicación excelente, las instalaciones en buenas condiciones y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Roma. No tenía bidet a pesar que la descripción del alojamiento dice que si, pero no fue un problema.

• Sean (9/5): Superb - Clean and well equipped apartment in a great location. Communication with the host was clear. I would stay there again! Two things, both minor. 1. Shower drains slowly 2. The wall that separates the bedroom from the living room isn't a full wall. It's more of a divider, with the wall not extending to the ceiling. This reduces the privacy of the bedroom.
• Victoria (9/5): Rome is the best city :). We enjoyed the stay - Overall all ok. The best aspect of this apartment is the location. And the host is very nice and quick to answer. The apartment is ok, but there was humidity smell when we arrived from all the day out… it is needed to open all windows to ventilate. The toaster was not working. Also there are no plugs enough in the kitchen to plug the toaster and the water kettle at the same time, but this is not so relevant…
• Kateryna (9/5): If I go to Rome, I would happily stay here again - The apartment is wonderful, the photos are completely consistent. The location is super - we walked everywhere and even to the Vatican. It was easy to get in. The windows overlook the courtyard, so it is quiet at night. We read all the reviews, expected problems with the sewer - no, everything worked, the hot water was fine. We did not cook in the apartment, so I can not evaluate the kitchen. Once we made coffee on a geyser coffee maker. Coffee and sugar were in the kitchen The blankets are indeed a bit tired of life

• Fábián (6/5): Overall I would not recommend, however with a little investment could make more comfortable. - The location is very good for exploring the city, everything we wanted to see is within walking distance. Metro station is close (Flaminio metro station). The check in is very late, 4PM, and not a minute before, however we were provided info about luggage store very close (we paid 18 EUR for storage). A big downside is that the check-in info was provided to us very late, 45 minutes before check in. We were asking for it several days in advance. Not to mention that the check out info was provided one day before our departure and as we did not react immediately (we were in a museum), I was asked to confirm that we have received the information. Also, in the description it was mentioned that the airport transfer is included: I asked twice for the details, but no answer. Finally we had to solve it on our own. It's the beginning of March, but the apartment was cold. I asked for the details of heating, but only half information was provided (i.e. to turn the thermostat from 10 to 20). After requesting again the following day, we were shown where to move the button of the boiler, finally the heating worked. Apt is not a real 1 bedroom there is half a wall separating the living area (tiny) with sleeping area (a sofa is used as a bed). The bathroom is outdated (the toilet needs about 30 minutes to refill). The sinks drains was partially blocked. No body soap, and only 2 toilet papers for the 2 of us for 4 nights. The kitchen is not well equipped: no microwave, no paper towels. An old cupboard locked with a padlock takes a lot of space in the kitchen. The first morning we wanted to make a coffee, but the coffee machine was not working. My husband noticed that the rubber seal was missing, we bought one (for 1,7 EUR) and the following day, miraculously worked.

It's the beginning of March, but the apartments are very cold, the bedding is old, worn out, it was unpleasant to lie down. There is no comfort at all..But this is just my experience...
• Ekaterina (7/5): Good - Location is nice. Quiet street and yet close to many points of interest. It was nice to use the washing machine! Owner was easy to reach. It was a bit cold and no extra bed sheets even. There was a foldable bed but no bed sheets.

• Anna (7/5): Good - If you are looking for a place where you can crush during the night and spend the whole day exploring, this will work for you. The location is perfect, and the apartment is quiet even though it's in the middle of all the action. The price is fair. If you are planning to spend a significant amount of time in your accommodation, keep searching. The bathroom is outdated (the toilet needs about 30 minutes to refill), the furniture has seen better times, and the amount of the daylight in the apartment is miniscule.

• Garth (8/5): Great wee Roman accommadation - Very clean facilities. Good supply of the essentials like washing powder and toilet paper. Great that it had a washing machine so we could catch up on a week's worth of washing. Great location for the things we wanted to see. The shower. The head was on a "flexible" hose that hung from a centrally located outlet. It meant battling the hose as you showered. Also the hose was a but short so rinsing off was awkward.

The host was very friendly and always made sure to let us know all information in advance, so we were never clueless about keys, etc. The apartment itself is quiet, spacious, and has everything you need! the furnishing of the apartment is also very charming :) we didn't like the towels but apart from that everything was great!

• Barbora (9/5): Great vibes, perfect location. - The appartment was nice, cozy, clean and very comfortable. Location absolutely perfect — max. 20 minutes walk to Angel’s castle, Vatican, Fontana di Trevi, Pantehon and very close to park Villa Borgese. The place has great vibes. I could imagine a bit better and organised kitchen equipment, but it was ok afterall.

Also there was no interaction with anyone face to face, it was easy to find and unlock the flat. well, we didn't like the smell of the towels - is was a bit wierd. Also, there was some mold in the shower
• Olga (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment is very nice. Location is great. The place was pretty quiet although on a few occasions we could hear neighbors coming home at night. The AC was not working and the host didn't tell us about it about it advance. Info about it was given to us right before the check in. Another downside is that the check-in info was provided to us very late, a few hours before check in. We were asking for it several days in advance. To be fair the host gave us a small discount for not working AC but definitely not enough for the inconvenience with the extreme heat (37-42 C).

• Anonymous (3/5): Poor - The location was good, in walking distance of Spanish steps, Piazza Popolo, Villa Borghese and the metro. Lots of restaurants nearby. Lift was good, as on 3rd floor and self check in was handy. A very good, reasonably priced restaurant is about 10 yards away (Negresco.) The facilities were very poor. There was no sofa in the living room (a sofa chair was used as a bed and if used as a sofa would only seat 1 person.) The shower was extremely blocked on arrival. When the host was informed of this her response was to apologise for the inconvenience and to tell us about nearby restaurants. Showering therefore involved standing in 4 inches of water, and afterwards waiting 20 mins for water to drain. We sat on the bed to watch TV, which was the size of a PC screen, rather than sitting on dining chairs or the floor. The apartment lacked a microwave, a variety of cutlery, utensils and glasses. The whole place was old, tired and in need of refurbishment. It was really a studio apartment, badly divided. Also needed earplugs due to noisy neighbours (at times) and construction outside (again, at times.)

The host was very helpful and friendly. On 3rd floor with no fire escape and no smoke detector. The sinks and the shower drains was partially blocked. The kitchen tap was very wobbly, completely disconnected from the worktop. The oven was very small. No microwave. No sofa. None of the windows had a view.

• Marta (9/5): Superb - Amazing apartment, you can really experience Rome and Italian culture there. The location is perfect, just a +/- 10 min walk from Spanish Steps. Loved it! No information about the tourist tax. Wish we'd known about it earlier, but overall it was great.

• Kseniia (7/5): Good - Perfect location. Clear instructions for check in. Great atmosphere of the apartment (the italian style). A lot of space. Comfortable bed. The shower wasn't comfortable (impossible to move the showerhead). The tap in the kitchen is always dripping. Also there were midges.
