• Cristian (6/5): Ottima posizione, appartamento da ristrutturare completamente - È proprio di fronte al colosseo, a due passi dalla metro L’appartamento ha assolutamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione, è molto vecchio, ha le crepe sui muri e le infiltrazioni sul soffitto. Persiane molto vecchie,Mobili antichi, bagno piccolissimo.

• Laura (10/5): Nice stay near the Collosseum - Spacious apartment in the center of Rome, very well located, which makes getting around the city extremely easy, close to the metro and a 24 h Carrefour supermarket. The apartment is comfortable, with heating, wi fi, and well laid out. It would have been great to have a wardrobe in the first bedroom, but overall it’s a very nice place and I would definitely recommend it.

• Niola (10/5): - L'appartamento in sé è molto accogliente e caldo...la posizione è strategica...a 1 minuto a piedi dal Colosseo e 2 dalla Metro. È praticamente comodissimo.... abbiamo trovato parcheggio vicino alla struttura per cui non abbiamo avuto più bisogno dell' auto. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi bar e ristoranti...non manca praticamente nulla

The apartment was very nicely set up and very clean. The double bed was squeaky and woke us up at night but the mattress was very comfortable. Everything else was wonderful!

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente con tutto il necessario, unico consiglio magari sarebbe lasciare una bottiglietta d’acqua nel frigo. Letti e cuscini comodi abbiamo dormito molto bene. Indicazioni per il check in chiare e precise, anche la signora è stata disponibile ad aiutarci e a consigliarci un locker nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo conosciuto anche la signora delle pulizie ed è stata molto gentile e carina anche lei. Siamo rimasti solo una notte ma sicuramente torneremo!
• Lucy (10/5): A great stay! - Very close to the Colosseum, just about 5 minutes walk away. Quiet at night (we stayed Sunday to Wednesday). The instructions to enter the property were easy to follow - keys are in a keybox. We struggled to get the toaster to work - that was probably our fault for not understanding! Bed was a bit squeaky, but comfortable!
• Martine (7/5): Agréable par beau temps parce que plus en balade que dans l’appartement un peu tristounet - La situation géographique Pas très simple pour accéder à l’appartement alors qu’il était mentionné dans le descriptif d’accueil qu’une personne serait présente à notre arrivée. Hormis le nécessaire de toilette, aucun petit plaisir prévu ( pas de café, pas d’eau etc) Bruyant. Correct pour une nuit, vu l’emplacement à proximité du Colisée, mais pas plus.

• Lyuben Zdravkov (3/5): Disappointing Stay – Multiple Issues Affect Comfort - The apartment is in an excellent location — truly the best possible spot for exploring Rome. It is just a short walk from major landmarks, including the Colosseum, and is well-connected by public transportation, making it convenient to reach other parts of the city. The garden is a nice touch, filled with plants and offering a small peaceful area to relax. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth and straightforward. Our stay at the apartment was very disappointing due to numerous problems that significantly affected our comfort. While the location and check-in were fine, the apartment itself did not meet expectations. Firstly, there was no coffee machine, which was inconvenient. The kitchen was not well-equipped — there were not even enough glasses, and overall it lacked many basic items needed to prepare or enjoy a meal. Although two air conditioners were working, the one in the dining area was not, making it uncomfortable to spend time there. Many of the electrical plugs throughout the apartment were broken or simply did not work, making it difficult to use multiple devices. The listing stated that a washing machine was available, but there was none, which was misleading. The lighting throughout the apartment was very low, creating a dim and unwelcoming atmosphere. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was frustrating for anyone needing to work or stream content. The bathroom was very small, with no space for toiletries, forcing us to place them on the floor. There was also visible mold, which made the bathroom feel unhygienic. Cleaning standards are below what we expect, and the apartment clearly requires renovation. The beds were uncomfortable, which made sleeping difficult. Another issue involved the garden. The check-in message stated that a key would be provided, but we were only informed it was “lost” after I contacted them. In reality, a neighbor showed us a switch that opens the garden, so the key was never actually necessary. This gave the impression that we might be held responsible or charged for a key that wasn’t needed, making the situation feel misleading and poorly handled. These multiple issues — from an under-equipped kitchen and uncomfortable beds to broken appliances, poor Wi-Fi, low lighting, bathroom problems, cleaning issues, and misleading information about the garden — made our stay uncomfortable and far below expectations.

• Stacey (10/5): Fantastisch!! - Ten eerste de locatie, ten tweede de authenticiteit van het appartement zonder in te leveren op comfort en ook de vriendelijkheid van de hosts mbt in- en uitchecken. Het is echt een heerlijk appartement! Elke dag naar huis lopen langs het Colosseum. Luxe!! Het geluid van de airco’s, vooral in de slaapkamer is te hard om goed in te slapen.

Colleseum right out the front which was awesome- There wasn't a kettle or coffee or tea bags, which seems minor, but at that price would've been good. Front lock was a little tricky at the beginning but fine once you got the knack. Kids beds in the lounge room so there was no couch to sit on. We went out mostly so wasn't a problem.

No power points in the kitchen to plug in appliances, had to boil kettle in sunroom on a chair. Kids beds were in the entrance room. No blockout blinds. Quite noisy street outside. Difficulty accessing property as owner send wrong codes. No coffee or milk provided.

• Christian (9/5): Close to the action - Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. If you want to be close to the Colosseum it is virtually on the doorstep. There are some nice cafes in the square as well. The apartment is clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay again. The apartment has air-conditioning but the one in the room was switched off. This is to avoid a power overload but I would have preferred this one to be on and the other two off. If it is going to be hot I suggest checking with the owner

Thanks to the owner that we had the chance to check in earlier. The kitchen didn’t have any available lights at all. :(( A kettle would be great to place it.

The apartment was very clean and very quiet at night considering it was in the centre of Rome. There is also a beautiful park across the road with beautiful views of the Colosseum, perfect for relaxing on a warm sunny day. We had no access to WiFi for our entire stay. The squeaky bed in the main bedroom made it very hard to have a restful sleep as it made a loud squeaking noise every time someone moved or rolled over in the bed.
