• rufusxx (9/5): Appartamento in ottima posizione, spazioso e pulito - L'appartamento è spazioso, ha tutto l'essenziale, è pulito e in posizione ottima rispetto a Termini. L'host è disponibile e offre spiegazioni molto dettagliate, quasi "didattiche". Qualche appoggio in più nella stanza con il divano letto sarebbe comodo: c'è un solo comodino, ma il letto è matrimoniale. Nulla di drammatico comunque...

• SO YOUNG (10/5): 완전 강추입니다! - 강력추천합니다! 호스트인 알렉스는 집앞 골목까지 마중을 나와 짐까지 들어주었습니다. 너무 친절하고 따뜻한 마음에 감동하였어요. 피렌체숙소에서 겪은 황당한 일들이 알렉스덕에 다 수그러들었습니다. 숙소위치도 지하철역과 마트에서 가까워서 좋았고 에어컨도 엄청 시원하게 잘 틀어졌습니다. 주방과 샤워실도 너무 깨끗하고 침구도 깨끗하게 세탁되어 있었습니다! 로마에서 두번재 숙소였는데 처음부터 이숙소에 예약할껄 후회했어요. 퇴실하는날도 알렉스가 와서 짐보관하는 곳까지 데려다 주어 저렴하게 짐보관도 할수 있었습니다. 또 로마에 가게 된다면 저는 꼭 여기서 숙박할꺼예요^^

• Mohammad (10/5): - Alex came to meet us at Termini Station, which was very kind and helpful. The apartment is very close to Termini and it was super clean, tidy, and comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it
• Isabel (8/5): Nice/clean apartment for three. Things we don’t like aren't critical. Just a suggestion to improve - -Cleanness -Strong WiFi -proximity to the train/bus terminal. (you don’t need a car when in Rome…) -The owner was very nice and accommodating. We requested pillows because the existing ones were extremely thin, and he immediately brought us new sets. -kitchen was very well equipped. He even left us some Nespresso pods -with elevator, and quiet neighbors Apart from one closet, there wasn’t any table or suitcase bench to open flat our carry-ons. (We were three people) Also, there wasn’t any flat sheets. Just a patterned blanket cover, (thing that is very common in Europe. I wish owners all over realize people need two sheets and that the only color that gives the sense of cleanness is solid white)
• Rajesh Kannan (9/5): Good location and good apartment to with family. - Very good location - The apartment is located in just 100m from 1. The Roma Termini; 2. The spot where all the airport shuttles will start; 3. The spot where few Hop-on Hop-Off services will start. Apartment - Bright and well ventilated. Looks like the same in the pictures. Kitchen - Filled with the adequate utensils. Bathroom - Modern, neat and clean. Beds - are clean. Towels - are clean and fresh. Host - Very Nice person. We reach Rome by train. He welcomed us in the platform and gave us a quick tour on the necessary shops which are close to the apartment. His English is also good. Surroundings - Lot of food stalls in just 200m where we can explore the varieties of Italian foods. No negative points. Just to mention. 1. Apartment is at 4th floor where the lift is very small and old. I can occupy 2 - 3 person at a time. 2. The quilt / duvet cover looks like old and not fresh. Better to change it.
• Irene (9/5): Es hat für uns alles gepasst! - Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar vom Bahnsteig abgeholt . Er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns alles erklärt. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr geräumig. Da wir nicht gekocht haben, kann ich bezüglich der Küchenausstattung nicht viel sagen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch Nähe Bahnhof und Metro. Es sind auch sehr nette Bars und gute Restaurants ganz in der Nähe

• Kittiworapong (10/5): Great stay! - Alex is a friendly and helpful host, he picked us up at the train's door!!! and help to drag the luggage to the apartment which is very near to Milano Termini. We've got the useful information from him. The apartment is clean and comfort, amenities provided. Wifi is good. The location is perfect, a lot of restaurants and shops around. We need to check out at 10:00, Alex recommend the very cheap place to leave the luggage which is also around the area and near Termini. Recommended.

The apartment is spacious, complete with necessities, the Host Alex is very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely book it again if I visit Rome again. There was graffiti on the street and I did 't feel safe initially but it was fine during the 4 nights that we stayed. It's very close to the station and other attractions. We walked everywhere from the apartment, even to the Vatican. It was nice to walk everywhere as you could see many marvellous building, palaza, fountains etc.. The flat is very clean & spacious. There is an old lift to the 4th floor, where the flat is at. The person living upstairs still walked around at 1am.

He met us at the train station and walked with us to the apartment and gave us a very thorough explanation about the area and Rome in general. The apartment is very clean spacious and very well located near train station. We definitely recommend this place to stay in Rome.
• Renata (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very comfortable, newly renovated, tidy, with all the necessary amenities, mostly quiet (but that depends on the temperamental neighbors). The host is very kind, responsible and always ready to help with information. He also prepared a map with basic information about nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The location of the apartment is great, if you are coming by train in general or from the airport or planning trips around the city, because it is close to the Central Station and the city bus station. If you like to walk, a lot can be reached by walking through the streets of this amazing city. The proximity of the Central Station has its downside: as in many large European cities, it gathers very different groups of people. It is not a problem to walk the streets in this neighborhood during the day, it is really safe, but avoid doing it at night. Both taxi drivers and the host will warn you about this. If you like to go out at night, take a taxi or stay in a group.

• Adil (9/5): Superb - I had an excellent stay at Alex's place. He is very friendly and always punctual. Additionally, the apartment is ideally located, close to the bus station and the train station. I highly recommend it!
• Agne (9/5): Everything was perfect, as always the price could be lower, but it is as it is. - Very clean. The bed was comfortable, at least for me, who likes more hard matress. Location was good, despite next to the station, but felt pretty safe. I suggest to take hop off, hop on bus (IOBUS smth), which starts it journey from the station around Rome. So you will always get space on the 2nd floor for the best views. We took for 2 days for 28€/person and used it as normal city transportation to get where we needed. The host was helping and explaining everything very clearly. Apt. had coffee machine, which made very tasty espresso. All other kitchen facilities were in place, just we haven’t used them. Views from the apt. windows we took as very unique exprerience, where you can find out how real italians actually live. Actually nothing. The lift is very old and small, but was not an issue for us.

They made it all as easy as possible for us by collecting us without drama at the airport etc.... Honest good little family run place to stay. A shinning example of honest good people trying their best to make your stay in Rome magical and hassle free. Loved it! That they were really nice but honestly too cheap for the service they were offering! Frankly they deserve more!

Easy base to explore the city since transposition is close, so are numerous restaurants and all services of Termini. Apartment was super clean, nice bed and kitchen to prepare your own snacks. Views from apartment balcony are a little rough. Nothing much the owner can do for that tho.

The location is very close to the main Train Station (3 minutes walk) and is in a walking distance to Colosseum and other city attractions (15-20 minutes). There is a grocery shop on the train station and other smaller ones are in the nearby. Apartment is big, can easily accommodate up to 4 people, rooms have AC and everything was very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and washing machine was available. Everything was perfect.

The fact that had AC in both rooms and that it was clean apartment. The host was very friendly and communicative. He waited with coffee and water!! The place is really close to everything! The elevator doors will shut too brutal and I hit my hand once but is not the host fault. I should've take the stairs.
