Guest Reviews
- Lumbroso (9/5): Great place - The location The sofa. Not comfortable.
- Cynthia (10/5): Our stay was perfect. - Location was fantastic. Apartment was plenty big enough for 5 people. Liked everything
- Brandi (10/5): -
- Monica (10/5): - Perfect location and great venue for our family gathering. Lots of space in the centre of the city. Nothing
- Marta (9/5): - L’appartamento ha una posizione privilegiata, eravamo in 7 e siamo stati molto bene. Stanze e soggiorno con vista su Campo De Fiori, un sogno! Host molto gentile e disponibile. Una bellissima vacanza ci torneremo sicuramente!
- Dan (10/5): Had a great time staying in the apartment, the host was nice and helpful - Great spacious apartment.
Amazing location…
Will come back for sure !
- Trude Helen (10/5): -
- Ekaterina (7/5): Great location, good apartment, but way too noisy. - Great location in the center of Rome, really close to everything you might wanna see; the hosts are nice and they really equipped the apartment with everything you may need. You can see they care about their guests. Stylish and spacious. Perfect for younger people who come to party I’d say. VERY noisy — two rooms are on the side with the market, restaurants and bars (which close around 2am) and the third room has windows to the inner side of the building with very loud echo, loud trash pickup around 5-6am, tourists coming home late at night etc. Windows are not soundproof even if you trade fresh air for silence, and also you hear the sounds from all the neighbouring apartments inside as well.
Stairs are pretty high — it wasn’t a problem for us, but if you’re older or alone with a child or something, that definitely might be problematic.
Pillows are very very old and worn, which becomes important when you’re in your 30s😅
- Dasrotehaus (9/5): - Gute Lage, perfekt zu Vatikan und Forum Romanum
- Naranzul (5/5): Good location - Excellent location, but too noisy at night due to partygoers on Campo De Fiori. Not satisfactory customer service.
- John (9/5): -
- Jennifer (10/5): Fantastic location for a busy weekend - Fantastic location and local amenities, excellent support from hosts
- Jason (10/5): -
- Neil (10/5): Would highly recommend and would stay in the apartment we have a wonderful visit to Rome. - Location, Location, Location!! Beautiful well set out apartment with all item everything you require for a stay. Local shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions Everything was great
- Keidar (8/5): -
- Giovanni (9/5): - Posizione straordinaria e ospite molto disponibile.
- LP99 (9/5): - Great location, decently insulated bedrooms - considering the noise outside. The mix of old building character with modern renovation. Romantic window view over the market, musicians etc. The lack of shampoo / shower gel - at this price level, one could expect not to be bothered buying or carrying your own bottles.
- Gracie (10/5): - The location was unbeatable! We loved throwing open the windows and soaking in the energy of the market during the day and the lively square at night. Everything was just steps away. We especially appreciated being able to grab a quick coffee at the restaurant bar downstairs each morning. Our host was wonderful and very responsive. When the Wi-Fi unexpectedly went down, she immediately brought us a backup device. Truly above and beyond. We'd absolutely stay here again. 10/10 Nothing - everything was perfect!
- michiel (9/5): -
- Daphne (10/5): A really special way to stay in Rome - If you love to people watch in a Roman square, this beautiful apartments lets you do it from your living room. We love the Campo de Fiori area and it was the best treat to be able to be a part of it. The apartment is tastefully decorated and it feels really special to have your own door and stairs that lead just to your temporary home.
- Robert (10/5): Amazing location, stunning outlook and great host. - The location was amazing. The views of the square were incredible. The apartment was neat and tidy and spacious. The host was very helpful and responded always to any questions and requests. Nothing
- Daniel (10/5): The rooms were spacious and private. The location was great with access to shops food and taxis. The place was comfortab - The rooms were spacious and private. The location was great with access to shops food and taxis. The place was comfortable and cool. N/A
- Micaela (10/5): Cool in the summer heat and a fabulous location - It was spacious, comfortable and in an excellent location. The host was helpful. It would have been useful to have more light.
- Gabriela (10/5): Excelent choice for a short or extended stay - Location, right in the Campo di Fiori plaza, extremely large apartment, AC, Wi-Fi, full kitchen with fridge, nice living room, large bedrooms, each with its own AC unit. The faint moldy smell as you enter downstairs. Becomes unnoticeable upstairs in the unit, plus it was an extremely hot weekend, so I'm not sure where and how that played out
- Jonathan (9/5): Davvero una bella posizione, l'host Roberto è molto attento e risponde rapidamente. Grazie! -
- benjamin (10/5): Parfait ! - Appartement parfaitement situé dans le cœur historique de Rome.
Très bien équipé, confortable et propre.
Excellente communication avec le propriétaire.
- craig (9/5): Absolutely must stay here again - The place was in the heart of everything. Restaurants and bars downstairs, a whole market setup everyday. Walking to Vatican city and Colosseum and so much more. Down the road from trevi fountain. The noise. Light sleeper and the restaurants played music til late. The market setup every morning was noisy with things being dragged around.
Absolutely would stay here again regardless of the noise because it was so comfortable and in the right spot. No complaints about the campio booking (Ac, lots of space, kitchen was great, living room for dinner, sleeping dor our large group)
- Orla (9/5): You won't regret this amazing location! - We loved the location, ac in every room, two bathrooms and a nice dining area. We didn't use the kitchen much but it looked to have everything you would need for cooking. As others have said, the noise from the Campo can be a little loud, depending on the night. Italians stay out late so the music from the campo and restaurants goes on well past midnight. In saying that, I had brought earplugs that worked very well.
- Clint (10/5): The perfect place to stay - Wow!!! This is not only the perfect place to stay, but it is a cultural experience to stay at home like this. It was such a beautiful layout that we could’ve stayed there for the rest of our lives. We loved it so much. You literally walk out your front door and there’s a great restaurant and the most incredible Square in Rome. I cannot say enough everything was absolutely perfect, and we could not have been any more pleased. This was the best stay from my entire family. We all agreed at the end of the trip. Nothing it was perfect
- Dayjavu (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was perfect for our adult family for a week. The location with the market was wonderful and close to everything. With the windows open, the noise was loud, but with three layers of windows closed, it was perfectly silent inside. Roberto and particularly Irene were most helpful. I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome. The apartment has a private entry with stairs that go straight into the apartment without any further barrier, which was fine for us, but would be a concern for anyone with low vision or with younger children.
- Joanna (9/5): Superb -
- Linda (8/5): Recommend - would stay again - Loved the location. The apartment was lovely and spacious, it had lots of windows so good lighting and airflow. Kitchen had everything you would need. The beds were comfy. Despite warnings of lots of noise with other reviews, we hardly heard any music at night and not once did we hear the market being set up. Communication with the host, Inez was good. She answered promptly when we messaged her. The water pressure in our shower was strong and plenty of hot water. The couches in the living room looked good but were not comfortable to sit on. After experiencing Rome for the day, you need somewhere comfy to sit. The shower head could use a better holder as you had to lean way back for the water to hit you. The shower screen could be changed to something cleaner looking and the grout could be better as looking old and mouldy.
- Fabrizio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carol (9/5): Excellent accommodation in a central location - Very comfortable, central and clean Nothing
- Yehonatan (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment great location and a great host.
Absolutely, delete.
- Phillip (9/5): Great central location in a comfy and safe apartment - Great location. The apartment is very spacious with three bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms, a kitchen and a central dining area. the photos don't do it justice. It's a little noisy at night because it faces right onto Campo de' Fiori.
- Lana (6/5): Location was amazing, unfortunately noise and cleanliness did not make it very pleasant - Location of the apartment is convenient - however it is important to note that the apartment sits above a restaurant. So the downsides of its central location is the noise and loud music. There are also tenants above the apartment, so you can hear movements and walking sounds coming from the ceiling above Unfortunately, the apartment was not very clean when we arrived. The floor was mot vacuumed, plates and cups not fully cleaned, countertops mot wiped down, mirrors filled with finger prints. The hosts were very gracious and sent someone to come clean it up - but it was still at a bare minimum. Also, we were informed that there is construction so there would be no noisy construction. That was not true. We were woken up early in the morning with loud banging construction noises.
- Rania (10/5): Exceptional - Great Location, Nice and homey decor in a lovely apartment and very clean.
- Della (10/5): We would stay here again! - The apartment was nice and quaint. The apartment owner/manager was easy to work with. The location was amazing. We ate at the restaurant below our apartment several times.
- Moustafa (10/5): Spacious! - Roberto was a fantastic host; he waited for us until we showed up around 18:30 to check us in and show us around this mini palace!
It's all about the location: 3 minutes to Navona, which sadly was under construction, and you are inside the Campo de Fiori!
3 massive rooms with a huge reception which was really comfy. It's a little silly, but the coffee capsules were not the same size as the machine…
The kitchen has some insects but nothing overt.
- Neta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hanna (10/5): Great apartment, great location, can overall really recommend! - Location and facilities
- Tatjana (9/5): Superb -
- Amy (9/5): Superb -
- Marie (10/5): Best apartment ever!! Wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else - Location Location Location Just a bit noisy after midnight but we fell asleep to the beat of the music
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (9/5): Very pleasant. Great location! - Best location. Very close to restaurants. Lots of room for 8 people.
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Drew (10/5): A Great location with comforts of home - Fantastic location right above the square. Great shops and sights literally right outside your door. Do not miss Il Fornaio, the bakery a few doors down. If you are looking for quiet surroundings, this is not the place for you. Nose can be excessive at night from the bars below.
- Deanna (7/5): large apartment in a noisy area - It was in the center of Rome and good for 6 people Never contacted by host about key pickup. Room was not ready for 2 hrs after our arrival but the restaurant downstairs allowed us to hang out there until it was. This is a VERY, VERY noisy area with outside noise from 6am to 3am. There is a market during the day and restaurants at night followed by clean up crews after 2am. The steps to the apartment are very steep with no lift so pack light. The futons are unacceptable as beds because there is a bar in the middle where they fold down hitting in the middle of your back or side of your hip. They are extremely hard. Two bedrooms are in the front of the apartment on the market side making it difficult to sleep. You really need to understand the area before you book.
- Annabelle (7/5): Nice flat, shame about the bar below/noise. It would put me off staying there again or recommending to others. - Large apartment, great location for tourism, really nice way to walk to everything we wanted to see. Property positioned over a very noisy bar, music booming until 0300hrs in morning. impossible to sleep in main bedroom until bar shut.
In addition, poorly equipped in terms of glasses, 2 wine glasses for a flat sleeping 6 is not ideal.
- Diane (9/5): Superb -
- Yvonne (10/5): WOw - good value for a group and very central very rustic nothing
- Taina (9/5): Perfect location for city-holiday! - Location for a city-holiday is just perfect, as eg. sightseeing for all the main attractions are in a walking distance. Area is full of different types of delicious dining opportunities, little shopping boutiques and beautiful Roman alleys to walk through.
Apartment is really spacious with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms, another having a bathtub as well. Irene as our hostess guided us utmost kindly all the important stuff to start our holiday with and responded promptly for all the questions. If you are a sensitive sleeper, just remember to have earplugs with you. But if you are a heavy sleeper, music and sound from the square and restaurant from downstairs won't propably even bother you.
- Sasa (6/5): Okay - Good location and it has character. Not clean and washing machine broken. Does not look like the pictures.
- Sarah (8/5): good location but noisy neighbourhood - great facilities and location really very noisy at night, loud music frim below until 1-2am
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
