Guest Reviews
- ana (10/5): Ubicació genial - Esta molt ben situat.
Lekker ruim.
- Michelle (9/5): - The location was great. Trastevere is definitely an up and coming location tons of places to eat and wonderful atmosphere. The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. Host was very nice and responsive to any questions.

- carolina (10/5): - Situación, decoración y facilidad de llegada
- Georgina (10/5): Perfect place in an amazing city. - The apartment was easy to find and located in a lovely area. very close to shops and restaurants/bars. Pleasant walk into the centre of town for all of the big attractions. The whole place was immaculately cleaned. We could drop our bags off when we arrived and come back later once the cleaner was finished. Facilities wee great. Coffee and water provided along with towels and some toiletries. Nicoló was brilliant at communicating all we needed to know about arriving and leaving. He was helpful without imposing. It suited our needs down to the ground. You might have to be careful with small kids on the stairs as the banister had a large gap.
- Rena (9/5): Authentic Italian apartment with a good location. - The accommodation had a very good location, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was extremely clean and everything we needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. I definitely recommend visiting this accommodation. There were no windows on the first floor.
- Chris (10/5): Outstanding - Location is absolutely unreal. We couldn’t have been happier. Very comfortable apartment with no issues at all. Hist extremely responsive to messages and check-in was very easy. Highly recommend. Nothing
- Christine (9/5): Absolutely recommend this apartment :) - The location of this apartment is perfect—right in the heart of Trastevere neighbourhood, with an abundance of fantastic restaurants just steps away. The apartment is laid out over two levels: the living area and a bathroom downstairs, with the bedrooms, kitchen, and an additional bathroom upstairs. It’s well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nicolo was a wonderful host—he made sure we were settled in upon arrival and was consistently responsive, checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly.
- James (10/5): - Great location; reasonable walk to all major sites. Plenty of enjoyable restaurants just steps away. Trastevere is a terrific neighborhood. Apartment was very clean and beds were very comfortable.
- Hayley (9/5): Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Rome - The location of the apartment is fantastic, just off the main streets Trastevere, full of beautiful restaurants and bars. Our hosts were very nice and extremely responsive. The beds were comfortable and all amenities worked fine. The air con is also very good in each of the rooms of the apartment, which was essential as we stayed in July. Sometimes the front bedroom had some noise at night from passers by who were enjoying a night out! But this happened just on two nights and ear plugs worked just fine to block it out.
- Jane (10/5): Fantastic accomodation in Trastevere - Great location to access all tourist attractions. Perfect for two couples. Dining area upstairs, and lots of seating on ground floor including sofa and another table and chairs.
Easy to keep in contact with hosts who were very informative.
Two bathrooms is very useful too.
Close to lots of great eating places.
Air con available if needed.
Coffee machine and pods provided.
- Megan (10/5): A great location, great hosts and would recommend for anyone to stay. -
- Sandra (10/5): Great stay, great area with efficient host - Lovely quirky apartment, well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was in a great location with plenty of restaurants close by. The information and correspondence with the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend No natural light but it wasn’t a problem.
- Andrew (10/5): Excellent property in the best neighborhood! - Fantastic location. Very comfortable. No dislikes.
- Marianne (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in the apartment which was nice and clean. The apartment is located in a very good area, close to sh -
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - great location very clean comfortable beds, coffee and snacks very good host- gave great recommendations for food and getting - welcome brochure very helpful - best apartment on our 10 day trip through Italy!
- Samone (10/5): The perfect spot to enjoy Rome! - Beautiful property in an excellent location - round the corner from all the lovely restaurants but a quieter spot. Very comfortable and the host was fantastic - responding promptly to any questions. We wouldn’t change a thing - just wish we could have stayed for longer!
- Jean (7/5): Comfortable, well located property. - Beds were comfortable and property was clean and well equipped. Location was very good. It was quite dark and downstairs shower room was very small.
- Tilly (9/5): Superb -
- Simeon (8/5): Strategic place in the city with some minor inconvenience - Top location with even better hosts. Lively part of Rome with nosy weekends.
- Sue (10/5): We had a super stay. Well located for cafes shops +access to bridges - Very generously provisioned.
Excellent set up, appliances etc
- Linda (10/5): Would definitely stay again. - Perfect location, clean and comfortable
- Tammy (10/5): The prefect stay for our visit to Rome! - This property in Trastevere was fantastic for our stay in Rome! It was very clean and smelled great. The host left us snacks and a tray of candies which was wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable! The location was perfect for walking to all the Rome attractions that we wanted to see. The host was extremely responsive and offered great suggestions for where to store our luggage and places to eat. We loved every single thing about our stay in Trastevere!
- Nicole (8/5): Tidy, clean, friendly host & great location! - The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything & plenty of restaurants so close. The host was excellent & replied almost instantly to any questions we had. The hot water was very sensitive & would come & go.
- Tim (9/5): Superb - The apartment is ideally situated for all types of public transport - trams, buses and taxi rank nearby. It’s also just on the edge of the busy restaurant area of Trastevere so quiet for this part of the city. Some excellent breakfast options nearby as well as easy walking distance to several important sights- the Forum , Villa Farnesina for example. Two bathrooms was a plus too even though one is quite small.
- Derek (9/5): Perfect location to enjoy amazing food and explore Rome. - Coffee / Espresso maker worked great and we enjoyed the espresso capsules. The remote controlled heating/cooling was also a nice convenience. the electric water/tea kettle was not working, so we had to boil water on the stove instead.. so this was just a small inconvenience.
- Marion (9/5): Superb -
- John (9/5): Very pleased and would return in the future - Staff support was excellent - very responsive. nothing
- Thomas (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. A few minutes from all the bars and restaurants of Trastevere but in a fairly quiet corner. Also walking distance from all the sights in the historic center. The flat is spacious, clean and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The flat layout is a bit odd with the kitchen area on the first floor, inbetween the 2 bedrooms, and the common areas have little to no sunlight (small or no windows). But this didn’t bother us as we spend all day outside, including all meals, and only came to sleep.
- Charlotte (10/5): Best value and location in Rome. - Whole 2 storey semi in incredible location Nothing
- Julie (10/5): Great apartment in beautiful Trastevere. - Location in Trastevere was perfect. Secure location amongst beautiful laneways full of restaurants & shops. A buzz of activity at night. Noise not a problem. Apartment well appointed for 2 couples. Communication with owner before & during stay outstanding. Very easy walk to all major attractions - The Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain etc. Nothing to fault. Nothing to fault.
- Wendy (9/5): Overall a great place to stay - Location was great. Lots of little extras such as coffee, biscuits, cereal & water. Washing machine was handy. Nicely decorated & clean. Quiet location, yet very close to lots of restaurants & bus stop. Only one wine glass. Needs safety strip across small step up to bedroom. I tripped & fell on this when first entering bedroom.
A mirror in the bedroom would be useful.
- Martina (6/5): Pleasant - It was very close to the a lot of monuments in the city center, also the location is right next to many taverns with great food. The ground floor had very strong smell, I don’t know if it was mold or something else, but we were not able to use that space at all.
- Frank (10/5): Great apartment. Loved our stay! - Apartment was super clean. Very spacious with excellent air conditioning (we went in July and was very hot out). Great snacks provided by host. Easy to communicate with host on WhatsApp.
Would definitely recommend. Only downside was loud outside noise in one bedroom ( not owner’s fault-nightlife neighborhood). Body wash was provided but no shampoo/conditioner. Need to buy on your own.
- Deborah (9/5): Superb - Communication with the owner was very good. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Well equipped kitchen area with everything you could need. The immediate area of Trastevere has lots of bars and restaurants. Main attractions of Rome in walking distance but a taxi rank just around the corner if needed.
(10/5): Exceptional - All All
- Chiara (10/5): Exceptional -
- L-auren (9/5): Clean, quiet, and well-located! Would stay here again. - This is a fantastic apartment for a multi-day stay in Rome. It is clean, and is spacious enough for two couples traveling together. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, and one lounging area and bathroom downstairs. (You enter at the ground floor, and there is one flight of stairs to access the upper floor.) We appreciated having a kitchen and table for self-catered breakfasts, as well as for relaxing at the end of a long day with some wine and cheese.
ROOMS: This apartment has VERY comfortable memory-foam type beds. (Thank you!!!!!) The windows also have screens/mosquito nets *and* room darkening shades in addition to the standard Italian shutters.
BATHROOMS: The water pressure is the strongest in Italy! The upstairs bathroom is very elegant and clean. The downstairs bathroom is also great, if a bit small. (One person in our party showered down there and said it was fine, although he reported that it was tough to keep the floor dry.)
LOCATION: The street was surprisingly quiet--we even slept with the window opened at the top. The neighborhood of Trastevere is my favorite place to stay in Rome because there are tons of excellent restaurants nearby. There is also easy access to bus lines-- the H and the 8 are just one block away in Piazza Belli, where there is also a taxi waiting area in case your planned bus never arrives. There are also other bus stops located a short walk across the bridge. The neighborhood also has many pay-by-app scooters. The pillows are squishy, which is not my favorite type. Also, the kitchen cabinets close very loudly if you are not careful, which may be a concern for people/kids with sensory issues. Finally, one night at around 1am there were some loud people in the unit upstairs.
- Maria (6/5): Expensive for what the apartment has to offer - Location was good as it was conveniently located to reach the historic area of Rome and all the great restaurants in Trastevere. The apartment was very dark even though the apartment has lots of lights they are not very bright. Windows were not easy to open. Layout is poor as the main floor with the couch had a small table and small bathroom. The small bathroom had a small shower with curtain which flooded the floor when shower was used. Upper level had the kitchen, two small bedrooms, and good size bathroom. One bedroom was very small and hardly had any place for large luggage.
- Nunez (10/5): amazing stay in the heart of trastevere! - spacious two bedroom in the heart of trastevere! I loved the location and also how quiet it was at night. great AC, which we needed after long days of sightseeing! comfortable rooms and bathrooms!
- Benjamin (10/5): Exceptional - rustiche e buono posto. perfetto!! grazie Martina I love the place
