Guest Reviews
- Jozef (9/5): Lovely & calm apartment in Trastevere, a busy location full of restaurants and cafes. - The apartment is very well located - you can simply walk everywhere and you do not need to use public transport. We also really liked that it was calm at night, while still being near busy location. The beds were super comfy. The apartment is a bit dark, as there is just door and no windows, but we didn’t really mind as we didn’t spend much time there during the day.
- Paula (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in a really cool area of Rome - Such a cute apartment with everything we needed. The bed is on a mezzanine level and so comfortable. It's in a great location, in Trastevere which is such a cool area. Lots of lovely cafés and restaurants in walking distance. And an easy walk across the river to all of the main attractions of Rome.
- Rosa (9/5): -
- Alejandro (10/5): - Good design, comfortable, safe. Close to restaurants and bars, but quiet. Difficult to grab taxi. Well connected, but requires familiarity with buses and public service.
- Thayer (8/5): - Host was friendly, and easy to meet for the keys. The place was clean and amenities were as described. It was quiet at night. Overall the place met my expectations.
- Carlo (9/5): -
- Marta (8/5): - Buena localización. Lugar bastante silencioso.
- Elena (3/5): - We arrived and had to wait for the person who would open the apartment for an hour. After a long journey, with a child and a dog, this was exhausting.
But what surprised us most was the lack of human understanding. On the ground floor of the apartment there was a step. I tripped over it and hit the table, breaking my nose. An ambulance took me and I received first aid.
However, when I asked to postpone check-out by even one hour because I was in the hospital, while my husband was alone packing our things with our child and dog, the host refused, saying that the cleaner was already waiting.
I was shocked by such an attitude toward a guest who found themselves in a difficult medical situation.
- Babsloves2travel (6/5): Great location and Good Comms but some issues with the property - We loved the location in Trastevere and the friendly communication from Alessandro, who kept in touch and met us at the property on arrival. - The apartment had no windows so lacked natural light and was approached through a gloomy courtyard.
- The shower cubicle was flimsy and it was impossible to close the doors sufficiently to prevent water escaping into the bathroom.
- the toilet was too close to the sink, making it difficult to fit your knees in the space when sitting on the seat.
- the wardrobe and chest of drawers smelt musty so we couldn’t use them to store our clothes, for fear of the odour infiltrating the fabric.
- the kitchen sink leaked (but was promptly repaired).

Sitio mejor imposible.
Totalmente lo que necesitábamos. Un10
- Kenneth (8/5): Great location - Alessandro was a fantastic host! great location
- Danny (10/5): So much worth it. - Just perfect. Location. Communication. Owner. Interior.
- Roxana (10/5): A dream stay in the heart of Trastevere! - The property is amazing! The best location you can have! Quiet when you need it, and in the same time in the heart of everything! Alessandro was the best person to communicate with and the one person you want to look after you! Fast reply to texts, always there for you - from good recommendations, to taxi booking, to any question you might have! They arrange for us early check in and that was just amazing after a morning flight! The apartment is chic and cozy, beds extremely comfortable, clean and with everything you need! We would definitely come back! Highly recommend it! We loved everything!

- Jing (10/5): We have had a pleasant stay. - The host is super nice and helpful. The location is great.
- Oleg (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location - beautiful botanical garden around the corner.
- Marie (8/5): Very good - This apt is in the perfect location to explore Rome. Whilst it is served by public transport, all the main sites are within a walkable distance (2kms approx). The area around the apt is full of beautiful cafes, gelatorias, bars, and restaurants. The host Alessandro was absolutely lovely. He was very informative and helpful. When we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apt...he came to our assistant very quickly and without issue. The apt is spacious and clean. The apt is on 2 levels... the bedroom is in a loft upstairs. This is very stylish however, the stairs are quite narrow, so we couldn't/didn't bring our luggage upstairs. This wasn't a big deal for us, but it may bother others. The shower door allows water to spill out on the floor, and the shower tray was not emptying quickly... but these issues are easily fixed. We were there for 3 nights and we were given one set of towels...we felt this wasn't enough as Rome was sooo hot we needed two showers per day and would have liked more towels.
Overall, however, this place is a real gem, we enjoyed our stay, would recommend it to others and would stay there again.
- Rosanna (9/5): Comfortable open plan style apartment - An open plan apartment with sofa bed on ground floor and loft style bedroom above. Contained everything you needed to prepare food including a dishwasher. We appreciated access to washing machine. It was a little difficult to dry clothes as no windows. Allow a few days!
It was in a fantastic location close to shops, restaurants and tourist sites.
- Giuseppe (8/5): Very good -
- Charles (9/5): Pleasant stay - Very clean and host was very helpful. Not near the metro so more walking involved
- Roudaina (9/5): Clean apartment in a Very lively and safe neighborhood - Clean and in a very good location you can walk everywhere in Rome .. there is a nice restaurant 8 mins by walking (taverna trillusa), 30 min to Fontana Di trivi 35mins from Spanish steps. The whole city is reachable from this point. No windows.
- Susan (8/5): Very good - Alex the onsite manager was great! meet us, showed us everything, gave us some restaurant recommendation for the area Location was convenient
- Jacki (9/5): Had a wonderful time - Alessandro was very helpful. Property in a great location for Trastevere vibes and all other major sites easy 2km walk. Close to great good, river, bus routes. Air con was fabulous.
- Roberto (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carmela (9/5): Superb - Great location, close to restaurants and main attractions. The apartment is equipped with all the essential Nothing
- Márta (7/5): Great location, large space - Very close to city center and great restaurants. The one next to the entrance is amazing ! The apartment is very spacious and has very comfy beds. The gallery arrangement perfect for 3 persons. Has air conditioning, you cannot survive without in the summer heat. Note that the apartment has only a glass door but no windows, looking to a small garden with a fierce dog (behind fence though). The shower cabinet is very strange, you cannot really shut its doors. The kitchen is very basic with a very old stove that heats up really slow. Plugs are complicated and would require more regular EU plugs, bring your own extension. Overall, the apartment needs better maintenance to be worth the high price.
- Guțu (8/5): Very good -
- Hugo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vanessa (10/5): Would recommend, very safe and clean and it felt out of the stressful centre of Rome - Felt super safe in this accommodation, very clean and had a nice stay It was a fair walk into the main areas but we didn’t mind, the whole city is very walkable so we still saw so much
- Colleen (7/5): Would not return if the shower wasn’t replaced. - Excellent location. Very clean. The shower needs replacing. Water all over the place when using. Not enough towels. Awkward tv location.
- Susan (9/5): Needed more time only 3 nights - Location!! Tons of excellent restaurants so close by.
Alessandro was so helpful!
We were able to leave our bags at the office while on a tour of the colosseum. Only a 10 minute walk.
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy and beautiful, close to the main areas, excellent service. Super recomended.
- Daniele (10/5): Exceptional - great flat, super host
- Melanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Farrelly (10/5): Exceptional - Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was well kept and suited our needs. Location is great.
- Ilia (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very nice and comunicative. The property is nice, cozy and clean. The neighborhood is the best you can stay at.
- Jones (10/5): Perfect accommodation in a beautiful neighbourhood - Perfect location. Quiet accommodation but 2 mins walk to the buzz of Trastevere street life. Great location to walk to all the areas we wanted to visit. Plus we used the tram at Belli when we fell tired. Everything was perfectly clean. Alessandro was great too and recommended lots of things to do and was always contactable if we’d needed him.
- Tracy (10/5): Wonderful stay, will do it again! - Loved the cleanliness and the space. Great location for restaurants and to different sites. Shower head would not stay in locked position up.
- Gary (8/5): Good location, cleanliness could be improved - We were in a ground floor apartment which was really spacious and comfortable. Within 20-30 minutes walking distance of all the main attractions in the historic centre. The shower fitting was broken so it was difficult to shower. Soap bars used by the previous guests were still in the shower soap tray. Not nice, and made me wonder how well the rest of the apartment had been cleaned.
- Mariano (10/5): Amazing - Everything
- Krisztina (9/5): Superb -
- Estelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Felicia (7/5): There were ants at the property that got into our luggage. Wasted time emptying luggage that was not in our plans. Was - Location in Trastevere. Location from all the major attractions in Rome, however we were a five minute walk from small shops and restaurants in Trastevere which is very charming.
- Finny (7/5): Good - Very spacious and easy to get to. Next to some great museums and food! The humidity tends to build up in the b&b. There is a washer, but no dryer and the humidity is very high so clothes don’t dry well. Taxis don’t like to come into Trastevere, so you’ll need to walk a bit to catch one or use an app to call one in advance.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Location! And very responsive host!
Also v cool in heatwave
- Kiamran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pietruszka (9/5): Superb -
- Robyn (10/5): A comfortable, well located apartment - The property was well located, in a quiet street but close to the action. it was comfortable and well appointed.
Alessandro was fantastic, a great communicator, and very helpful in every way. The lack of a window made it a little airless
- Kiley (9/5): great location and very quaint place. - location right in the heart of Trastevere bed could be softer. needed a better hot water heater.
- Marta (9/5): very happy we booked this property, highly recommend - great location, cute interior, clean the shower needs looking at
- Julia (10/5): A little home from home in a sought after area of Rome. - Had a wonderful stay, loved everything about this place. The courtyard that leads to the most quaint compact apartment with lots of character. The mezzanine was perfect for me and my son as it gave us our own space. Very well equipped with everything you would need.
The location is perfect, in Trastevere but just outside enough to be peaceful. there’s a great cafe right on the corner that we visited for breakfast everyday. Trastevere is a vibrant area with cafes, bars and restaurants galore. Beautiful, although Saturday nights are very busy.
Alessandro was the perfect host, nothing is a problem and he makes you very welcome giving great tips on the area and all the attractions Rome has to offer. We will definitely return. Can’t fault it.
- Nadia (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing at this stay, perfect location and such a great host. Cute appartment in an Italien style.
(9/5): Superb - Our host Alessandro was very kind and attentive.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was really great. Was happy to rent this place :)
- Vicky (10/5): we loved our stay in the studio apartment. it had everything we needed and was comfortable. if I were to come back I wou - the location was perfect. it was clean. it had everything you could need. the staff who greeted us was very nice and helpful. they responded very fast to text messages. my boyfriend is tall so the shower was a little uncomfortable for him but it was not a deal breaker. we still loved our stay there
- Zemani (10/5): Amazing experience. Will come again! - Alessandro was a perfect host. The location is one of the best neighbourhoods in Rome and one with the best access to historical sites. The building itself was very quiet and the apartment was very clean. kitchen was very new and Alessandro had also put some high-quality olive oil in the shelves for us. Alessandro also helped us with some tours of the city. Very small issue but there were no slippers provided and there could have been more single-use soaps provided. Like I said, very small issues.
- Agustin (9/5): Superb - All The shower.
- Sherry (10/5): Exceptional - Close to everything, within walking distance to all Rome attractions. Within walking distance to Trastevere night life. Mauro and Alessandro were extremely helpful. Close to grocery shopping. Would love to use the patio area for evening drinks. Nothing, difficult to use shower and stop it from leaking on the floor but user issue and make sure to take compost/recycle out daily to avoid fruit flys.
- Katherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martine (10/5): Supernice and vibrant! - Simple and clean appartment at a nice green patio, vibrant neighbourhood, a good place to stay and a very friendly host too :)
- Dan (9/5): Superb -
