• Zaynah Amani (10/5): - Fantastic stay in Rome! The location was perfect — with the Vatican visible from the street and just a short walk away. Public transport was another major plus, with both a train station and bus stop only 5 minutes from the accommodation. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-equipped, with everything needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. Simone, the host, was easy to communicate with and always reachable. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome or the Vatican area!
• Surya (9/5): Great place to stay - We stayed here as a family of 4 and it was a great experience. The apartment is very well kept, has great amenities (strong wifi, comfortable beds, decent bathroom and a good kitchen). The owner was very responsive to the messages. We even got in sooner than checkin time, dropped out bags and headed out. There are individual AC units in bedroom and living room (where the sofa bed is) which is convenient. The sofa bed was made up and ready for use when we came in. Checkin was easy. The owner had kept a bag of cookies as a welcome gift and there is ironbox inside which generally I didn’t see in other places. Location is great, just 2 mins walk from St Pietre bus stop with great connectivity to Rome’s historic district (25-30 mins by bus). The Vatican is a 10 min walk and you can see St Peter’s basilica from the road outside the apartment. All in all a great and comfortable stay and would highly recommend.
• Noémi (10/5): - Simone was very kind! I received quick and detailed answers to all my questions. Check-in was easy. We were able to get off the train from Termini almost in front of the accommodation. The accommodation was as shown in the pictures, clean and tidy. The location of the apartment was perfect for us! The Vatican is a few minutes walk away! St. Peter's Basilica is at the end of the street! I recommend the accommodation!

• Michel (9/5): Beautiful apartment in great location - The location was great. Just a few minutes walk from public transport, coffee shops and a passticceria across the street. A variety of restraunts within a 10 minute walk, and St. Peters Basilica is not much further away. All this is in a quiet location. If I am being very critical, the shower could have been warmer, but that is subjective. Considering the temperature in Rome at the time of our visit, in September, was 28°C-30°C it was more than adequate.

• Gerri (9/5): Great place to stay to see Vatican City and Castel St. Angelo - Great location for seeing Vatican City and Castel St. Angelo. Nice coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Two air conditioners in the unit kept it comfortable. The inside door seems a little flimsy.
• Lina (10/5): Great location and staying - The apartment was very clean and modern, the location was excellent 10 minutes from Vatican and also very close to the station and bus stop. Many restaurants around the area.This is my second time in Rome and really I loved the apartment and the location.
• Liesbeth (10/5): Very nice stay close to the Vatican - Easy communication with the owner and easy access to the facility upon arrival. Everything was clean, enough towels and even little soaps. Very close to the Vatican (walking distance between 5 to 10 minutes. Available airco if you need it. First floor (if it’s difficult to take stairs). Little kitchen. Trainstation nearby to move around the city or go to the airport. We were with 3 adults, so it was more than comfortable, but I wouldn’t recommend it for 5 adults. I can imagine that it can be packed.
• Nathaniel (10/5): Would Recommend - Location is fantastic and peaceful. The apartment was very clean. Air conditioning is great and the bed was comfortable. Close to public transport. Overall a great stay. The shower head is slightly hard to maneuver.
• Jose (7/5): Good - The location is the best part, the fact that you have a stovs to cook your meals and refrigerator to store food, also Carrefour market is only a 5 minutes walk, 5 minutes walk San Pietro train station! The queen bed in the room is what I did not like, this is an honest review and for me at the end of the day all I need is a comfy bed and clean sheets to sleep.... the coils make noise and you can feel them, also maybe use some kind of cushions on the bed frame legs since they also make noise as they rub on the floor when you moving on the bed! The sofa bed is much better, for a sofa bed in was surprised and I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed all 5 nights, the twin bed is also better than the queen bed but I am used to sleeping on a queen bed so twin felt like I was going to roll out of the bed! Please change the queen bed! The privacy if you like to open the windows which I did not feel comfortable doing it since there's always people walking by, so on my next stay a second story away from people's eye sight!

The apartment is clean and well equipped. Fast communication with the host. Windows face directly towards the road (sidewalk) so having open windows will affect your privacy.

The communication with the host was excellent, and when the air conditioning did not work, it was rectified very quickly, so it was an excellent service. Even when the air conditioning was fixed, it was still not very cool.
