• Sebastian (9/5): Auf jeden Fall ein tolles Appartment für kleine Familien oder zwei Paare zum Erkunden Roms - Die Lage des Appartements ist super. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Was wir sehr genossen haben war, dass sich im 10 Minuten Umkreis tolle und sehr gute Restaurants befinden und man daher nach einem anstrengenden Tag keine weiten Wege mehr hatte. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und soweit wir das beurteilen konnten fehlte es an nichts. Das Einzige, aber wirklich das Einzuge negative waren die Duschvorhänge. Alles war sauber, aber vielleicht ist es auch was persönliches, aber ich mag keine Duschvorhänge
• PATRICIA (9/5): We had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay in a centrally located comfortable apartment - The central location and size of the property are very good as are the overall facilities. Our host was also very helpful about nearby restaurants etc and was also very accommodating about allowing us pick up bags later on our departure date. There was a smell in the bathrooms which in fairness may be a general problem in central Rome.

It is a beautifully thought and decorated apartment conaidering all needs of a visitor in city of Rome. Giacomo is a great host who conneced with us proomptly and reaponded to us anytime we tried to connect with him. We will viait tge apartment again soon for a longer duration stay.

• Chloe (10/5): Excellent! - Absolutely amazing, just like the photos! Giacomo Was a lovely host, he met us at the property even though it was almost 11pm, showed us around and how everything worked. We travelled with a 1yr old and cot, linen and towels were provided for him at no extra cost. Great location and very central to all of the sights we wanted to see. Highly recommend. Nothing, everything was as expected if not better.

We could walk everywhere we needed too. We are a family a 5 and this apartment was perfect for us. It was a nice retreat in the afternoon and evenings after a long day of visiting the sites. Everyone had plenty of space to relax. There was a market around the corner making it easy to get groceries for breakfast. There was a delicious gelato place on the corner as well. The host was super accommodating allowing us to stop by and drop our luggage when we arrived.

• Louis (9/5): A comfortable 2 bed 2 bath apartment in an ideal location for Rome tourists - Location! It was easy (10 min walk) to get to the apartment taking the airport bus. Very comfortable. Well appointed. It was ideal for two tourist couples in Rome. The owner met us upon arrival and provided a very good orientation of the apartment and the area. He was also very responsive to our questions via WhatsApp There was a smell in the 2nd bathroom and one of the shutters had a broken latch and the shutter banged in the wind. When we informed the owner upon our departure he said he would address this promptly

Almost safe building the elevator is quite small and woody type if someone kept door(s)open in any level it will not move, it always requires cooperation by residence to ensure it slam closed.

Before, during and after coming to the house contact with him was excellent. Quick respones, clear hips and tips and very good english skills. The location of the house is great. You are few minutes from underground on foot. Piazza del Popolo, Castle St. Angelo, Vatican, metro(Lepanto station) are very close. You can start your visiting of Piazza del Popolo and than go every point of monuments on foot. The house was clean, comfortable, well-designed. Comfy beds, two bathrooms and great-equipped kitchen is everything you want. You have lift to your apartment which is on the 3rd floor. We made delicious breakfasts because we had everything we needed in kitchen. Carrefour is 5 minutes on foot. Totally worth-coming! I came with my 5 members of family and when one day I'll go to Rome again I would definetly choose this apartment. Maybe better light in the kitchen(first room), but it's totally enough, I swear!

Within walking distance to many of the tourist sites but also just enough away where it’s much quieter. the apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of two. the beds were really comfortable and there was everything we needed. • Donna (9/5): Lovely Host and had lots of information of where to eat and places to see. Excellent - Good location, easy walk to Vatican, Spanish steps and Shopping areas. Lots of lovely restaurants to eat at very close by and supermarket around the corner if you wanted to cook at apartment. Excellent size apartment with everything you need. It had air-conditioning in apartment but it was extremely hot while we were visiting Rome and it seemed to struggle a bit in the heat. Otherwise everything else was great.
• Anne (8/5): 3 Night stay in Rome - Firstly, Giacomo was wonderful at keeping in touch, couldn’t fault him. He gave us excellent help regarding airport taxis & what we should pay, much appreciated! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large double & 2 singles in 2nd bedroom. The beds were VERY comfortable & we slept well. 2 bathrooms which suited our party of 3 women well. Lift to 3rd floor was great! Only minor improvements such as 2 full length mirrors would have been handy. A wee bit short on hanging space, 2nd bedroom has only half length wardrobe, however, we all just used the double bed wardrobe......even hooks on the bedroom doors would help. All in all, a good flat, we were given 2 sets of keys, handy, checking was simple & straightforward! Oh, location good, walked to the Vatican & shops, restaurants & taxi rank nearby. Thanks Giacomo for all your help! Was as described. A couple of mirrors would be an idea No complaints.
