• Ochsner (9/5): wir konnten die Ferien sehr geniessen - sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt, Schlüsselübergabe super und wenn man Fragen hatte wurden diese sofort beantwortet. Lage war auch toll und Zentral und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten so wie einige Restaurants in der Nähe. kann ich nur Weiterempfehlen ;-)

• Carlo (10/5): Bel soggiorno a Roma! - Tutto! L’appartamento è situato in una bella palazzina ubicata in una zona tranquilla e bella della città. Nei pressi ci sono molti ristoranti, pizzerie e negozi, nonché la fermata della metropolitana Colli Albani. Nell’alloggio ci sono due grandi camere da letto. Buona la pulizia. La cucina è fornita di tutto l’occorrente per la vacanza. L’horst Nicola professionale, amichevole e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Nulla!

• chihui (10/5): 非常棒的体验 - 非常不错，附近有超市，披萨店，火腿店，红酒店，，洗衣店。地铁站很近。关闭窗户后也不吵闹。 同时开两台空调后，要还打开洗衣机等会跳闸，这个房东告知我们要注意，只能说这个房子的入户电平方数比一般住宅的接入户电小很多。

• Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - 1. The best location possible: the apartment was 1 minute walk from metro station. Given our intense schedule, this was rather necessity than luxury. 2. Very pleasant and quiet neighbourhood providing everything we wanted, including pasticceria and pizzeria across the street supermarket round the corner, and bus stops nearby. 3. The apartment was fully equipped with domestic appliances. 4. The host was more than just kind, he actually went out of his way to meet us before the planned time, and gave the most detailed explanations I ever heard. The lift is small and difficult to use. As the apartment is on the first floor, we decided simply not to use it.

• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - The amazing host! Great apartment and has lovely neighbors. Everything you need is really near the apartment! Recomodantion for pizza in Voglia di Pizza da Baffo Roma and Napoleon cake in Bar Pasticceria Gelateria Napoleoni. Bus station 87 goes directly to the city center, and the metro station Colli Albani is a few minutes away. A bit far from the city center (30 min metro, 45 min by bus) and the nearest metro station without access for baby strollers.
• Günter (10/5): Wonderful neighborhood and lovely appartement - The apartment was increadably nice, well kept and really close to all the things you need (food, transportation etc.) . The owner was very welcoming and explained all we needed to know for our stay, which was helpful. The people in the neighborhood are friendly as well, so this was a wonderful place to stay.
• Gonzalo (10/5): Good apartment for visiting Rome - An apartment with two large bedrooms, not far from the centre which is easily accesed by metro. Correctly equipped and very clean. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. The price is good for Rome.
• Ana (10/5): Great stay - The house was really nice and cozy. It was very close to the bus and train station so it was very easy to move around the city. There were a lot of coffeehouses nearby and I also recommend trying this restaurant called Sentori which was only a three minute walk from the house. Nicola was a great host, he was very helpful and friendly and explained everything in great detail. I would highly recommend staying here when traveling to Rome.
• Karen (7/5): 21st birthday surprise for my son. - I liked the fact it was so close to Colli Albani metro station and there were shops close by. We couldn't work out how to use the heating system and it was so very cold. The restaurants on Google map were no longer there. It was a central location but this also made it a very noisy road and you could hear even the people talking outside. Not good if you are a light sleeper like myself.
