• France (10/5): Logement confortable et très bien placé! - Petite maison telle qu’elle est décrite sur Booking: propre, calme, fonctionnelle et dans une petite cour charmante. Riccardo a été très accueillant et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires. Pour deux ou trois personnes, maximum 4 vous avez un logement confortable et très bien placé!
• Edit (10/5): - Nagyon jó a ház elhelyezkedése, központi, de mégis csendes helyen található. A sétálóutca és a Vatican pár perces sétával elérhető, a metró 2 perc. Riccardo nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, a ház nagyon szuper. Tökéletesen felszerelt és tiszta. Nagyon köszönjük, ha visszatérünk, biztos ide megyünk.

Das gilt aber wahrscheinlich für ganz Rom, außer es gibt einen privaten Parkplat.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, wie ein kleines eigenes Haus. Der Innenhof ist so schön wie auf den Fotos. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Durch die Innenhoflage ist die Wohnung eher dunkel, aber es gibt genug gute Beleuchtung in der Wohnung. Nichts

• Lutz (7/5): Funktional für einen Besuch in Rom - Schöne Lage im Innenhof und sehr ruhig gelegen. Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt, wenn man einen Kurztrip nach Rom macht. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung im Hinterhof ist, ist sie auch etwas dunkel, man hat auch kein Balkon oder eine Terrasse. Wenn man den ganzen Tag in Rom unterwegs, ist, sicherlich auch nicht notwendig. Auch hat uns der frühe Checkout nicht gefallen. Wir fanden es etwas unfair, dass wir so früh die Wohnung verlassen mussten. Bei dem Preis hätten wir etwas mehr Flexibilität erwartet.

• Franjo (10/5): Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! - Eine wunderschöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit liebevoller Ausstattung und gemütlichen Betten – man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Alles war da: Kaffeepads, Tee, Shampoo, Duschgel und mehr. Der Innenhof hat ein traumhaftes italienisches Flair. Die Lage ist perfekt – Metro und Bus ganz nah, der Vatikan ist in 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Gastgeber Riccardo war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt – absolut empfehlenswert!

• Jeroen (10/5): Great location, host and facilities - Cute little house, complete with all necessities. The host Riccardo is very kind and helpful. Even though we arrived quite late, he was immediately available to hand us the keys, show us around the house and explain some things about the neighbourhood and Rome in general. He sent us lots of good spots to eat and get groceries, which was greatly appreciated. Location wise its very close to the vatican by foot and all other hotspots can easily be reached by metro within 15 min. Couldn’t have wished for a better stay, very recommended.

Metro 2 minute walk. Nothing. Would have been superb had it a washer/ dryer. We had travelled for long and far so would have been ideal but not a deal breaker. Loved it!
• David (10/5): Ideal Rome short break location - This is a great find. Right by you will find the Metro, shopping, restaurants, take aways and almost everything you need. Short walk to start your Vatican Tour or a little further to the River Tiber to enjoy the bars and restaurants on its banks or cross over to enjoy many other beautiful attractions, passing many lesser know but still facinating buildings and monuments. Easy to get to from the airports once you work out how to buy tickets and which buses to link you to the Metro. Contact the owners with any questions, and don't be afraid to do this before you travel as I'm sure they will give you every assistance to make the arrival to their fabulous apartment. It is situated in a lovely flower and shrub shared courtyard, which was never busy when we were there. You can't hear anything other than birds in the day and rain at night (if it does!). Its comfortable with a galley kitchen and spacous shower. Bed is good and TV gives means to access all types of streaming if you want to chill before bed. I really can't think of anything negative about it. If I wanted to find one thing (at the risk of making myself look foolish) when I went out in the evening before dark and without my phone and returned after dark it was very difficult to identify the building number from the street due to the way it was illuminated. Make sure you can recognise the door with other features if you can't use an app to confirm your location. :-)

Many restaurants and markets in the neighborhood. The owners were very helpful, the time of check in and check out is flexible, we were allowed to stay longer on our last day. They also told us about the best shops, places to eat and attractions. The house was very clean and well equipped. We would definitely choose St Peter Charming House for our next visits in Rome and recommend it to everybody! Everything was perfect!

It’s a private standalone house, which is a rare find, nestled in a beautiful, green garden—a peaceful oasis in the bustling city. The location is unbeatable—right across from a metro station and just a 7-minute walk to the Vatican! It’s also next to a large pedestrian shopping street, perfect for exploring local stores, cafes, and restaurants. The house itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with all amenities—kitchen, appliances, toiletries, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It truly feels like a home away from home. Big thanks to Riccardo, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He welcomed us earlier than expected, provided useful tips about the neighborhood, and ensured we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rome—highly recommended!

• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - Highly recommended! The apartment has a great location - it is right at the entrance to the metro and 10 minutes walk to St. Peter's Square. The other big plus is the contact with the owner. We got a lot of recommendations from him, where to eat well in the area and about other establishments, he was very polite and helpful. The apartment itself was very nice and well equipped. Clean, comfortable and pleasant. If I were going to Rome again I would choose this place again! The only downside I noticed was the relatively little sunlight that comes in the windows (the apartment is located in a shady courtyard). However, this is not a problem if one intends to mainly sightsee and not sit in the apartment all day. :)

• Georgia (10/5): Charming by name, Charming by nature. - Riccardo our host was amazingly kind and hospitable. We had a 4hr flight delay, plus a 2hr wait for a taxi at the airport due to the chaos that ensued as all the other transports had stopped due to the late hour. Riccardo kept in touch with us, told us where to find the taxi rank and waited up for us so he could greet us when we arrived at the property. Despite arriving at 3:30am Riccardo took the time to welcome us, tell us about the apartment and it's location and gave us some road maps and metro maps and showed us where the best sites were to help navigate in the morning. The air-con was a great relief, the shower was wonderfully powerful and the kitchen facilities were well equipped. We weren't expecting our hosts to provide coffee and tea facilities and even a fridge stocked with drinks for us. This was extremely welcomed after such a long wait for our taxi transfer. The next morning Riccardo messaged me with recommendations of local restaurants, bars and the location of the nearest supermarkets and local markets. The apartment was wonderfully clean, self contained from the rest of the apartments in the block and it had a lovely little courtyard. The location was perfect, 10-15 minute walk to the Vatican, a few steps to the best ice-cream parlour I've ever had the pleasure to visit (Lemongrass) and a 2 minute walk to Ottavio metro station. If we visit Rome again in the future, we will surely book to stay at Riccardo and Marzia's St Peter's Charming House. In fact I wish I could live here permanently 😊 Nothing. It was perfect.
• Rafinho20 (10/5): Super - The host Riccardo met us at the metro exit next to the house. He was very kind and helpful. First of all, the house was immaculate. Everything we needed was available at home. The house is right next to the metro stop. We had everything we needed around the house. Only 10 minutes walk from the Vatican. We were very comfortable with my little daughter and my wife. I recommend it to everyone.
• Vicki (10/5): Exceptional - Peters Charming House is a great place to stay. It is clean, spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Despite being in a busy part Of Prati it is a very quite place to stay with every thing you need within a short walk. Our host Riccardo meet us there to give us the keys and a tour of the property and advice on local shops and restaurants etc. He is very proud of the property and wants nothing more than his guests to enjoy their stay. Hopefully we will get to return some day. Nothing.

The little house is fantastic; comfortable, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and with everything you could possibly need. Riccardo our host was so helpful and friendly and took time to tell us interesting places to visit and good places to eat. The location is great, less than a minute walk from a metro stop so good for getting to and from the airport and a 5 min walk from the Vatican with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The house itself is in a private courtyard with lovely plants behind a big wooden door and it's so peaceful you wouldn't believe you were in the middle of a big city! A fantastic place to stay and we highly recommend.
• Martina (10/5): Extremely Calm and Quiet House next to the Vatican - This is a small oasis in the middle of busy Rome - right next to a metro station, but extremely calm and quiet! It is a small house located within a garden in an internal courtyard. Riccardo was already waiting for us even if we were a bit late and explained everything in details. He is a very friendly and hospitable person! The house was just a little bit dark, but otherwise very cozy and had everything you need for your stay, including a coffee machine and complementary capsules. The beds were very comfy as well. The house is located at a walking distance to the Vatican - just 10 mins away in a very pleasant neighbourhood. There was nothing that we didn't like. The house is about 30 mins away from Rome's busiest area (Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi etc.), but there is a metro station 30 meters away if you don't fancy walking.
