Помешкання треба трохи краще зробити. - Розташування Дечого не вистачало на кухні з посуду, деяки чашки були надщерблені. На кухні погане світло ,вечором нічого не видно. В душі не вистачає полиці для мила. В залі де диван,який вже не в самому гарному стані,не вистачало полиць та тумбочки для речей. Нас було пʼять чоловік і в спальні все нормально. А в залі немає зручності для речей.

Dazu eine absolute Top-Lage, mitten im antiken Zentrums Roms zwischen Kolosseum und Trevibrunnen gelegen, noch dazu in einem richtig coolen "Kiez" mit vielen Cafés, kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants - herrlich italienische Atmosphäre! Die Verarbeitung der Baumaterialien in der Wohnung entsprach nicht einem "normalen Standard". Vieles wirkte sehr einfach.

Wokół knajpy z wysokimi ocenami, 2 markety więc o zaopatrzenie w prowiant w rozsądnych cenach też nie było trudno. Personel mieszkania bardzo pomocny, w każdej chwili można było się z nimi skontaktować poprzez whatsapp

The host was incredibly responsive and kind — they answered all our messages quickly and clearly, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. They even checked in to see if we needed anything and made us feel very welcome and cared for. It’s clear that the host truly values their guests and puts effort into creating a comfortable experience. Thank you for your hospitality — we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Rome!

• Lucía (6/5): Agradable - Nos alojamos durante 8 noches, una pareja con un niño de 2 años y medio. El apartamento es grande, tiene una cocina/salón amplios, dos dormitorios y un baño. Tiene bastante capacidad de almacenamiento y la cocina está bien equipada. La zona parece segura, es agradable y cerca de las atracciones principales, aunque es una zona en cuesta. Es un tercero sin ascensor en un edificio bastante antiguo. Las escaleras (52 peldaños) son antiguas, empinadas y bastante dificultosas, especialmente si vas cargado, con niños o personas con algún tipo de problema de movilidad. Las características del edificio hacen que se escuche mucho a los vecinos de arriba y de abajo, ya que los techos son de madera, así como el ruido de la calle, especialmente los camiones de basura de madrugada. El sofá/cama necesita un cambio inmediato, está lleno de manchas y suciedad, imposible de usar. La cocina también necesitaría una limpieza a fondo, especialmente de los azulejos. La habitación principal tiene una puerta de corredera y la otra no tiene puerta, comunicando difectamente con el salón/cocina, que es donde está el sofà cama. El baño es lo peor. Tiene muchas humedades y falta de limpieza especialmente en la zona de la ducha, la mampara está llena de hongos. Para una persona alérgica esto es un grave problema. La lavadora tiene el mecanismo de apertura roto (espero que lo hayan reparado ya). En una estancia de 8 noches para 3 personas teniendo en cuenta el precio creo que debería ofrecer más toallas (solo 5 grandes) y un cambio de sábanas gratuito en la mitad de la estancia. El wifi dejó de funcionar cuando llegaron los inquilinos del piso inferior (ahí tienen el router compartido) y estuvimos más de un día sin conexión.

Bardzo dużo łóżek w apartamencie i dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Klimat starego rzymskiego mieszkania Dość dużo wysokich schodów do apartamentu. Konieczność elektronicznej rejestracji, który chwilę zajmuje czasu.

Las camas bien pero el sofá cama es bastante incómodo.tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. El edificio se ve un poco descuidado por fuera pero el piso en si está bastante bien.

Es pot cuinar a l'apartment o pots optar per menjar als molt llocs de la zona Tot va estar molt bé. Es podria afegir alguna instrucció per tractar els residus ja que la gestió és una mica diferent a la nostra. Es un tercer sense ascensor, a tenir en compte per usuaris amb movilitat reduida o cotxets infantils.
• Maciej (10/5): Wypad na weekend do Rzymu - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, która pozwala praktycznie spacerem zwiedzić wszystkie najważniejsze miejsca w Rzymie. W pobliżu mnóstwo knajpek i cudowna atmosfera. Po przybyciu po godzinie 22ej mieliśmy problem z dostaniem się do apartamentu . Mieliśmy szczęście, że ktoś wychodził bo przesłany sposób wejścia do budynku nie działał. Apartment jest już trochę zużyty, wymagałby odświeżenia, zwłaszcza łazienka. Na wypad weekendowy wystarczy.

As a family of five it was perfect for us when we need the way you have different places where you can eat and if you walk 10 minutes, you can find Colosseum or if you walk 15 minutes, you can find Fontana Trevi Spanish steps…. It was perfect for us.

We have two adult sons and we had no problem with them going to the plaza just steps away from the front door to get gelato and feel the late night Rome vibe they were craving. Subway was very close. Colosseum was with walking distance. Lots of great food within a block or two! Fantastic! The sofa bed was a little rough and the description had a futon that we never saw (we have 3 kids so it would have been nice to have 3 different beds. Manageable to have 2 stay in same bed but not what we expected)

• Marsha (9/5): Great place to stay due to the location! Enough space and privacy for our family. - Fabulous location right near the Colosseum and also near a metro stop! Nice laundry service in the bathroom. Small tv. Sofa bed was not comfortable.

Excellent location, really close to the Colosseum and lots of really great coffee shops, snacks and restaurants in the neighbourhood. I also liked that the bedsheets and towels were all pressed. The owner was extremely helpful during our stay. The property had everything as promised but was a bit dated, and stale feeling. Also could have been helpful to have some extra garbage bags to help us keep our garbage to bring out to the public bins. There was a bar that had live music (playing on the street) one night that we were there and it was VERY loud for a couple hours (ending 11pm), nothing this property could have done, but something to be mindful of with young children.

• Clayton (5/5): A quite neighborhood retreat - the location suited our needs , a quite location , no audible street noise and no noise from neighbors . everything was within walking distance and close to the Metro we arrived after the appointed time and the cleaning lady was still mopping up. Not a huge issue , but we were very tired and exhausted from a long day of travel . One thing that did make me / us uneasy , there's a large wooden beam that is holding up the ceiling and the floor above , has a huge very visible crack in it . The entire ceiling looks like it needs work .
• Selvin (6/5): Close to everything - Excellent location, very close to Cavour train station, Colloseum and restaurants. The main door lock was broken overnight on the first night, and everyday thereafter the process for gaining access into the building was different. Also, the host refused to give us instructions on how to gain access into the property until city taxes were paid by card, although we did indicate that we plan on paying in cash at the property. We had contacted the host 2 days before our check in date as we knew that we would not have connectivity due to travel for a day and a half and received no response which left us wondering if we had been scammed as payment was already made. We only received the check in instructions an hour before check in. Also on the 3rd floor with steep stairs, but the host did help with carrying our bags up.
• Julien (10/5): Amazing stay, the owner was always in constant communication amd always helpful. - Excellent location, and facilities for a family stay in the centre of Rome. Hot water sister in the shower lacks a little pressure.

• Andrea (7/5): Good - Monti neighbourhood is lovely, great location. Within minutes walking distance to Colosseum, 15min walk to Trevi Fountain. Lots of bars, cafes & restaurants around the corner!! A big thank you for getting us a clothes rack to dry all of our clothes!! Greatly appreciated! Shower water temperature was a bit temperamental.
• Maksim (9/5): Excellent location for tourists - The location is perfect, close to the Colosseum 10min, Trevi fountain 15 min. Some 10 min to the tourist hop on hop off bus stop number 2. The host kindly offered an earlier check in. In general it’s an excellent place to stay in Rome however bear in mind it’s on the third floor without elevator Unfortunately we didn’t find a bottle opener and wine glasses. After a long walk around Rome you want to have a drink indoors before going out for dinner. Also we couldn’t figure out how to use a toaster. Apparently it’s broken

• Jean (10/5): Great location, clean, and comfortable apartment located in downtown Rome. - The location is great! There are lot of restaurants and shops nearby, so very convenient. For a family with young kids this is very important. Many attractions are within walking distance, so we just walked to all of our tours and attractions. Public transportation is also very close, but we did not need to use it. To get inside the building, we had to call the owner when we were at the door of the building. I was not sure how my phone might work in Italy, but luckily it worked. I think it would be really helpful if the owner can send the check-in instructions a couple of days to a week before the check-in date, so that I have information in advance. I also think it might be very helpful if the owner can let us use a lockbox for the building for easy check-in. Everything was very smooth once we got inside the building, it was very easy to locate the apartment and the lockbox for the apartment. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the owner was nice.

You can find everything you need for a short stay. The windows are not sound proof at all. People who are not used to the noise of street cafés may find it difficult to sleep in one of the room close to the windows.
