• Asdrubal (10/5): - Muy buena atención..trato amable. El señor siempre está en contacto y dispuesto a ayudar ante cualquier necesidad. La casa limpia y con todo lo necesario.
• Sven (8/5): Perfekt läge nära Termini station. Vi fick se det vi ville se under intensiva dagar. - Värden hade försett oss med vatten, kaffe, frukt, mjöl och andra drycker som vi hade stor nytta av så vi kunde koncentrera oss på att utforska staden istället för att handla. Detta höjer det totala betyget. Det var nära flera bra frukostställen. Vi gillade framför allt en som serverade Brittisk frukost där det ingick en croissant. Innehavaren försäkrade oss att det var en "typisk brittisk croissant". En hel del oväsen från gatan. Tunna fönster släppte in dessa oljud men vi hade nog lite otur med detta.

• Roberto Alejandro (10/5): - El apartamento es muy cómodo, completo y funcional. Impecable! Alex, el anfitrión es muy gentil y amable! Nos dejó frutas frescas, café, confituras, etc de cortesía y nos explicó cómo movernos en Roma. La ubicación, a dos cuadras de la Estación Termini es ideal para moverse a cualquier lado y muy linda e iluminada la calle, con varios restaurantes, hoteles, negocios de souvenirs, etc. Hermoso todo! • Dorota (10/5): - Mieszkanie jest super! Byłam tu już drugi raz, to najlepsza rekomendacja. Lokalizacja idealna, blisko obu linii metra, pętli wielu autobusów i dworca. Mieszkanie wyremontowane, bardzo czyste, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Szczoteczki i pasta do zębów, jednorazowe kapcie, czepki pod prysznic. Możliwość wcześniejszego zostawienia bagażu. W Rzymie mieszkałam w kilkunastu mieszkaniach i tylko tutaj zawsze jest zapewnione śniadanie - kawa, herbata, mleko, woda, rogaliki, owoce, nawet lód w lodówce. Gospodarz Alex bardzo serdeczny i uczynny. I do tego piękny widok z okien na fontannę z rybkami :)
• Tanja (9/5): Für uns hat alles gepasst, toller Gastgeber. - Herr Alex war sehr nett, hat Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Saft, Milch, Obst und Brioche vorbereitet. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Befindet sich in einem Innenhof und ist ruhig. Am Abreisetag hat Herr Alex sogar das Gepäck für uns aufbewahrt, da wir erst am Abend gefahren sind.

• Amerins Lucian (10/5): - De accomodatie ligt echt om de hoek van het station wat ideaal is. Er zijn veel leuke restaurantjes in de buurt en het appartement is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Vooral de eigenaar Alex is echt een topper. Hij had allemaal lekkere dingen klaargelegd en had goeie tips voor restaurantjes. Wij kwamen zelf aan na de inchecktijd en we konden toen gelukkig zelf in het appartement komen.

• Elena (9/5): - The hosts were very generous and provided fruit, milk, juice, coffee and bottled water for us. The location is convenient next to the station, so it's easy to catch buses, trains, or transfer to the airport. The city centre is about a 30-minute walk. A very nice restaurant is literally next door. The mattresses were very hard.
• Yichen (10/5): - The apartment located on a busy street, but in front of the building there's a small garden that separates us from all the noise and mess of termini. I can tell the apartment is renovated recently, all equipments and appliances are new. Very very clean and convenient. The owner is friendly and helpful. I recommend this place!

Hasta tienen el incredible detalle de dejarte todo para el desayuno! Leche,jugos,agua,fruta,capsulas de café, té, croissants. Todo delicioso!!! Pantuflas descartable, cepillos de dientes y mini dentífrico! Seguramente volveremos a elegirlos! Gracias Alex!!! No tengo nada que criticar! Personalmente pienso que es un lugar increíble.

W pokojach ręczniki, kapcie, zestaw kosmetyków, w łazience suszarka, kosmetyki, w kuchni i jadalni wszystko przygotowywane, w tym dużo kawy, ekspres do kawy, ciastka, woda, owoce, ciasto na przywitanie, napoje, mleko, wszystko! Lokalizacja blisko dworca, możliwość zameldowania samodzielnego o wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu, możliwość pozostawienia bagaży na parę godzin po wymeldowaniu, zaopiekowanie przez właściciela Alexa na 100% ! Polecam osobom, które lubią aktywność, a apartament traktują jako ‚bazę wypadową’ :)
• Alegre Moreno (9/5): Apartamento funcional y tranquilo - Muy buena ubicación.y atención por parte del anfitrión, cuidando los detalles de biemvenida con Café, té, dulces ,fruta, Leche, etc. Y también artículos de aseo.. Quizás falta algo de menaje como sarten pequeña o tostador.
• LAURA (10/5): Totul a fost excelent: apartamentul, locația şi gazda - Am avut un sejur excelent la Casa Vacanza Vahid, într-un apartament de două camere, alături de prieteni. Totul a fost peste așteptări, de la locație până la modul în care am fost primiți. Apartamentul este renovat complet, foarte curat, luminos și amenajat cu gust. Mobilierul, bucătăria, toate arată ca noi și multe detalii sunt gândite special pentru confortul oaspeților. Parchetul, lenjeriile și prosoapele impecabile, iar bucătăria este complet utilată, inclusiv cu mașină de spălat, ceea ce a fost foarte practic. Gazda, Alex, este extraordinar. Ne-a așteptat personal, ne-a ajutat cu bagajele și ne-a explicat tot ce trebuia să știm despre zonă. La sosire am găsit apă rece, fructe și câteva gustări în frigider, gest care chiar ne-a bucurat. În apartament există și espressor cu capsule, ceea ce a făcut ca diminețile să înceapă foarte plăcut. Locația este perfectă pentru a vizita Roma. Gara Termini este la câteva minute, ai metrou, autobuze și tren foarte aproape, iar până la obiective importante, precum Colosseum, poți ajunge chiar și pe jos. În ciuda apropierii de gara mare, curtea interioară este liniștită, cu o mică grădină foarte bine îngrijită, care creează o atmosferă plăcută și sigură. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și cu siguranță aș recomanda acest loc oricui caută un apartament confortabil, primitor și bine amplasat în Roma. Dacă voi reveni în oraș, cu drag m-aș caza aici din nou.

• Robert (8/5): Perfect location to start sightseeing - The kitchen was modern and newly furnished. Fresh fruit, milk, and water were waiting in the refrigerator. Washing machine is also included in the kitchen... that's a nice plus, especially with children. Toothbrushes and disposable slippers were provided, along with a shelf full of cozy and new towels, toilet paper, and kitchen paper. The landlord definitely goes the extra mile for his guests here. Well-kept courtyard with a small pond and a locked gate to the street. Despite the proximity to the central train station, you never feel unsafe, even at ground floor. (All windows are equipped with massive window shutters, which is great). The landlords introduction to the sightseeing spots, including fastest way to get there by public transportation, indeed was remarkable, as was the free luggage storage on the day of departure. Everything was very positive and not to be taken for granted. Upon arrival, the landlord waited for us directly in front of the apartment and was reachable by phone at any time. Questions were answered within several minutes, which really is a huge plus. Summing it all up, we spent a marvellous time in Rome and due to the central location of the apartment, you can easily spread out in any direction without having to change busses / metro too often. This is in fact a huge plus of the apartment... The bathroom has a low ceiling height, which is not a problem for shorter people, but taller people should be aware of this. Due to its location near the train station, you can hear the hustle and bustle of the street throughout the night, which, of course, would not be the case to the same extent in the suburbs. You need to be aware of this when choosing this area. We therefore kept the windows closed at night and only opened them occasionally to get some fresh air. Anyways, we can really recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to get around the city without too much time in public transportation. Those who are light sleepers may need to get used to the nighttime background noise. We would definitely book this apartment again.

• Ricardo (10/5): Surpreende - Simplesmente fantástico, o Senhor Alex o anfitrião da. Casa Vacanza, é super prestativo, nos deixou até algumas guloseimas.. Recomendo demasiadamente o local. É muito bem localizado e com acesso fácil a todos os lugares.. Não tenho reclamação.
• Zuzana (9/5): - Hostitel Alex nás uvítal osobně přesně na čas. Je velmi milý a přátelský. Vše nám do detailu popsal. Dokonce pro nás nachystal velmi milé překvapení v lednici. Byt je moderně zařízen a velmi dobře vybaven. Velmi blízko Termini - na metro, vlak cca 5 minut. Ke Koloseu pěšky cca 20 minut. Velmi dobré spojení na letiště. Při odletu jsme byli na letišti Ciampino za půl hodiny. Určitě bych se ubytovala znovu. Jediné, co jsme postrádali, byla utěrka na nádobí a tableta do pračky (bylo opravdu horko a vlhko). V kuchyni je čidlo na pohyb - když jdete v noci na toaletu, tak se rozsvítí tak, že se probudíte. Trvá to cca 3 minuty, než zase zhasne. :-) V noci byl hluk z ulice a z chodby.

Do wielu atrakcji można dotrzeć pieszo w ciągu kilkunastu minut, poza tym blisko różnych środków komunikacji (metro, pociąg, autobus). Bardzo przyjazny gospodarz, mieszkanie zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami, czyste, klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu, co miało duże znaczenie w czasie upału.
• George (10/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε θέση κλειδί για τις μετακινήσεις στην Ρώμη μιας και απέχει λιγότερο από 5 λεπτά από τον σταθμό Τερμινι. Ο αλεξ ήταν φιλικός μαζί μας και πάντα διαθέσιμος.

• Kasia (9/5): Great location and value for money - This property is in excellent location. We were able to walk to most of central Rome attractions. It is 5 min from Santa Maria Magiore Basilica and only 5 min from the Termini train station, where the 2 main metro lines meet. It was easy to take the metro to the Vatican and elsewhere. The property looks just like on the pictures. It's not fancy but great value for the money considering the location. Alex was very helpful explaining how to get to major places, recommended restaurants and even ordered a return taxi for us. He also left fruit and water in the fridge for us. Plenty of restaurants around. The bed covers could be a little thicker. We were there in April and it was still cold at night so I had to use the AC/heater to heat up the room instead. I would have preferred to have a thicker comforter. Also, given it's location it's a bit loud from all the restaurants around and foot traffic but I guess it's a trade of with the location.
• Asif (8/5): Very good - Alex is super host. He met as per schedule requested by me. Briefed about how to commute in the city using metro and bus. He also arranged soft drinks, coffee and fruits as complement. I needed a little help 2nd day which he did within no time. Building is old but he had renovated the apartment with all amenities required . Highly recommended.
• Efrain (5/5): Passable - Location Old towels. Bedding sheet set poor quality . Bed uncomfortable and make a lot of noise .
• 조 (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the accommodation was so close to Termini Station that it was easy to find. Alex personally welcomed us, introduced us to the hotel in great detail, and explained how to use the facility. What was most amazing was the food that filled the refrigerator for us. Bananas, apples, milk, juices, cola, bottled water, and more. Also, we had crasps, apple pie, coffee, and tea. And there were so many tableware available that it was very convenient to use. Our host Alex always responded to our inquiries right away, so we stayed really comfortable. And the check-in time was 12:00 p.m., which was earlier than other places, so it was convenient. It is an accommodation that I would really like to stay again next time I visit Rome. Nothing!

• Susan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable. Upon our arrival, we were met promptly after letting the host know we had arrived. We were left with a fridge of fruit and drinks,coffee, anything we could have wanted. It was very comfortable and I definitely would recommend staying.
• Eric (5/5): Good stay close to the train station - Great location if you want to be close to the train station. Have all the basics. Great price for central Rome. Nice host that responded quickly. The rooms are small and dark. There are modern updates, but the place still felt dated. The apartment's entrance is right next to garbage cans, but we didn't smell anything It was good enough for a good night rest, but we found ourselves not wanting to spend any more time than necessary there. Fine since we should be out sightseeing anyway.

Left the refrigerator stocked with milk, soda, juice, fruit, croissants and coffee pods. very convenient to Termini train station and subway. No sitting area besides kitchen but this was fine as we weren't in our room that much anyway.

• Albert (10/5): Exceptional - At Casa Vacanza in Rome, they totally got it right! The spot was perfect, place was spotless, and they didn't skimp on the extras. We're talking water, milk, soft drinks, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and a heap of croissants! They made sure we woke up happy every morning.

• Kalinga (9/5): Superb - Located, about 200 metres from the Roma Termini station. Close to most of the archaeological sites inwalkingdistance. . Lots of restaurants around. Host is a very kind person. He supplied milk,fresh fruits,fruit juice, and some sweets on the first day. We stayed longer and done house cleaning in the middle of the stay. Clean house and the bathroom. Provoded bathroom slippers ,linen ++ Kitchen fully equipped. Nothing special. But the last day, the host reminds me , checkout time twice, even though I was ready to leave.

• Siew (9/5): Great apartment for family of 4 - Location is great, near to Termini Roma, supermarkets and restaurants. Alex provided lots of coffee capsules, tea, snacks, bread and even fruits, juice and milk in fridge. Kitchen has basic utensils for cooking. The blanket abit thin and light which move around or drop on the floor, so get to cover with only the white sheet below most of the time. However, there is thick blanket in the cardboard if you need it and also heater can keep the room warm.
