• Maria (7/5): - La ubicación, lo espacioso que es y la amabilidad de la propietaria. No estaba muy limpio en general. Había mucho polvo y uno de los baños necesitaba una limpieza a fondo.

Os dejaron desayuno para el primer dia que te dura casi hasta el fibal el cafe y los chocolates y panes y croasanes todo un detalle de Vanessa y Francesca.. Tiene elevador y es un 3ro muy cómodo y amplio La cisterna del baño pequeño se oye durante toda la noche aunque cierres la puerta. El gua de la dicha sale un poco y esta dentro de la habitación. Se hace algo de humedad. Pero aún asi volvería a repetir sin duda. Es muy cómodo.no tenia para colgar en la calle una pena solo el colgador tendedero que estaba en casa se tenia q quedar dentro de la casa .

• Tom (8/5): Super beliggenhet og grei standard. - Veldig bra beliggenhet. Vi kunne gå til de viktigste attraksjonene og restaurantene. Veldig hjelpsom vert som bestilte en større taxi til oss da vi reiste til flyplassen etter endt opphold. Kul heis opp til leiligheten! Badene var litt slitt og gamle.

• Laura (10/5): Fantastic apartment in an excellent location. - The location is excellent and very easy to reach the Via del Corso and everything on offer there. The Villa Borghese is also very easy to get to. Small supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed and it was surprisingly quiet. Communication from the hosts was excellent too. Some toiletries in the second shower would be handy.

The only good this apartment had was it's location... very disappointing. - Location was ideal as it was city center, accessibility to shops, restaurants and most of the iconic landmarks in Rome. The apartment itself was spacious but extremely lacked comfort. Absolutely terrible!!!The beds were the most uncomfortable anyone could think of sleeping on, you might as well have slept on concrete they were that hard!! It was that horrible, that our experience from the FIRST NIGHT of being there THE BED BROKE FROM UNDERNEATH!!! The slats under the mattress were unstable and kept falling with every slight movement making the mattress fall through the frame. When asked about replacement beds, the owners of the apartment told us that it was the best beds and refused to look for a replacement. They sent someone to fix the bed, which resulted into finding out the FRAMING of the bed was also broken!!! After attempting to fix, the bed, it kept on breaking and there was no attempt from the owners to help us out or give any compensation especially given of the terrible experience we were already having and also considering we were needing to stay in Rome for 11 nights!! The bed was absolutely unsafe, hazardous and created sore backs and broken sleep. The apartment itself was decorated like a lick and a promise, facilities were run down, absolutely no phone service, wifi was terrible, and we had to adjust the framing of the bathroom vanity just to access the detergent dispenser in the washing machine... Also, the toilet and shower in the main bathroom needed updating as it was run down, not clean and looked to not have been serviced in years!! The shower in the ensuite also was terrible, the water pressure was weak and not ideally placed in the room. Therefore all 5 family members were forced to use the one main bathroom primarily. It was very disappointing considering how much money was spent on this accommodation and not only to have horrible facilities, but to have terrible communication with the owners. No great rest was made in Rome unfortunately. For such a beautiful city it was a pity that the experience of accommodation was extremely poor. Very disappointing.

• Wayne (10/5): Spacious apartment in the heart of Rome!! - Location easy to find and close to amenities. Clean and tidy and had extras that made us feel welcome. Owners obviously took pride in the place and making the stay enjoyable for guests.

• Ulrich (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay in this beautiful appartment. The appartment is newly renovated and tastefully furnished. The location is fantastic, we could visit most of Rome on foot, even though metro and bus stops are also close. There are nice restaurants close by and a square, where the kids could play and relax in the evening. All was perfect.

• Mili (9/5): We came to Rome for a Bat Mitzvah trip and we had a perfect time. - The location is amazing!!! The apartment is centrally located, close to the main street Via del Corso -2 minutes walk, and close to Lots of restaurants and to Carrefour branches. The apartment is spacious, bright, fully equipped including a washing machine, air conditioners, and a fully equipped kitchen. The owner of the apartment Vanessa is lovely! she was available to everything that we needed! I highly recommend the apartment, especially when you arrive in a large group. The kids had plenty of room to run wild (: The bathrooms were a bit small. A clothes dryer in the apartment can make it perfect.

• George (10/5): Perfect Location/Quiet/New Apartment - Very spacious, clean, new furniture with a modern design, everything fully functional (kitchen, A/C etc.) and suprisingly quiet apartment considering is in walking distance to the main attractions like Spanish Stairs, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The restaurants are 2 minutes away and even grocery stores also. Perfect location and our host, Vanessa is such a nice person and very helpfull, we even found fresh pastries, juice and milk at arrival. I will definitely stay here again when I'll be back in Rome. Nothing to complain on this one 😊
• Svein (10/5): Not cheap, but very good. - A very spacious apartment, in good shape and with comfortable beds and furniture, in an almost perfect location with a metro station nearby. One of the toilets cloaked a couple of times, but this problem was easy to solve.
