• Eno (10/5): Awesome place to stay outside the busy city! - Apartment was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed including extra outlet adapters. The apartment was on the third floor which was kind of a walk, but it did not bother us that much. The birds outside the apartment were a little loud at night.

• Michelis (5/5): very hot stay - Maria is ok and she received us with a bottle of wine it is not a five people appt, it has only 4 chairs in a little kitchen, it has a very little fridge, worst of all it has only one Air conditioner in the living room, the rooms has not a/c nor a simple fan, and the wifi is of no use at all

• Cristian (10/5): Aproape de statia de metrou, restaurante si un magazin alimentar micut in proximitate. - We spent a very pleasant time at Donna Lavinia a Cinecitta on our holiday in Rome. We had at our disposal a cosy apartament, furnished with everything we needed and we were greeted by warm and welcoming people.
• Julia (10/5): Great value for the price, away from the crowded centre but close enough to easily get to it. - Kind and helpful owners, great localization. Very close to the underground stop. The flat is very big with all facilities you need. One of the beds is mobile, so it can be in one of the bedrooms or the living room depending on your preference. Breakfast items were provided - yoghurt, tea/coffee, milk, crackers, biscuits, jam. The whereabouts were very peaceful and authentic. Our group of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay.

Around there are many restaurants and quick foods. travel to a Roma center is convenient using metro, although takes a moment. Apartment is clean and big enough. Kitchen has all necessary equipment.

• Giuseppe (7/5): It was an experience. - The apartment was clean and Maria and her husband were very accommodating. The included breakfast was yogurt, some cookies, box milk, cereal and coffee. There are several markets close by within walking distance. Lots of places to eat. The bedrooms have no air conditioning. Rome was very hot during our stay. They have one wall unit in the living room area and it set to Auto. You can’t adjust it. It does not reach the bedrooms. I had to purchase a fan from the market to get some relief in the room. The building has a tiny elevator and it was very hot in there. If you’re claustrophobic this is not an elevator for you. The location itself is far from all the tourist attractions. We had difficulty getting cabs because of the location. The cab from the airport to the apartment cost 63 euro. We ended up learning the Metro subway system which is located down the street. From this apartment to the Vatican it’s 17 stops. For the Colosseum, you have to get off the Metro and jump on another line. It costs 1.50 euro per person to ride.

The apartment is well-appointed with modern amenities and stylish decor, making it a comfortable and inviting place to stay. One of the highlights of the apartment is its location, which is conveniently situated near public transportation and a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and also a local market. The apartment itself features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and two spacious bedrooms, and a common each with its own private bathroom. The apartment also boasts a lovely terrace area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening aperitif. The owner is friendly, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Small sofa in the living room (suitable for 2; we were 4) No dish washer, but we managed without it.

On the day of arrival they really treated us as their own guests The breakfast included is a bit misleading. However they do provide fruits, coffee and some snacks. So, no complaints about the breakfast, just the text was a bit confusing

Besides，the host are very nice，we arrived late，but they received us patiently，and gave us a lot of suggestions about travelling.
• Dimige (9/5): Superb - Big appartment, easy to find free parking on the street, shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walking, metro station only 5 minutes walking, many leaflets with information about things to see and to do in Rome Thin walls (sometimes you could hear the neighbours), more things for breakfast would be nice (cheese, eggs etc)
