• David (9/5): Todo muy bien, es lo que parece - Nos gusto todo, la casa en general, es lo que se ve en la fotos. Es muy amplia y esta muy bien ubicada. Además el propietario estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y se adaptó a nuestro horario de llegada para podernos entregar las llaves del apartamente. Muchas Gracias

• Adriana (8/5): Goed bevallen, goede service en we komen graag terug. - Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Locatie was goed. Bijna alles gelopen behalve Vaticaanstad en Engelenburcht. Halverwege de week kregen we schone handdoeken. Het koffiezetapparaat was kapot maar dat werd na de melding meteen vervangen. 👍🏻 Supermarkt zeer dichtbij. Bushalte en metrostation ook in de buurt. Keuken, koekenpannen en matras in de grote slaapkamer kunnen wel een upgrade gebruiken. Maar àlles functioneert en was schoon.

• Estefi (10/5): - El alojamiento era súper cómodo y muy cerca de todo, éramos 9 personas y dormimos genial. Los anfitriones estuvieron muy atentos y nos dieron buenas recomendaciones tanto en transporte como en lugares para comer. Volvería a repetir sin duda

• Amira (9/5): Je le conseil - Je tiens à remercier monia ,elle était très réactive aux messages, les instructions de remise des clés été très claire , l’appartement tel que sur les photos , un 10/10 pour la propreté des lieux , il y’a une station de bus en bas de l’immeuble , le Colisée à 7minutes à pied Il fesais un peu froid dans l’appartement
• Mathieu (8/5): Grand Appartement, proche colisee et gare - Transports facilités : Navette aeroport organisée par le proprio pour 70e. Sinon navette aeroport gare pour 14e par personne. Tout se fait à pieds. Centre à 15min. Hotes tres aimables. Remise des cles en mains propres. Confort, appart de 90m3 avec cuisine avec frigo congelateur four, 2 salles de douche, 2 chambres avec un lit double et un lit simple dans chaque chambre. Lits confortables. Propre. Petit dejeuner : Ne pas le prendre dans la reservation. Autant le prendre soi meme dans la rue. Le pdj se limite à un café et une vienoisserie.

• Helen (10/5): Lovely apartment in a perfect location - Perfect location to walk to all the major points of interest and very close to the metro to reach Vatican City. The apartment had everything we needed and was lovely and quiet. Comfy beds, nice kitchen and a good shower. Monia kept in touch during our stay and recommended some lovely restaurants and an amazing Gelateria. Nothing!

• Fenix86 (9/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - La posizione, a poche centinaia di metri dal Colosseo, aver trovato la cucina completa di tutto e soprattutto funzionale. Comodità di due bagni. Con un poʻ di fortuna si riesce a trovare parcheggio anche sotto casa. Camere spaziose e pulite. Cosa assai gradita averci fatto trovare la macchina del caffè con capsule comprese. Da migliorare i letti, un pó rumorosi. Magari una TV in cucina non starebbe male.
• Miriel (10/5): Recomendadisimo. - Sin duda alguna, si repito en Roma y está disponible este alojamiento, repetiría mil veces, buena calle, buen piso, cómodo, amplio, elegante, el señor que nos recibió era muy amable y nos dió muchas recomendaciones de donde ir y cómo. Bastante cerca del coliseo y parada de metro y tranvía. Lo único que eché en falta fue una lavadora y un tendedero, ya que éramos 4 y nos venia bien haber hecho una lavadora el último día. Por lo demás todo perfectisimo. Mil gracias por todo.

Although it is located on a large street, it is not noisy in the apartment. The hosts were waiting for us. They were kind and answered all our questions. Thank you!
• Rudy (10/5): We had an incredible time in Rome and this apartment was the perfect place for our trip - If you're staying in Rome, this is the ideal place to stay, boasting a perfect location just a 13-minute walk from the Colosseum and surrounded by some good eats. The apartment itself is stunning, with high ceilings and beautiful decor that I absolutely loved. Our family of eight fit comfortably, and the two bathrooms were a huge bonus. The apartment also features a fully functional kitchen, and the building is clean, quiet, and has a lovely courtyard and elevator. I have to add Monia, the apartment manager, is exceptional. She is highly communicative, professional, and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I'll definitely will be staying here again
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Spotlessly clean, great size and the location was perfect - just a 5min walk to the Colosseum. The apartment was really spacious and had all the facilities we needed. Guido checked us in and was very friendly - he gave us lots of suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in nearby areas which was really useful. While the street outside is typically busy, we had zero issues with noise since the apartment is set back from the street. It was a really peaceful stay. .

• Muhammad (9/5): It was a pleasant experience to stay here in January 2025 during our first trip to Rome. - We liked the caretaker Guido and his charming personality & behaviour. He was present to welcome us. He was always available on phone. The apartment was quite spacious. There were two bathrooms and kitchen was equipped with all necessary items. The elevator was quite small.

Location is perfect as it’s quite close to tourist attractions. Lots of food options up and down the street. Metro is just a 7min walk. 3. Very spacious, can easily accommodate 2 small family 1. Not the host’s fault but we did not have internet the entire stay because the provider was down. They did not manage to fix the problem while we were there. 2. There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment from kitchen and it wasn’t very clean.

• P (6/5): Basic apartment in good location. - Good location in walking distance to Colisseum, Forum and Lateran. Lively residential neighborhood with nearby bars and restaurants. Supermarket close by. Spacious bedrooms. Despite its shortcomings, decent value for money. Due to a delay of our arrival flight we tried to contact the host to change the time of key handover. There was only a tape. We had to wait for an hour in the street. Kitchen fit-out is old and not practical. Bathroom very narrow
