• Natalija (9/5): Location, terrace, comfort! - We had a lovely 4 nights stay in the apartment. It is compact, comfortable, has everything you need for a short stay. Terrace is perfect for the spring sunny weather. Location is absolutely great! Very comfortable infrastructure - shops, cafe, market, train station. Bear in mind that the house itself is not new. It’s Rome :)

Апартаменти розташовані біля центру, тому якщо ви любите ходити пішки, це вам займе 25 хвилин. Поруч розташовані автобусні зупинки та 10 хвилин до метро. Квартира була облаштована для всіх зручностей. Особливість цієї квартири, це тераса. Ви можете в любий час вийти на балкон звідки відкривається гарний вид на місто та провести затишні вечори. Дуже цікавий стиль та гарно всередині. Всюди було чисто та охайно. Рекомендую всім ці апартаменти.

• LMM (8/5): Super séjour :) - L'emplacement (près de tout : bon restos, marché, bus, pharmacie, pubs), la disponibilité de l'hébergeur, la déco incroyable du logement, la terrasse exceptionnelle, le calme la nuit, la propreté. Le logement pas chauffé à notre arrivée (23h et 5° dehors) et chauffage non réglable, la douche difficile à régler si on souhaite un débit moyen (soit trop chaud, soit glacée) et qui a besoin d'une rénovation.

• Kira (9/5): Нам очень понравился этот маленький уютный домик на крыше - Очень аутентичные двухэтажные аппартаменты, можно просто ходить по квартире и изучать ее как в музее. Есть выход на террасу и это просто огромная территория. Очень приятно там позавтракать или поужинать при свечах. Хозяин был все время с нами на связи, отвечал буквально через несколько минут, после того, что мы обращались к нему. Когда мы заехали, то обнаружили, что лампочка в кухне перегорела. Мы написали хозяину и он быстро решил эту проблему На втором этаже очень маленькая высота, даже я с ростом 168 см не могла там выпрямиться и ещё там очень скрипит пол.

• Frank (9/5): We loved the place, area, sun terrace and friendly host - The friendly approachable host Alfredo, the terrace, the quirky unique style of the place, the existence of a lift, the area with its next door market, great restaurants and icecream shop at the corner. Also easy to get to all attractions via bus. Minor points: - seat covers outside need changing - the stairs do make some noise, may wake up the other person when in use

• Fran (8/5): Very good - Great location, close to everything you need - restaurants, shops, bus stops. The area felt very safe and the penthouse was really quiet at night. The terrace was a bonus for sitting out after a busy day sightseeing.

• Ian (10/5): Great base for Rome. feels like home. - charming, interesting, comfortable. a great size for a couple and lovely to come back to after a day out. particularly liked the terrace to relax with a late evening drink on. the host was extremely helpful with excellent instructions and communication.
