• Vanessa Anne Oliva (10/5): Highly Recommended - Being our first time in Rome, it really helped when Stefano gave us tips and directions on which train to take and how to find the apartment. Then, he also offered lots of recommendation to see, nearest grocery, pharmacy, etc. His services are top notch! 😊 It's just a few minutes away from the Basilica and the bus station is nearby. Overall a great stay! My husband is a big guy so he would often bump his head on the ceiling 😂 He is also heavy enough that he could feel the springs on the bed, but that's just us! I still highly recommend this place!

• Fiona (8/5): Très belle terrasse à Rome 😉 - L’appartement est bien conçu et la terrasse magnifique avec plusieurs lieux séparés à utiliser en fonction de la journée ; il y a une grande partie qui peut être couverte pas des sortes de stores ce qui est parfait pour l’ombre! La terrasse est très bien équipée avec des plantes. Le propriétaire était très gentil et aux petits soins, toujours à l’écoute. La maison très bien aménagée, propre, et bien équipée dans l’ensemble. La situation de l’appartement dommage est le seul bémol ; nous n’avons pas aimé le quartier que nous avons exploré à pieds; pour atteindre le centre de vie, même si la place St Pierre n’est qu’à 15 minutes à pieds, il faut traverser et marcher plus de 10 minutes sur une grande artère très bruyante avec trop de voitures et trop de circulation ; aucun moyen d’atteindre le centre de vie en marchant par des ruelles jolies et calmes. En outre et malheureusement dans la rue de l’appartement, les poubelles ne sont pas vidées régulièrement par la ville ce qui est un gros inconvénient pour les riverains. Dommage 😢
• Elena (10/5): A cozy apartment away from the tourist hustle, with a lovely spacious terrace - I can definitely recommend this place! It’s even better than in the photos and has everything a couple might need for a few days: a fully equipped kitchen, a renovated bathroom, air conditioning, power adapters, a comfy bed and sofa, and, of course, a huge, lovely terrace that’s perfect for breakfast or dinner outdoors. The location isn’t in the city center, but it’s quiet and super convenient. The S. Pietro train station is just a 5-minute walk, and we used the Trenitalia app to check train schedules and buy tickets online. It was also really easy to get to the Fregene beaches from there. The Saint Peter’s Basilica in Vatican is just a 15-minute walk away, with plenty of dining options close by. Stefano, the host, was so welcoming and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations that made our stay in Rome even better. One small suggestion for the future might be to add a Smart TV. It didn’t affect our stay at all, as we spent most of our time exploring the city, but it would be a nice extra touch for relaxing evenings in the apartment :)
• Daniel (9/5): Muy bien - Alojamiento excepcional para conocer Roma. No está en el Centro pero se llega bien a Vaticano y a parada de Bus y Tren andando, a pocos minutos. Se corresponde perfectamente con las fotografías, bien equipado y terraza fantástica. Estuvimos muy bien. Nada que reseñar.

• Mariusz (10/5): Comfortable, and well maintained. - It is very clean, the kitchenette is well equipped, it's quiet, the bed is very comfortable, close to Vatican, good public transport
• Georgina (10/5): We enjoyed the place thoroughly. It would be great to have a waterproof roof over part if the terrace which I think migh - It was more spacious than a hotel room for a great price. 10 min walk to St Peter’s Basilica. Very close to a supermarket.

The accommodation had everything we needed, and Stefano was really helpful and kind. No complaints about anything, but be aware that the ceiling in the mezzanine is very low.

• Renske (10/5): Fantastic quiet apartment in busy Rome! - The host is very friendly and helpful with tips for around the area such as restaurants and supermarkets. Explained everything very well. The apartment is very well equipped for those who wish to have a home cooked meal. The location is great away from the busy centre, allowing for rest and relaxation after all the impressions Rome has to offer! Couldn’t have asked for more.

• Stephanie (8/5): Easy living. - Friendly, obliging host. Modernised apartment. Very secure. Wonderful outside terrace for relaxing on. Close to the Vatican City. Well protected from mosquitoes etc. Kitchen was really well equipped. Property was up a fairly steep hill which was hard work after a day of sightseeing. There was a bus that was supposed to go up there but the three times we waited and waited for it, it never showed up.
• O'donnell (10/5): Magnificent comfort close to breathtaking beauty and history. - Stephano, the host was AMAZING!!! The private terrace was heaven and so close to St Peter’s Square yet it was so quiet throughout the night. The apartment was modern with every want taken care of- even pencils and a pencil sharpener. There is nothing to be improved on. It’s unbelievable!!

• Steve (10/5): Exceptional - A large terrace to enjoy the hot weather of Rome. Our host Stefano was very helpful. It is walking distance to the Vatican City, the San Pietro train and bus station and supermarkets.. Fantastic location. We had no complaints at all. We could not fault anything.
• Lauren (10/5): Best apartment in Rome - This is the best place to stay in Rome! Stefano is a fantastic host - he picked us up from the train station and gave us a tour of the area, and provided us with a fantastic list of his favourite restaurants and local activities (the carbonara at “Boris” was our favourite). The apartment is in great condition, and felt like a home to us; everything we needed was provided. It felt like every attraction in Rome was within walking distance from here. I would give higher than a 10 rating if I could - I would recommend to anyone visiting Rome, and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Stefano for your delightful apartment!

The apartment itself was in a great location, very neat, clean and cozy, had all facilities we needed and more. Really enjoyed our stay!

• Silo (10/5): Had the best time in this cosy place ^^ - Stefano was amazing and made us feel at home. The apartment is super cute and cozy. Location is also great as it’s just a 5 minute walk to the S. Pietro train station. The terrace is really great too! All the amenities are available and the heaters are insanely effective and heat up the place in minutes.

• Season (10/5): Perfect for Two! - This was an adorable apartment in an absolutely amazing location. So easy to get around to ANY location by bus or train, a neat little cafe/bar just steps away, and everything else—restaurants, market, pharmacy, shops—all within a very short walk. It was just perfect! The apartment is definitely sized for two. It was perfect for my daughter and I on our trip in December. We have no complaints about it—it was way bigger than a hotel room would be and had all the comforts of home. Although there's no dryer, we were even able to wash a few things and dry them on the radiant heater—that was a nice bonus.
