Guest Reviews
- HS (10/5): - The location is great and the fully equipped kitchen is very useful. We stayed a week there and were very happy with our stay.
- Mirko (9/5): - La posizione della struttura è fantastica! A due passi da piazza del Popolo
- Paul (8/5): Erika the host wasn’t very helpful to be honest - Very clean and everything ya want in an apartment Probably the location was a bit too far out. That was my own fault
- Kenneth (10/5): Comfortable accommodation in perfect location to explore Rome. Highly recommended. - The location is superb, being a 2-minute walk from Piazza del Popolo & Flaminia Metro station, but still being quiet and peaceful.
Very accommodating host.
- Lorraine (10/5): An excellent stay in this apartment! - I liked that Erika was only a WhatsApp message away. Her English was excellent and she answered my questions quickly. Also there is a manual on the table that answers 99% of the questions. Even laundry is available. This apartment is pricey but similar to the cost of a hotel with many more amenities. We shopped at a nearby carrefour for snacks and breakfast options. BUT if you want, all facilities are available to cook meals.
The location was excellent. We are good walkers but if necessary there is a metro 2 blocks away. As you can see we were very pleased with this rental. I really can’t think of anything. No complaints or recommendations for improvement.

- Attila (5/5): - The accommodation is basically in an acceptable location, with easy access to the metro station and the attraction mentioned in its name. It has the basic amenities, including a kitchen with cooking facilities, a simple bathroom, and a toilet. First of all, it wasn’t easy to get in touch. They didn’t respond immediately.
The place wasn’t very clean, and even the balcony could have used a sweep.
There is one air conditioner, which barely works—you can hardly feel it. (There was also a really old one, for which we couldn’t find any controls or remote, and even if we had managed to turn it on, it didn’t look very reassurin)
We had to make the bed ourselves. Also, I don’t think the bed was entirely fine—I have very sensitive skin, and by the second day I had a rash and itching.
The shutters are controlled by a remote that works inconsistently—sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. It didn’t work at all when we were checking out.
The TV is a very basic, old model, and only has Italian cable channels.
All in all, we still tried to enjoy ourselves. Communication with the host (or helper) was easy, and she were helpful.
What we didn’t like was that they charged an extra fee (tax), which I didn’t fully understand in relation to how Booking.com operates.

- Daria (10/5): Exceptional - Good and calm location, clean and neat room. Only we wanted to have more lights in the evening, it seemed dark in the kitchen.
- Nassima (10/5): Exceptional - The place was very clean, and we had everything we need to cook and have a meal of breakfast in.
- Alexandra (3/5): Poor - Location is excellent if you enjoy area near Piazza del Popolo Apartment was not taken care of to standard. Kitchen appliances worked well, however lacked some appliances such as a toaster and coffee maker. The apartment was dirty. When placing our daughter to play on the floor, her clothing turned black! The carpet was filthy and so was the sofa. The extra duvet smelt like it had been stored for a while. The AC in the bedroom only threw off cold air and we were not provided an AC remote to heat the living room. Thankfully there was a heater that we could make use of. You could hear quite some noise at night.
- Mallin (7/5): Great value apartment in fab location - Location , quiet, clean, practical ,close to all amenities and excellent well priced Italian restaurant very close by , also great welcoming host and would definitely recommend these apartments Easy to locate but hard to identify the apartments as there was no visible sign on front of building telling you the name so a little confusing but easily rectified and although it said no smoking the apartment smelled very much of cigarettes which was a little off putting to us.
- William (10/5): Ideal situation and great apartment - Perfect for a couple
- Vivien (10/5): Fabulous apartment - location, location, location! - The apartment functions really well and is a lovely, peaceful environment. The decor is beautiful and the facilities were excellent. The location was excellent. We could walk to Piazza del Popolo, the Pathenon, the Trevi Fountain, etc. We loved it! We did have an issue finding and accessing the apartment. My advice is to use the Metro NOT a taxi! The Metro Station Flaminico is a 3 minute walk to the apartment. While the apartment owners like to do a "meet and greet" a lock box would have been preferable to the additional anxiety of trying to be at the apartment at a specific time to meet them.
- Tayla (8/5): Very good - Very central! We walked most nights to the spanish steps for dinner, and spent a nice day in the park nearby. Its a very simple apartment, but we were only there to sleep so it was perfect. Fabrizio was very helpful when checking us in. It was all pretty good! The door locks are a bit strange and take some getting used to.
- Moustapha (4/5): Same photos, but very bad condition - Location was very good for those who wants to access the shopping area of Via del Corso and still have access to metro or by foot to other areas in the heart of Rome.
Apartment area was good too, and stuff was cooperative as much as they could. The bed smells very very bad and stinks, we couldn’t ignore it and even tried to sleep at the couch outside the bedroom.
Furniture and equipment mostly old (same in the photos but in very exhausted condition) and lots of dirts in the corners of some “crucial” spots that makes you inconvenience staying there.
Don’t say it is the worst in the world but definitely not for that price neither for the rating the apartment has here
- Essam (4/5): Very Bad stay - The Cleanliness, the apartment was full of ants, we were handed the bathroom not cleaned, and we were only given t four bathroom towels for a stay of 6 days and 2 people with no washing machine. Also, there was no wifi it was for an extra charge
- Verity (10/5): Exceptional - We had a brilliant stay. Very easy check in- Fabrizio met us with the keys. He was very kind and helpful- it was lovely to meet him! Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location :) Couldn't have asked for more!
